If there were 10 stars for this place I would give all ten!! I rolled in about 20 minutes before closing with a destroyed tire in my trunk, knowing I likely needed new tires all the way around. Initially they were going to replace the one tire and I would come back for the other three, so they wouldn't be kept late, but Lee & Dawn (and the service guys) are the PINNACLE of customer service. They stayed late so that they could replace all four tires and save me a trip back to Spring Hill the next day. Amazing!! They've gained a loyal customer for sure!!! read more

Best experience I have ever had having my car aligned. Lee was very helpful at the front and very efficient. He makes you feel like family there. I was able to meet the man who serviced my car, Mario, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with explaining the details of what my car needed and did not need at the time. Very pleased with my experience here. I got a flat tire at 615 AM on the way to work and after a stressful morning, I was towed to Tire Discounters where I was immediately attended to. I was told that they had a busy day but would get my car done by the end of the day, which was fair considering I had no appointment. They called me about 2 1/2 hours after drop off and told me the car was done! Pricing was fair, service was fast and efficient and the staff (especially Lee) were polite, informative and in no way pushy. I will be back for all of my tire needs. read more

I don't like writing reviews but I am extremely frustrated. I have been here for almost three hours to get one tire fixed. I was the first one in the door when they opened. It took them two hours just to check the tire. Now almost an hour later my tire is still sitting on the floor waiting to get changed. It appears they have all their employees working on the same vehicle. Slowest service I have ever seen. Why make a customer waiter hours upon hours for something that should take then 15 minutes to repair. If it wasn't for the warranty on my tire I would not be here and will not be buying tires here in the future. read more

They charged me for parts and services that didn't fix the issue they swore would work after i paid them for a diagnostic fee and was told that they knew exactly what would fix my issue but didn't. I'm still waiting on reimbursement from corporate over 3 months later and they never admitted fault when I paid them for an "expert" diagnosis. Was told over $600 of stuff would fix my issue but didn't and had to fight just to get store credit but they didn't reimburse all because I had 90k on my vehicle so they said I would have needed plugs at some point Totally missed the point. I like the guys but their policies on reimbursement are ridiculous having to be judged and come from the corporate office which is in no hurry with my money because they can't credit you in store. Horrible customer service from a corporate standpoint so if you know exactly what you need great but otherwise don't go and pay for a diagnostic that may be wrong with them not honoring and admitting fault responsibly. Oh yeah! And definitely don't expect a call back. No one knows how to keep you informed of anything from local to corporate. They have been turned over to the BBB. Took my car there for a set of tires. After waiting 3 hours a technician came and said" your car is ready but I can't get it to line up". Never had a problem in the past with the alignment. I'm the General Manager of a repair facility so I took a look to try to figure out the problem. I problem was the technical had no earthly idea how to properly do an alignment. He had the cam bold on top of the notch which aligns the camber. He had tightened it down some much he bent the lower control arm. Then he processed to loosen the cam bolt back out. Basically he bent the lower control arm and left the cam bolt loose which destroyed the right rear tire in days. So it cost me a new lower control arm, labor, a set of tires, and another alignment. You get what you pay for there. Cheap tires and free alignment. Free meaning they don't have a clue what in world their doing there. I would strongly recommend that you keep your distance from this place. Or pay the consequences. This place (the alignment technician) is a total disaster. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!! read more

Rude, Rude & Rude. They just opened and with this service they well close soon. I was so disappointed that I went in for an oil change and the guy that "helped" me(big guy with a beard) picked up the phone while he was suppose to be writing up my ticket. He did his best to sell someone a set of tires while he made me hold at the desk. So he literally stopped getting my business to sell someone tires over the phone. His shortsightedness cost him the oil change and a set of tires I need on my other car. Something about getting good car service in Spring Hill. SMH so sad read more

very poor service.!!!!!!. had a flat tire that my hubby took for repair... needed a small hole fixed, they said it was not worth fixing.. we explained it was on our lease car and the lease was up in three weeks, we did not want to purchase a new tire, they wouldn't even try... my hubby took the tire to another place just about a mile down the road, they not only fixed the tire, they put it back on the car and put the spare (donut) back and did all that for NO charge... now that is GOOD customer service... so where do you think I will go when I need to buy new tires.. because we also own another car that is not a lease and will eventually need a set of tires... read more

Brought my car in because I had a low tire sign after I had taken it to the dealer multiple times and they found a small nail. Lee was very friendly and they had me in and out within an hour on a busy Saturday morning. Great service, great attitude. I'll be back. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, I've always worked with Discount Tires and now I know why. I set an appointment a day early for the following day, dropped off the truck at 6am (open at 8) called at 8 to verify they got my keys and from the drop box and verified the service needed as discussed. Call back at 2pm and was told I was getting "worked in" and I didn't have an appointment. Talked to the same guy both days but he only recalls as being worked in and not an appointment... so calling a day in advance to verify service needed and setting a day and time for drop off isn't an appointment. Avoid this place, discount tire is more professional and more reliable hands down. read more

I'm most impressed by the customer service I received from the time I walked in the door. Lee should be the face of customer service that everyone has to duplicate. HE was wonderful!! I didn't mind the extra unexpected 45 minutes that it took for my SUV to be finished, after all I was having 4 tires installed and an alignment performed. I would rather them take longer and do the job safely and correctly. My ONLY complaint would be that the center wheel cap was broken when removed and instead of the service man just coming to me, letting me know and resolving the issue he proceeded to try and be sneaky and dishonest. I had to ask him where the cap was and his reply "What, Oh, i think I heard it fall off come to think of it." I waited for approximately 15 min for him to retrieve and return the missing part. Lee had to go hunt it down. The technician gave it to the service manager who then laid it down only to be retrieved by Lee who reinstalled it to my wheel. My tires had made maybe 2 full turns when I hear the same piece hit the pavement. While inspecting it I saw that 3 of the 5 pins had been broken off. I know these things happen, they are after all plastic, but the principle of it still stands. All the technician would have needed to do is just be honest and let me know that it had broke upon removal. This makes me wonder what else on other vehicles has he tried to hide. Lee has ordered a replacement that is expected to be delivered in a few days. I will be returning but a close visual inspection will be done before I leave this establishment because of this ONE sneaky employee. read more

Very disappointed!!! Living in Spring Hill I had normally purchased tires through Discount Tires and have never had any issues. When Tire Discounters opened up I figured I would give them a try. They had a good deal going with a rebate on a particular set of tires. I decided to buy a set of 4 tires as well as a leveling kit for my truck. This was a $1,200.00 purchase. I had opened an account with them for this purchase. I had the tires installed first and was told the leveling kit would need to be ordered. I waited 4 hours to get my tires installed and there were only a 3 or 4 vehicles in the garage at this time. There seemed to be enough technicians on duty but apparently no one was eager to install my tires in a timely fashion. I'd watched the shop cameras displayed in the lobby for the 4 hours I was there and it was a slow process from start to finish. After tires were installed I had agreed to come back next week for the leveling kit installation. I had took off work on the following Monday to get this done. I showed up when they opened and proceeded to wait. About several hours into it my truck was on the lift with the front end disassembled. The manager at store #106 in Spring Hill, Charlie Rozzelle, had come to me and stated that one of the parts they had ordered for the kit was wrong and that they would have to re-order the correct part. This was about 12pm at this point. He had asked what I would like to do and I told him that I couldn't go without my vehicle or take another day off from work. He told me that they would pay for the cost of a rental car while mine was be serviced. I agreed. The rental car company showed up to deliver the vehicle to me. Charlie told the associate that Tire Discounters would be paying for all cost of the rental. Tire Discounters didn't have an account set up with them and I was told that I would need to give them a credit card to put on file in order to receive the rental car. So I gave them my credit card although I wished I hadn't. The next day I brought rental back and picked up my truck. I couple of weeks later I had noticed my card was charged for a 2 day car rental. After realizing this I had called Charlie and told him what had happened. He told me to send him the invoice. After several days he finally responded and said he would take care of it and would have corporate send me a check for a full refund for the rental car charges. That's been almost 2 months ago and I still haven't got a response. He has now blocked my emails. I sent an email to corporate twice and haven't had a response. I have gave them plenty of time to make this right before I posted this review. They apparently don't care! I definitely will not be doing business with this store or company again. Beware!! read more
