Tire Kingdom on Military Trail in Delray Beach false advertises to get customers in, but then they take any shortcut they can, and they try to sell you stuff and make repairs which are not needed. I went with an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change but two hours later they only did the oil change and tried to sell me two new tires or they will not do the rotation. Good thing that I was there, as my wife would have probably bought 2 new tires which were not needed as the tires still have the legal thread required. Another problem is that I still had to pay the price, and they did not make an adjustment for not rotating the tires which is the main reason I chose that place. The worker came and saw the car, and when I specifically told him that I want the tires rotated, he said "no problem" instead of telling me that they were too busy and could not rotate my tires. I feel they are very dishonest and can not be trusted so I will never step in that store. read more

This place is a fucking joke, I'd give it no stars if I could. I had to come back twice for random lights coming on in my vehicle and for noises coming from my car. The store in Cooper City totally lied about the wear of the tire I asked to have repaired.

Called and was quoted an excellent price for an oil change and tire rotation, so I made an appointment. When I showed up to have the work done, they confirmed the price, but had no record of the appointment. Eric, the manager, apologized, but said that because they were short handed, he couldn't fit me into the schedule. I figured, sh*t happens, and so I made a new appointment, once again confirming the pricing. When I showed up the second time, I asked if they were pretty much on schedule. Eric's answer of, "Not really", was not what I had hoped for. I was then asked how many miles I had on the car. When Eric heard that the car had over 100 thousand miles on it, he informed me that the price I had been quoted (and that I had confirmed) was no longer applicable, because they now had to use a better grade of oil. The new price was more than twice the original quoted price, and not at all competitive with other shops in the area. read more

Well, initially eight months ago I had four new tires put on my car and bought the extended alignment package. So I will give them five stars initially. Had an appointment the week before,but had to cancel it the day before due to illness. Rescheduled it for the following Friday at the exact same time, showed up on time and was told I did not have an appointment at 10 AM and that was that. He asked if I could come back later that afternoon, however was not possible.and I didn't reschedule due to not knowing my schedule. However when I came in he was working with a gentleman who wanted to buy four tires and the gentleman did not want to do it then and there, but scheduled it for the following day, but the customer service rep told him he could do it right now ,so why couldn't my alignment be done? read more

I went there for a warranty issue. They were busy, and short on mechanics. After thinking about putting on my spare( the tire could burst anytime ) they fit me in and took care of me . I left there very pleased. Thanks TK read more

Terrible service find anywhere else. Go to one of the many tire shops / mom and pop shops on Congress north or south of Atlantic. That's where Ishmael told me to go after I was forced to wait over an hour with an appointment and them trying to pressure me into buying a new tire... something I didn't need or want. read more

Went back because new mechanic told me that tire kingdom put transmission fluid into the engine not motor oil. When I went back to T K the red headed manager told me I put the fluid in not them. This is the biggest rip off in all of Delray beach. Never go to this shop. read more

Twice we were unfortunately stuck getting tires there, the tires defect before 30 days, they refused to honor the warranty. They are cantankerous. they always have excuses, no work ethic no honesty no integrity. if you go there you deserve to be ripped off. You have been forewarned. read more

Yesterday, I took my car in to get a tire replaced. I had plugged a leaking tire that still had more than 1/2 the tread left, so it would hold air long enough to get me to Tire Kingdom on 301 in Palmetto. They said they couldn't patch a tire that had already had a plug in it. STRIKE ONE! So, I ordered a new tire two days before my appointment, and I show up for my appointment yesterday for the replacement. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before they came to tell me my tire hadn't been delivered. STRIKE TWO! So, we rescheduled for today. After two hours, the car is rolled out on the drive. Even after they discussed among themselves in the salesroom which tire it was, and they confirmed it was the driver side front, they replaced the passenger side and removed my good tire. STRIKE THREE!!! How do I know this. I plugged the bad tire myself. And, the new tire was not the same brand. And, it was placed on the passenger side. I've been going to these guys for six years. Went to tire kingdom to get an oil change. Daniel and Julian were the ones that helped me. Not only was the price way better than Honda, it was done way faster and instead of telling me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, Daniel helped me with what I needed and ensured me the rest of my car was in great shape. As a girl who takes care of her car on her own, honesty at auto shops is hard to find. I really appreciated this from tire kingdom & this is the only place I will go from now on. Lord my friend bought me 4 new tires & I go to tire kingdom for the first time to get them put on, even tho I was already skeptical about them, and there was a 2 hour wait. Mind you. I waited the 2hours and when I got back, the work still wasn't done. Supposedly, they had an issue with taking the lug nuts off but no one decided to call & inform me about it. They waited for me to come back after 2 whole damn hours to tell me. They explained that they had to break the lug nuts, but I had to pay for new ones & I said ok. But I had to wait another 2 hours. I was aggravated! So I caught a LYFT home which they said they would accommodate me with. Now I'm home, and I get a phone call almost 2 and a half hours later from them saying that while they were trying to take off the lug nuts, they broke my CV Axel and I had to leave my car overnight fot them to get the part & fix it. But that charge would be on them. I was pissed! I had to work at 6am so I had to call out & I couldn't get my kids to school because I didn't have a ride. They manager at Tire Kingdom told me, "obviously there was something wrong with you car for it to break like that" No mf there wasn't anything wrong with my car, until y'all touched it! They didn't accommodate me with S**T! No even the Lyft. I called corporate & they didn't do S**T either! To top it off, I specifically told them from the beginning, before I left my car with them that I wanted my old tires because they were still good and they said they would put them in my trunk. When I picked up my car the next day, they couldn't find my tires. But they did take me to a room full of old tires and expected me to look for my tires. Ain't that a B****! Never Again! I brought my Highlander in for an oil change, 4 new tires, and a wheel alignment. Next day the right front tire looked low and I brought it back to have it checked. They said it was fine. Later that day I was on 95N to PBI when that same tire blew out. I changed the tire and went back to TK. They said "whoops, a bad valve" and replaced the tire. Very shabby operation. I had the wheels of my car replaced in November and a couple of months later had an issue with the tire. Went back and they found a reason to state that the problem was my fault and that the warranty didn't cover it, so I had to buy a new tire, mind you they had only been used for less than 5k miles, no issues/accidents to the wheels. After the slow customer service, the employees tried to convince me that my battery needed to be changed and my car had oil smears all over the hood which were difficult to remove (white paint) . Never will I be going to this Tire Kingdom, or any Tire Kingdoms for that matter, ever again. read more

I just brought a flat tire in to be fixed after picking up a nail. They took the tire, fixed it in 5 minutes, put it back on my car, and just shook my hand and thanked me for coming in. No charge. Won't buy my tires anywhere else. read more

I went to get an allignment done on my car when I went back to the shop they didn't even do the allignment. They just tried to convince me that I needed $3,000 in repair I figured they were full of shit and don't even have three grand so I left and to be safe I bought my car to an actual mechanic (tire kingdom employees are NOT mechanics by the way) and he said that everything was fine. While I was at tire kindgom I witnessed an employee talking to an old woman listing all the "repairs" and since she was old and did not know any better she listened. I will be reporting this place to department of consumer services. read more

Great customer service. In for oil change tire rotation. Told wait was 1 1/2 and that's what it was. They told me all the additional things my car needed. They did not push me to do them they gave me an estimate, my decision if I want to have them done. Ive been coming here for years for my oil changes and tires haven't had an issue yet! After having my Battery checked and ok'd with a print out at Walmart where purchased it , I had an oil change appt at tire kingdom. After being told I need a new battery and other work totaling 100.00ds. I checked with my mechanic to find all was fine. You are warned!!!! read more

My fiancé had a screw in her tire yesterday, she was all the way down in Sunrise and Saw grass Industrial Park . I told her to call Triple A and have them come change the tire. When the guy arrived he offered to plug the tire for $ 15 instead of putting on the spare. She was short of cash and only had $12 for lunch, so he put the spare on. Friday morning she got up @ 6 am to go to this Tire Kingdom as it was closer to the house. The person that was waiting on her said there was not enough thread to plug it and it would be $ 195+tax for a new Michelin, I told her to run as to when she told me which store she went too ! That's when the fight started ! I have lived in S Boynton and used this store once since 1990 ! I can't believe the management at this place, they a bunch of F---ing MORON'S ! ANYWAY, just passing on this info, so somebody else don't get screwed ! The moral to this story, I have dealt with Tire Kingdom for over 35+ years when I lived in Ft. Lauderdale and moved to S Boynton in 90 ! I went to my Tire Kingdom over on Congress and south of Golf Road ! This guy Cliff, pulled the tire out said he would take care of it as I did not have time to wait, he then call me back in a couple hours when not busy and mount tire ! NO PROBLEM, EVER AT THAT STORE OR ANY OTHER ONE ! I WOULD LIKE TO FOREWARD THIS TO THE COMPANY HEADQUARTERS BUT INSTEAD I WILL PRINT IT AND SEND US MAIL AS THEY WOULD THINK IT'S SNAIL MAIL ! NOT ! It just totally amazes me this location has never changed it's customer service attitude ! I scheduled an appointment for 730 am for an oil change/tire rotation, as they're having a special for oil change/tire rotation and i was also quoted a $30 dollar price by Julian, to have my own Gas filter installed that i bought from another store, i got there at 730am and Julian was off that day and i was told there was no appointment made for me in their computer and no quote for installation of my own gas filter to be put in and from $30 dollars, the store manager now wanted $90 dollars to put in my own part and the assistant manager had trouble locating where to do oil change on my car and where to put the gas filter in and they refused to do tire rotation, claiming best tires were in front, 2 other tire places told me differently, i was there well over an hour for only an oil change and when i complained to customer service at corporate, their discretion was left to the word of the store manager, whatever happened to the customer is always right?, i'm most upset with customer service at Tire Kingdom for making me additionally responsible for proof that was never put in a computer by Julan and would never return there again, even for free ! If i were able to have experienced what other satisfied customers have i would have no reason to write this ! read more
