I called to see if they had my tire in stock & to get a quote - Chris answered and gave me multiple options, but never made me feel like I had to choose a certain one. When I arrived at a great time and, they were able to pull me into the bay pretty quickly. The team in the garage were quick, friendly, and courteous of my vehicle and my tire change! My tire was competitively priced for those around the area, and I just felt more comfortable at this location because the staff (Chris & Griselle ) was incredible. Got a flat tire, that I found when exiting my home and the tire was completely flat in the garage; had a piece of road/construction trash through the sidewall of the tire. Called around to a few places, asking about having four tires in stock for my car (I knew I needed some soon, the flat was just the catalyst to go ahead and get them all replaced). This was the first place that said yes. Asked if they could get me in before the end of their day, and yes, as long as I got there by 2:30, they could. Got there at 2:15, understanding that I was to be squeezed in between their other appointments. Sat in the waiting area with my book and was content to wait on my car. The person at the front desk was very kind and kept giving me updates for how long it would take. Cannot recommend these guys enough for everything. read more

Man this place sucks. I have fleet insurance and I've been to other Tire Kingdoms with no appointment and have been approved right away for work. Mind you I came for tires and an oil change. I waited close to 3 hours and they hadn't even put my car in the bay. The fleet manager blatantly lied to me and said that they needed to change two tires and other work when they never even accessed my car because it was never brought into the bay. He was even telling the employee to pull my car out of the bay and the employee replied I can't take a car out of the bay that's not in here. This place is a joke. so I had to leave after loosing a whole day of work for nothing. I then received two calls asking to come back but I couldn't answer because I was sick and called the following day early and told them I'd be there at 3 because I get a haircut across the street and thought it would be convenient. It's 5:30 pm and I still don't have my car plus they asked if I could leave my car overnight for an oil change and tires. Called twice earlier today to make sure I was good to bring my car in for a 5:00 appointment. I get here 10 minutes early and this guy tells me he's fully booked and to bring it in next week. Simple tire patch that should take 5 minutes in and out. I'm having a conversation with the front desk guy out at my car and he rolls his eyes and walks away from me. Haven't even started my service yet but this place is a rip off AND the customer service sucks! And all I need is the engine air filter replace which I KNOW I can do it myself but the dang clips are not clipping on. So that is $40 here! I ask if they can put the diagnostic machine to check any errors on my car which they do at other places for free! Here $140!!!! Like wtf. Then to top it off the kid is just looking at me like I don't know my car mind you they haven't even touched my car! I swear it I could do it myself I so would have!!! I changed everything else on my own! I ask for a quote for new break pads and he's here asking me why? Like I'm not asking for your opinion little boy I'm asking for a quote!!!! i went in to have my tire checked to make sure there was no hole or leak. they said they would LOOK at it. it was flat before i went in of course i air it up before goin in i just wanted them to make sure the tire was fine. waited for maybe 20 mins outside cause they just had me pull up to one of the bay(garage) all they did was put more air in my tires all of them and said i was good to go? i'm like that was it dude said yes. got out today 6/9/24 and the same tire is flat as a pancake. so i guess these ratings really do show why it is like that. i tried to give them benefit of a doubt, but no bueno!:( read more

WARNING: Do not schedule an appointment online to have work done in the morning to your car and drop it off the night before with key in drop box. They will not work on it, they have no concept to how scheduling an appointment works they have no idea they have a key drop box or how to check it. They have no idea how to run a business. This place is a prime example of how not to run a business. I would never trust them with my car seeing that they have no idea what they are doing. I gave up on this joke of a business months ago, my daughter not knowing scheduled this appointment for her car. I'm on Vacation needed A/C work, This Florida heat is a killer , Was told of the problem , He got the parts in and installed them in the quoted time. So impressed with the Professionalism no one standing around on their phones. Just working as a team. The service I received reminded me of the old-school Tire Kingdom. Jose the mechanic focused on getting my Honda Pilot out and knew exactly how to do it. They are all a great asset to the company. Chris is a great example of a leader. his guys all respect him that says a lot these days. No complaining , I heard no cussing, no attitudes to be seen. Everybody was genuinely happy. I booked my appointment on 04/26/2023 at 4pm at this location for oil change on my GMC terrain 2021. I arrived 10 mins ahead before my appointment, the guy on the front desk ( blue eyes long beard ) took my keys and I signed the service receipt and he said you pay when service is done , and I waited in the customers waiting area , I waited like 1 and 15mins and nothing yet even thought my service appointment at 4:00pm , so I went to the same guy on front desk at 5:15 to find out how long until my car is serviced, he said your car is next I said okay and I waited again , after 20 mins the front desk guy called my name I thought they finished my car , he say we have a problem and we won't b able to finish your service I asked him why , he said we don't have your car oil filter on stock , and I was so shocked but kept calm , I told him how can you accept appointments and make me wait almost 2 hours and now you telling me you don't have oil filter for my car . He replayed you can come back Friday I'll order it for you , with no apology with no sorry with nothing like nothing happened , I said no thank you I can't Friday I have work , I'll leave and figure out what to do , and I told him I left my job early today and you made me wait all this time you messed up my day , he didn't even show me any customer service didn't even say sorry or apologized nothing at all . Long story short I waited another 20 mins until finally they brought my car to front door . I'll never go there again very poor customer service they make you feel you're doing service for free no appreciation at all . Very bad I don't recommend this place to any one . Needed tires put on a vehicle that had to be towed to this place and I must say I was NOT disappointed. We left the car there with a promise of receiving a call when the car was ready to be picked up. While we were there giving them the necessary info, the manager James , came out of his office and introduced himself. I must admit the 3 staff members that I came into contact with were very personable and they appeared to care about the customers that they were helping. Since this was the first time, I have been here, I didn't know what to expect. We left the car and within 3 hours we received a call that the car was ready. I went here because I had a screw in one of my tires. It was a slow leak that I had known about for a bit, but could never see where it was located in the tire. I brought my car in one morning and they said it would be at least an hour and a half wait. I asked if they had an appointments since it wasn't urgent. They had one in the afternoon, so I took it. I waited until my time and returned. I told them again about patching the tire and if they could check my alignment too. I asked how long it would take. Again, I was told at least an hour if not longer. What???? Why do I have an appointment? I called my wife and asked her to come and get me. She was pissed! I interrupted her in the middle of something she was doing not expecting she would have to get me. Later, they called back to say it couldn't be patched and I needed a new tire. Oh yeah, AND I needed the alignment (of course). I was given a price of $200. Ok, well not too bad for both. I was about to agree when the tech said, no, that's just for the tire! Are you serious? He said it was so expensive to match the tire similarly to what I already had. Ummmm....no! I quickly left to pick up my car and asked them to just add air to the tire and I'll take it back to the place I bought the tires. I pull my car out and my low air light comes on. Nope! No air added even though I was told they had. Forget this! I went next door to Wawa and filled it myself. The following weekend, I took it back to Tuffy in Four Corners where I got the tires. (I found my receipt in the meantime and had paid $80 for each tire). And by the way, Tuffy had no problems patching the tire. Didn't even blink an eye. A week later, I picked up another screw in the same tire even, so I went to Tuffy again. They were honest and showed me it didn't puncture the tire. They removed it for free! They could have lied and told me it needed a patch. Guess I'll keep going there. read more

I took my jeep to the Lake Wilson Tire Kingdom last week to do a mount/dismount (removing old rims for new rims) unfortunately, the old lug nuts wouldn't work with the new rims so I had to order the lug nuts that work with my new rims, I got the new lug nuts and went back only to be told after I left my jeep th ere that the manager said they won't do the job because my tires were bald, not true. If that was the case why didn't they say that last week, that would mean that my tires went bald in six days. If anybody looks at my tires they will see my tires are not even close to being bald. That will be the last time going to a Tire Kingdom. Also, I think they were trying to get me to buy tires from them. read more

I needed a oil change and tony is a worker I have dealt with for a tire issue. He recognized me right away and was very kind and promptly assisted me. He contacted me asking if I wanted to do a 75,000 tune up and I accepted since he hasn't steered me wrong. The workers did the wrong tune up and Tony only charged me for what work I was supposed to have. I will always go back to tire kingdom for the great service provided. read more

Why they don't tell me that when they send the confirmation for that appointment. But the funny thing is that it was a bunch of people in line with the same issue everyone was disappointed. Spent $1600 to have a/c repaired. Compressor replaced 3 times, would work a couple days and then go out again. Finally had enough, especially after rude condescending employee encounter the last time I took in. I contacted customer service online and requested refund after it died a few days after last repair. I ended up being talked into going to another location to try again. They had car for a week and charged me another $250 for an additional part, lasted two days. I demanded a refund and they said either I take in once again for repair or get $500, no negotiations.
