At this point I literally would have left if I wasn't boxed in between cars. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. You don't treat paying customers like they're invisible. There is literally an Oreilly parts store less than 1/4 mile from Valvoline, why not send somebody over to get a filter??? I first called ahead to see if they could top off my air so I could make it to a place to actually change my tire, which he reassured me he would do his best to help me see if it was repairable and top it off with air for me. After the phone call the gentleman was so nice that I wasn't worried anymore if they would be able to help. After arriving to this location it was four young men that looked between the age of 18 and 22 and they sure knew what they were doing! They all pitched in to help get me in and out in less then 5 minutes and even gave me a water bottle which was super nice. I wish I got the names of the guys who helped me get back on the road because they were awesome! They even recommended me where to get my tire patched at. DO NOT GO HERE - CAUSED $2,500 IN DAMAGE…read more I took my car to Take 5 Oil Change on November 25th, and within two miles of leaving, my car started leaking oil and radiator fluid. This visit caused approximately $2,500 in damage, completely ruined our Thanksgiving, and left oil all over my garage floor. This wasn't a minor mistake -- this was gross negligence. Something was clearly not tightened or reassembled correctly, and the employees had absolutely no idea what they were doing. The level of training (or lack of it) was alarming. I immediately contacted the location and spoke with the so-called manager, Kevin, who told me a claim had been filed and that I would hear back in 3-5 business days. It is now January 5th, well over a month later, and I have heard NOTHING. No follow-up. No accountability. No resolution. This company has shown zero urgency or responsibility for the damage they caused. If you value your vehicle, your time, or your money, stay far away from Take 5. A quick oil change is not worth thousands of dollars in repairs and weeks of being ignored. I will never return and will make sure others know exactly what happened. I've called the store mgr several times and he says he's gotten nothing back regarding the claim or they say he's on vacation which is what they've said 3 out of however many of the weeks I've called since this happened.

They were quick and responsive and all I needed was a new battery that ended up costing me 782 dollars after towing and the 149 dollar diagnostic. I would use them again for any MAJOR issue, but I'll never return for anything I even suspect is a minor repair. Nearly a thousand bucks for a battery seems excessive.

Today, after approximately **40,000 miles**, I was informed that I already need new tires. These tires have not been neglected. At every oil change, I have had the tires rotated and balanced, and the vehicle has also received alignments. I have done my part to properly maintain them, yet the tires have lasted only about HALF of the mileage I was told to expect. What is even more frustrating is how this situation was handled. Nothing was offered to resolve the issue until I specifically asked to speak with the General Manager. I was then offered replacement tires but told that I would have to PAY AGAIN for road-hazard protection. My question is simple: **Why should I have to pay additional money when the tires did not perform as represented despite being properly maintained?** Asking the customer to spend more money does not address the underlying problem. I also contacted corporate regarding this matter and have yet to receive a response. That lack of follow-up only adds to my concerns about the level of service being provided. This location also appears to experience frequent turnover in both employees and management, which raises concerns about consistency, accountability, and whether customers are receiving the level of service the company promises. At what point does the company stand behind its statements, warranties, products, and commitment to its customers? Because of that, I didn't think it was the mounts so soon. I brought it to Volvo and even they said it was the mounts. I brought it back to them (Bennetts) and they revved the engine to test the mounts and denied it BUT reluctantly agreed to replace the trans mount and the front upper mount on the passenger side and order the parts. When I brought it back to get them done, they changed their minds and only replaced the trans mount which did not help. I brought my car to a shop that they (Bennetts) recommended because of a different issue that they could not handle.....Since the new shop had to remove the mount that Bennetts DIDN"T change to get to my other issue, I told them to just replace it, (at my own cost even though the old part was still under warranty and Bennetts refused to replace it), while they were there. Which they did at no extra charge for the labor...Low and behold, the car rides perfect with no vibration what so ever!!! It WAS the mount that Bennetts decided not to warranty and change after all!.... Poor diagnosis technique to say the least and they will find a way not to honor their warranty...
