What I really liked about Wes was that he gave me options and prices over the phone which really impressed me. He wasn't out there trying to price gouge me and sell me the most expensive tires out there I chose one that would fit into my budget and I was very happy with the result. The prices here for tires were very reasonably priced and I know for a fact that other places would've charged me an arm and a leg for it. And the best part he took me in the very next day and ordered my tires as soon as I finished talking to him. And also there is no excruciating wait because he goes by appointment only so I know he can get on putting my new tires in right away. I got my two brand new tires put in no more than an hour. That's crazy fast!!!! Wes is simply the best. Hard to find honest people out there but with people like Wes it assures me that there are still some great people out there with great customer service. One poured water on it and confirmed it was okay. Being professionals I believed them and thanked them for their time. I drive uber so passenger safety is very important to me. I go to my vehicle this morning and that tire is completely flat. I immediately gave praise that the tire did not blow out while I was driving passengers the night before. I called and spoke to someone and told them I was the guy that came in and told him what happened. Guy could care less, told me he could put a new one one for 135 bucks. Not sure why selling a tire is more important than the safety of other people. Luckily called Pono tire, they had a used one, got me in immediately. Their technicians looked at the flat and said it was a deep gash and should not have been driven on. Very unsafe. I'm disappointed in the lack of professionalism and common courtesy from Mike's. Have some accountability, its not difficult to apologize for a mistake. Im very happy the tire was flat when I got to the vehicle and did not blow out while driving passengers on the highway today.

We've used them a few times and they always do a good job. We got a nail in our tire on the Ioniq. We went on their website and found a tire for $88. It came out to $118 with installation, tire recycle fee and tax. We left a message on Friday for an appointment on Saturday. They called back later on Friday saying that they were booked on Saturday, but they were taking walk ins from 8am-1pm. On Saturday, we took the car in at 11am. We dropped off the car and they told us the car would be ready in an hour. They have a comfy waiting area with a TV. You can also help yourself to water and coffee. We walked a few blocks to H Mart and did some grocery shopping instead. Sure enough, about an hour later they called us and the car was ready. My husband went into the office and paid for the tire. We got our car keys back and went on our way. The people who work here and at the airport location are always pleasant. They do a really good job and are really professional. They even patched one of my tires for free. Bring your car here!!!

I explained that I needed to replace my two front tires and that I had already gotten an online quote for a specific set. Unfortunately, those tires were initially out of stock, but Devin offered to order them for me. I then asked if there was anything comparable that they had in stock, and he was able to find me a great option that was actually cheaper than the tires I had found online! Devin was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. He let me know they could have my car finished within an hour, but they actually finished even faster than that, which was awesome! He also recommended a place just a few buildings down called Great People for my safety check. I went there right after getting my tires done and had my safety check completed in less than 10 minutes! Talk about convenient! Overall, I'm so happy with the service I received. Everything was quick, easy, affordable, and exactly what I needed. Everyone in the shop was so nice, and the facility itself was clean, welcoming, and well maintained.
