I bought 2 tires at Tire Kingdom (TK) on Military Trail in Delray Beach in 2022. A year later (2023), one of two tires was loosing air, and I needed to fill it up every 2 weeks. I scheduled an appointment to TK, and they told me that they could not find any problems, so I only had to pay for an oil changed at that time. I bought a compressor and kept adding air every 2 weeks. Another year later (2024), the tire started to loose more air, and every 2-3 days the TPM light was coming on and showing that tire had only 26 psi instead if 34 psi like the rest of the tires. I went again to TK, and a young mechanic working there (not the store manager) brought me an estimate for 4 new tires and and alignment. He said that the tires are too old and they are aged by the Florida son. The tires look brand new, and the thread looks the same as the day I bought it as I put less than 4,000 miles a year. He refused to fix the tire although the tires sale receipt showed that fixing a flat is covered for life. He said that he will ask the manager to come and talk to me, but the manager was not around. After about an hour, they fixed the nail in the tire without pushing for an up sale, although there was no other car or customers in the store. Now, I know why nobody was there!!! They should have fixed the nail when I brought the car to TK the first time, and I should not have to keep inflating it for year. The second time I brought the car in, they should have fix the problem without pressuring met to buy new tires which I did not need, and made me wait for one hour hoping that I will change my mind. Be aware, this is not a trustworthy place and they are only looking to make a sale. I do not recommend this TK store. read more

First visit to this Tire Kingdom location. My 2014 Honda Accord desperately needed new front tires, an alignment, and (probably) front wheel bearings. The call center (unaware of depicting real-world scenarios) made an appointment for me. The appointment was not realistic or feasible. However, the team at this store is exceptional, professional, and courteous. Instead of focusing on the problem and pointing fingers, we came up with a mutually agreeable solution. Avoid this Tire Kingdom. Can't speak for all locations but this one has the least friendly customer service I've experienced in recent memory. I've been there 3 or 4 times getting to know the area over the last couple of years. Never had a particularly stellar experience with anyone at the front desk. But this one roided out dude there named Eric truly takes the cake. Don't know if he's angry at life, angry at me for bringing normal business to his place, or just too much testosterone flowing through his roided veins. But the dude is not nice. Absolute worst place I never leave bad reviews but this is so deserving of one. I brought my car in Saturday which they said they would be able to look at that day which they did not. I had to get it towed there since it wasn't starting it wasn't the battery. Then they called me on Monday and said my car wasn't starting which they knew because I told them and got it towed there. Then they called me back and said it was as they key, which I knew it wasn't and even had a locksmith come in and make a new one and what do you know it wasn't the key. Then they called me back and said sorry you're going to have to have to tow it elsewhere since we can't fix it. So I wasted a tow and am out $90 for a new key. Honestly I don't know where to begin or which encounter to begin with but I will say this - I 200% recommend this Tires Kingdom. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I'm a young female and I have found that unfortunately more often than not I get taken advantage of at mechanic shops and what actually needs to get repaired and what doesn't. The manager at this location, Eric is absolutely amazing and very thorough. I've been going to this tire kingdom location for about 4 years now and I plan on not going to any other mechanic shop. My negative review is not really for the actual work done but the abysmal customer service I received from Eric the manager of this location. I usually go to Jiffy Lube but I had a good experience with the prior manager and wanted to support this location as I have not been back lately. So I went on line and the TK webpage stated an oil change was $21.99 plus disposal fees and taxes. The webpage also allowed me to make an appt. for Monday 830 am. I was there at 820am and Eric was at the counter. He asked if I was waiting or getting picked up. When I told him I was waiting he informed me I would probably be waiting till 11 am as my appt on the website was not really an appt with the same priority as one made at the store level. So I asked him when I could bring it in without a 3 hr wait. We set up an appt for that Friday morning. We brought the car in Thursday night and were checked in by Carl who took care of us. I told him about the website price and that is what I wanted and the paperwork I signed had an out the door price of $25.08. The next morning I got a text at 730 am saying the car was ready and the receipt showed a price of $30 not he 25 we agreed on. When we picked up the car I questioned the price. There on the receipt in red writing was something about a $5 surcharge for oil costs going up. Not relishing this bait and switch we had to talk to Eric about it. He arrived with hands across his chest, didn't introduce himself and we had to initiate the conversation. He explained that the cost of oil had increased, blah blah blah. I asked if this happened between last night when we got the $25 quote and that morning. We went back and forth for awhile and our exchange ended with so you want us to take the $5 off? We said yes. As if we were the bad guys. He okayed it and walked away shaking his head in our view. He said that well the next time you get an oil change there will be that additional $5 charge. Well you don't have to worry about next time Eric. I'll be going back to JL. Don't really like being treated like crap. Had an appt. to get a new tire. After awhile I saw a mechanic put papers in the completed bin. Being the only customer I waited to be called. After about 15 minutes I asked if my car was done. The customer service rep. said"did I do your paper work?" I said no. He said "then talk to the guy who did your paperwork" he then looked in the completed bin and saw my car's papers. He said they just brought the papers out. I said no they've been out for awhile. He said well it's under an hour. I paid went out and looked at the tire, which was covered in gravel and dirt. I called one of the guys out to see the tite. He said it's from driving the car from the garage to the parking lit which was only a few feet. In my dealings with TK on Military Trl in Delray Beach, I found that they lived up to my friend's recommendation. Well, they didn't disappoint again! A friend up in NJ reached out to me for his daughter who attends FAU in Boca. She told him that her car was making a "noise". He called and asked me for an auto repair recommendation. I told him of my experience with TK and recommended that she bring the car there. She brought the car there and her dad called and spoke to Eric the manager and was informed what needed to be done to repair the car (brake job). Young daughter, Dad and Mom were happy with the service they received. Another confirmation that my friend's recommendation was spot on target. Bought tires here. It is close to where I live. A relative had good experience with another Tire Kingdom. I took my car in to have the tires balanced. I had just been to my regular mechanic for an oil change and servicing - but they are not tire pros. There was a new vibration after a rotation. Someone reminded me I get free rotations and balancing with Tire Kingdom because I bought my tires there. The balancing: good job. However, when I went to pick up my car the hood was up. Why? I asked the tech and he said I needed a new battery. I didn't ask for a battery check. My mechanic would have checked it as well and told me (I later double checked with them and they confirmed that.) When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager said there is a complimentary check. I said I didn't ask for that. I said my mechanic would have told me if I needed a new battery. That raised his ire and he became nasty. "Take your car to your mechanic. We are done doing business." The car was pulled around. I went into the lobby to wait to get the paperwork. I stood their quietly. The manager entered and gave me a hostile look and asked why I was there, "we are done." I said I am waiting for the paperwork. He scrambled around, got it and tossed it at me. "We are done." Nice, eh? Why didn't he just apologize for my not being told about the complimentary check and explain the battery reading? Because he is a nasty piece of work. Didn't want to admit their mistake and could hear someone making excuses to their boss in the background of the phone call. I contacted this Tire Kingdom about 30 minutes from their closing time to get a tire changed for a mother with 2 kids that was stranded on the Turnpike. I was able to remove the tire and take it to this location. Upon arriving, I met Ismael who was friendly and very courteous. He and his staff took care of the tire change extremely fast. I was in and out and was able to get back to the stranded mother and get her on her way. Ismael, is an exemplary employee of Tire Kingdom. While I was there, I saw him take care of 2 more last minute customers with great service and care. This type of service is what makes customers come back and stay loyal to a company. I have brought my car to this location for regular oil changes and have not had any problems. My front tire was slowly losing air so I called and made an appointment for the following day. I was told that I needed a new tire since there was a hole (about the size of a nail) in the tread and that it couldn't be patched. They showed me the tire and i saw where the hole was located. Without any knowledge of tire repairs, I agreed to purchase a new tire since they were the professionals. Now I came to find out that a patch on a tire is done on the inside of the tire, not on the outside where Carl told me "the patch would just peel off if it was over the tread". I took my vehicle to Tire Kingdom today April 24th to have my tires checked, since I was concerned that one was losing air and appeared to be lower than all others. I made an appointment online on Wednesday night, and selected the 1st available spot which was today at noon. That was a very simple process, and I highly recommend going that route to avoid long waits. I arrived at the shop a few minutes early and was immediately attended to. The gentleman (Julian) who dealt with me was very pleasant and courteous. We both went out to the vehicle, and I pointed out what I wanted checked. He told me he was going to write it up, and that I can wait in the waiting room. I chose to wait outside. About 5 minutes later my vehicle was on the ramp being checked. At the end, Julian came out to inform me that all was well, and that they found no nails or anything that would cause the loss of air. They checked my tires and pumped all up with the correct psi air. He also told me that I still have a lot of wear left in my tires. At the end when I asked what was my bill, he said no charge. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and honesty at this establishment. When I do need to change out my tires, this is where I will definitely go. After seeing all these negative reviews about them trying to scam me I need a little experiment. I brought my car to a real mechanic and made sure everything was in 100% good condition. I then went to this shop and told them I just needed an oil change. I then got a call from Eric claiming my car needed all these repairs that would cost me $2,200 total. I told him I'm good on the repairs and he kept trying to convince me that if I don't get it repaired my car will probably die in a month. When I went to pick up my car after the oil change I saw that they did not even change the filter and they didn't even put enough oil in it. read more

I always take my cars and family's cars here because I can trust them. They don't tell me I need brakes like every other place in the world when I don't. They do tell me when I am about to take a road trip and desperately need new tires to avoid an accident. They really do care about their customers and I've never had a bad experience here. I have dealt with the front desk guys and the mechanics and the manager and have never had any problems. I figured I would write this review because it seems that everybody only complains when they don't get things the way they want. I've literally been there when a woman was yelling at the front desk because her tires came in when they told her they would. But they can't magically come in and be on her car at the same moment. Upon presentation on the coupon I was told it was expired and I pointed out that the expiration was 12/17/2021 I was then told by the employee that Tire Kingdom Corporate told them not to honor the coupons that they had just mailed out and I was informed the the prices on the mailer was incorrect ,that they increased just like other business have had price increases. Again I received the coupon mailer 2 days prior. I also found the employees very confrontational with customers it was embarrassing to everyone in the waiting room. I had to have my Jeep towed there late Friday afternoon due to major engine problems. I have never used them before but I needed a place to bring my Jeep. My friends recommended this business because they use them all the time and are very happy with the service. I dropped the Jeep off and hoped for the best. I figured I would need to call them later in the day on Saturday to see what the situation was with the Jeep. They open at 8 am. I received a call by 8:27 am letting me know the status of my Jeep problem. I couldn't believe how quickly they got back to me! Never have I ever experienced this with any type of car service business! David the service manager was extremely honest, helpful and went above and beyond with what he could do to help me with my unfortunate situation! Today I came in because my tire was leaking air and I had been having to stop and fill it all weekend. Well what a difference frontline personal make for a business. After getting treated respectfully the last time I was here, today not so much. First, I booked my appointment online, like I had in the past, and when I showed up on time, the man behind the counter immediately said that he moved my appointment ton30 minutes later because I had booked it online. If there was a conflict, why not call or email me to request I move the appointment to later? Okay. I did not get upset or raise my voice, I just said I had something I had to do tonight.
