I went to get my tire checked out for a nail and asked them if they could do it and they told me they couldn't due to the fact my tires were practically bald. I had heard that from another place as well. Had just been putting this off for too long. I got a few different quotes, which ranged from places nearby that were exclusively used tires, to other places that had new tires as well. The prices here were a little bit higher, but still competitive. The reason I chose this one was because of the warranty, one from the manufacturer- one from the shop. I didn't opt in for the shop one because I don't expect to off-road my vehicle or get crazy. But also the guy, I think his name was Stephen, he informed me that the quote I got for used tires was low for a reason So I chose to get new tires They told me they would take an hour to an hour and a half. I walked across the street to the library to sit in the air-conditioning and answer some work emails and I came back in an hour and a half and it was done exactly. Next day was driving the car on Ontario when the noise became louder. The bolts on the right front tire were very loose and the tire was wobbling then the bolt flew off. Went back to the tire store where they were not surprised. Said the worker was in a hurry as it was the end of the day. The company apologized but we will never go back. This could have happened on the freeway. They should have double checked the bolts.

Her mechanic Michael is incredibly sharp -- he diagnosed and fixed an issue on my daughter's BMW that a "name brand" shop had written off as unrepairable. It runs perfectly now. Based on that, I brought my Suburban in before a 6,000-mile road trip for my daughter's college move-in. Josiah and Kenni walked me through everything it needed, and the truck runs just like new. Made an appointment, showed them the quote on my cell phone and they matched the price! Going here was better than costco as you can make an appointment at one of their slow times and minimize your wait. Plus their waiting longe is more comfortable as Costco has none. In addition they have several sales people to accommodate customers as Costco has only one and there is always a wait because their counter person is also answering phones. This location always has a line but that is a good sign as it shows high customer volume. Not to worry, get their quote and come back at a more convenient time for all parties and installation. Customer service is not just about the quality of the repair, but also about respecting customers' time and keeping them informed. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations. I hope management takes a serious look at its scheduling and customer service processes. During my wait, I spent some time reading through many of the online reviews and noticed that long wait times and poor communication are recurring complaints. Unfortunately, my experience only reinforced those concerns. The entire process felt more like waiting at the DMV than visiting a tire service center.
