This place sucks they sold me a used tired that was leaking air when I came back and tell the short Mexican dude which I think was the owner, I don't know and I don't care, he just told me that "they don't sell tires like that" and literally got it a week ago, I didn't want them to replace the tire, I was asking them to fix it, at least. And the short dude only says that he won't do it and I could go somewhere else. The worse customer service I've got in California. I don't recommend this place at all. And I got pictures and prove with dates and calls and I'm 100% gonna sue them there's no way you are giving a service and not being responsable for a bad product and thinking you can get away that Easy. I've been going to Tire Express for a few years now. I've had a number of BMW's that can't seem to keep their alignment, and when I don't feel like dropping a lot of $$ on tires I might burn through, this is the place. I've always gotten great, fast service. The prices are unbeatable. I have fairly hard to find tire sizes and this is the only place I've had luck. If they don't have exactly what I'm looking for, Ali will keep an eye out and message me when he's got what thinks is a fit. Glad these guys are around. read more

My tire on my VW bus was low last Sunday. I called several tire stores, as most were closed on Sunday. I got quotes around $75 to $85 for a new tire. I drove to Tire Express and they looked at my tire and said it was only a valve leak. $13 to fix. They fixed it in less than 15 minutes. They also checked all of my tires and adjusted the psi. I was driving out to cafe cito today when suddenly my car warned me I had 26 psi on my tires it did not feel right so I yelped around for a good tire spot . Luckily I was 8 mins a way . I came in with my son to fix my tire that needed a patch but I ended up getting used tires that was excellent condition . They are honest sellers here they didn't upsell like other spots do to just take your money . They helped me took my caps off my car too. They are kind . My daughter had a blow out on the 5 North today, and called from the side of the road. AAA put on her spare and we came to meet her and find a place to get a new tire that was not too far away. In reading reviews of this place I was a little skeptical because nobody has all 5 star reviews on Yelp and I thought they might be getting doctored reviews. But all the big named tire places were closed on Sunday so we gave them a shot. It was an incredible experience- from the time we got there to when we left was maybe 15 minutes. The sold us a new tire for a very reasonable price- and mounted it and then checked the air pressure in all her tires and topped them off. Got new wheels/tires online and came here to have them put on my 2021 Chevrolet Camaro. The lugnuts were not the right size for the wheel and when they tried to install. The lugnuts scratched the inner piece of the rim. Only two scratches but paint came off with it. They charged me and extra $150 add the sensors to the new wheels which is kind of a ridiculous price. Nice guys, decent job, but only down part was they scratched my new wheels, and I felt as if they did me dirty with the price for just moving the sensors onto the new wheels. In response to the business owners comment... there is no receipt because I payed cash and didn't receive a receipt. Do better haha! read more

They've done multiple patches and a rim weld too. They're super quick, don't require an appointment, very inexpensive relative to competition, and friendly. These guys are great when it comes to flat tires. For the tire installation/balancing jobs, not so much. Don't expect too much. I had new tires installed and balanced here on my Camry but my steering wheel vibrated crazily over 60 mph. I visited again and have them rebalanced but the vibration persisted and now the tie rods are getting shot due to the shakes. I finally found out they only put 1 1/2 oz weight ONLY inside not the outside of the rim. Called them up and they say nothing else they can do. I went to the other shop and they fixed it like a sec. With this experience, I would go somewhere else for installation and balancing jobs, not here. No matter how old my car is and my car conditions are, there are better businesses out there to solve my problem than here. That's fact. read more

I ran over a nail with right car tire and was freaking out because my tire was on 15 psi. I quickly searched on Yelp to find a tire shop near by and came across Tire Express. Ali is the man and I always feel like he and their shop is honest and I am getting the best prices and service etc. Best of all they are fast. Bring it in with a flat and I'm out in less than a half hour to an hour MAX with a new or used tire. Also gotten some used tires with plenty of meat on them that have lasted a long time for between 50 and 75 bucks. They have a huge tire selection and they are straight with you!!! I had 4 tires replaced for my SUV. I started feeling vibration in the steering wheel as I got on to the freeway. I took the vehicle back in a few days later and told the store proprietor (Ali) about the issue. He blamed the tires brand, but offered to check the wheels balance. Surely enough one of the wheels had balancing weights going diagonally, and had to be rebalanced. I was a bit surprised when he asked me to pay for balancing again, but I didn't much of it - I paid and left. Unfortunately, steering wheel started vibrating again, but not as much and at different speeds. I ended up taking the vehicle to America's Tire, paid for balancing the third time, and now there's no steering wheel vibration read more

On three different occasions I've had a nail stuck in a tire and every time, they've had my tires fixed within 20 minutes. I had a flat tire and was recommended to replace it. Mike was so nice and gave me cost-efficient options of replacing my tire with a used, but in good condition for $50 or brand new toyota tire for $140. I say the prices are cheaper compared to other tire shops and they have the best service here. I'm definitely coming here in the near future for tire repairs. This place is a lifesaver! Ali & the team are quick and efficient at what they do. Considering this is just a tire shop, they're very effective and honestly takes care of their customers. Long story, short: I had another tire shop install used tires for me (see my other recent review). Unfortunately, the services I initially paid for from the other shop was not done (they never balanced the wheels with the replacement tires on). It felt very dangerous & nerve-racking when driving at certain speeds - most especially on the highway! Not to mention how it can possibly ruin a vehicle's suspension over time. I'm not the type of person who's going to go back to the original shop and have them correct the issue - most especially when they'll make it more of an inconvenience to tell the customer to drop it off for a few hours. So I went online and did a search of tire places close to my work. Tire Express popped up, and the reviews seemed promising. I called the shop and spoke with Ali. He was very accommodating and assured me I can get the wheels balanced during my work lunch. Not only was his team quick (he had 2 mechanics working on my vehicle), but it seemed like the other customers were in-and-out as efficiently as well! I haven't posted a review in years, but I decided to do so today. My wife's car had a flat tire, and she asked me to buy a new one. However, a new tire from Walmart or Costco would cost $80-$100, and I didn't want to spend that much money, especially considering the current economic situation. After doing some research, I realized that I couldn't fix the tire by myself, so I looked for places that offered tire repair services. Unfortunately, most of the places I found charged exorbitant prices for their services. One place quoted me $50, which seemed too high, considering that I could buy a new tire from Walmart for around $60 plus a $20 installation fee. Another place offered to fix the tire for free, but I would have to leave my car there for several hours, which didn't seem very trustworthy. Then, I found a place on Yelp that had five stars and many positive reviews. I called them, and the owner quoted me $20 for the tire repair. I decided to give it a try and went there. The place had a few cars in line, but the drivers weren't waiting because the service was slow; rather, the business was just very busy. The staff was very fast and efficient, and I only had to wait for five minutes in line and 20 minutes in total before they fixed the flat tire problem for $20. read more

They responded within the hour and ensured that they could provide me with the service I needed and that I could come in the same day if I wanted since they were not busy. I went in after work and I did not have to wait at all. The moment I exited my car I was immediately assisted. Within the minute Luis popped my tire off and showed me the nail in my tire.
