There is a reason this place has a five star review. Last night I went to a tire store on Valley View I got a flat on my tire, they said that the tire needed to be replaced it would amount to $130 without tax, my gut told me not to do it because they are new tires. I went early this morning to tire express I was greeted with a smile and they took care of me in a timely manner. Well turns out my valve needed to be replaced and they did that at no charge. They saved me $130. Trust your gut ladies. It sad that we can still be taken advantage of in this day and age. Stellar service every time I come here. I've been here at least 3 times that I can remember, all of them great experiences. Most recently I had an extremely long nail that damaged the sidewall making it a non-repairable tire. Other shops of course wanted to sell me all 4 new tires at nearly $1k, which is absolutely not required. I was in and out for the price of a used tire. there's a reason this place has so many positive reviews. these days, with the cost of everything, it almost feels like you're being overcharged everywhere and anywhere you go. I took my X5 BMW here cause I had a low tire pressure warning on my car. tried to inflate it, it kept saying 0. I have run flats. as any girl would, I called dad (aka my lifeline) and dad suggested I take my car here to get it checked out. this is a small, but amazing shop. ali and his dad and the whole team took great care of me. they're honest, reliable, and efficient. you can tell everyone works incredibly hard here and they don't care to scam you or overcharge you. what you see is what you get. unfortunately my tire had a nail in it and needed to be replaced (it was long overdue anyways) but luckily they had a used run flat available for my car and I was in and out in half an hour. I can't rave about them enough. car issues are a hassle and always stressful between the costs and inconveniences. I'm still speechless with their service and work ethic. SCAMMERS - DO **NOT** GO HERE!!!! at least not for used tires! I wish I would've seen the other reviews explaining how they got scammed here. And don't for a minute believe the owner's responses; he is a straight up liar! They told me they had 4 used tires in my size, one was 90% tread and the others around 50%. Since they were my back tires, they said it was OK to put one tire at the 90% on and one tire at 60% and they would give me a special deal of $100 out the door. I said, but you just said these other tires were around 50%. He said no no no this one 60%. I said OK that sounds like the best deal I can get right now since all of the other tire shops are closing up right now and I have a blown tire. After I paid, I asked which tire was the 90% and which tire was the 60%, and he said oh the 90% tire was no good. It had a hole so we had to throw it away so we put two of the 60% on. I said hey, that's not really fair, you did not tell me that the 90% one was getting thrown out and you still charged me the same price without me knowing that or discussing it with me - that's a big deal and a big difference. And then he said actually this one is around 75% in this one is around 65%, pointing to the right and then the left tires placed on. Then he said actually this one is it round 80 and this one is around 70% it's still good deal (The numbers kept changing) I also noticed there are a bunch of rocks in the tread. Not a quality job. Basically, I have no faith in what I received and feel like I was scammed. They are both probably around 50% as was originally stated, and I got ripped off. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau and reporting them to the local business licensing authorities as well. I said I really feel like I just got scammed and he started swearing at me and saying I'll take the tires off right now and give you your money back. That obviously isn't a good solution since all of the tire places are closed now. What would've been a fair solution would be to give me probably 40% of my money back since there was such a large difference in tire life that I was given vs what I was told and then later lied to about. I will follow up with the appropriate places for a fair resolution. read more

Came here because I had a screw in one of my tires and initially I had stopped at some big chain tire shop. In which the big chain tire shop refused to fix my tire because they had initially patched the tire in the past and they couldn't do it this time. Instead they were pushing on buying new tires because that's what they try to do. Luckily I found this shop on Yelp and read the reviews and rushed over. They took care of my tire immediately, and the gentleman who took care of me just chuckled when I told him what the other shop had said regarding my tire. This is my husband's go to tire shop for any of our tires' needs. They are quick and detailed, even when they are busy with a line of customers. The guys are nice and friendly and work with you. I was specific in wanting to replace my one flat tire and although this shouldn't matter, it mattered to me that it was to be replaced with the same branded tire that the rest of my car has. They were able to quickly get a fairly used one that's the same brand for me. This place sucks they sold me a used tired that was leaking air when I came back and tell the short Mexican dude which I think was the owner, I don't know and I don't care, he just told me that "they don't sell tires like that" and literally got it a week ago, I didn't want them to replace the tire, I was asking them to fix it, at least. My left rear tire was losing air. Although I couldn't find it, I was pretty sure that I had a nail in my tire that was causing it to leak. After a quick check on Yelp, it was a no brainer that to go to Tire Express to get it fixed, especially since it was a couple of blocks away from my my office. I arrived a little before 9AM. Fifteen minutes later, they have my tires off my vehicle. The technician shows me that I have not just one, but, 2 nails/screws in my tire. The tire is patched and repaired. I'm out of there by 9:30. Cost is very reasonable. They seem to do a better job than the place around my house. Tires is the only thing they do here. They sell tires. They mount and balance tires. They also do a great job in patching tires. So fast, I didn't need to use their restroom. Credit cards are accepted, even for a small patch job. read more
