This has been my neighborhood tire shop for 7 years until today. I had a tire delivered here so it can be exchanged for my old tire that had sidewall damage, this was about a week or more ago. Today, I discivered that they put the damaged tire, which cannot be fixed, as my spare. So I went to have it exchanged, which seemed like a reasonable thing to do, and as I spoke with the person at the desk, he proceeded to explain that I had somehow let the workers know that I wanted the messed up tire as a spare. I was flabbergasted. I asked the worker, "why would I want a damaged spare tire?", and the responce was that customers request that. So, I summerized what I was hearing as, I should have told the workers to please leave the good the tire as the spare and do not put the damaged one as the spare. Wich is ridiculous. Then a young worker came out with to see the tire and he claimed to remember my car and that the tire had a nail in it, which it didnt, and blamed me for my spare tire being completely flat. Got a nail in my tire and called about 20 mins before closing to see if they can change my tire. The guy on the phone sounded ready to go home and said they can do it if I'm here in 5 mins-- luckily I was in the parking lot. I got there and they all looked very annoyed to do their job. I gave him the keys and 5 mins later he came back and said they DONT HAVE THE KEY LOCK FOR THE WHEEL.... A TIRE PLACE... LITERALLY THE ONE TOOL THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO HAVE!! Tire Kingdom has always been a go to spot. Dealing with a nail in the tire. Made an appointment online. I even called multiple times to confirm they were open, no one answered the phone. (See picture) I trusted they were open as the system allowed the scheduling. Barely making it there I see they are closed, but through the window I see a gentleman that works there through the glass. He signals me they are closed, I just had a few quick questions but could not hear him through the glass, so I signal if he can come around closer or open the door for a second because I can't hear him as I'm hard of hearing, Instead he runs to the back like a rude little girl lol. Now I completely understand they are closed and work holiday hours, but don't be a lil girl and run to the back like a scared coward as if I was going to do something to you, I'm a customer guy! Don't buy tires from before double checking prices. Their prices are higher then even original dealer. not by few dollars but $ 50 each tire or more. They promise price match on the website but Manager at this store has refused to honor the website price match promise. This is worst customer service. I went to get Sumitomo Tires. Manager gave me price of $165 per tire. I saw the same tire at nearby Toyota Dealer (Autonation) for only $ 115 and at Walmart for $105. (See pictures below). Manager saw the quote, verified all the info, however, refused to do price match. I asked why as website clearly mention this. He said that Toyota Dealer is 20 minutes by drive away and told me to go there and buy the tire. I called customer service number and complaint as well. Not sure what happened there. Brought my car here because i received a coupon for $49.95 synthetic oil change. Arrived and the guy at the front had a bad attitude. Ok. Had me start up my car, open the hood and he made a visual inspection. Once he checked that everything was clean, he decided they could accept my car. But wait....the total would be $100. I took my car in for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. The 4 tires were put in fine. However when it comes to the wheel alignment it was not done well. My steeling wheel now needs to be held to the right in order for the car to drive straight. After bringing this up to the store and them redoing it, my steering wheel is still not straight. When I informed them again that they did not fix it, they shift blame and try and tell me the struts are bad and I need to replace them. I find this to be absolutely unacceptable as my car had no such issue before the first alignment. read more

STOP!!! Don't go near this place. I took my jeep in this last week of April, 2023, twice. Second time was for the air conditioning. They left my car filthy ALL OVER. They scratched my front passenger rim. They dented the roof. (Both of these things I noticed while washing my jeep today). And the air conditioner still does not work. I was charged $1,000 to replace the compressor. Didn't work. And they wanted me to replace two more part just to see if it works. Another $1,000 (would have been). Let me start by saying that I would not recommend this tire shop to anyone. I want to say that the rep in the front (Miguel) told me that if I get an appointment for any time that week and he could squeeze me in that day. when I did that he then told me that he can't do that even though he told me otherwise. I came the next day for my appointment which was at 10:30 am didn't get my car back till 2 pm. I went in just for 4 tires to be installed and balanced. It actually took them 2 hours to start working on my car. What's the point of an appointment then. Then they left my wheel all dirty with a white lotion all over the tires and wheels. When I drove the car back home and got on the hwy the car was vibrating when I was going over 60mph. I then called and they told me to go in 4 days later. I then washed the car 2 days later and noticed that I had 3 huge scratches on one of my rims. When I got to the shop for my 2nd appointment I mentioned the scratches and Miguel told me that it's been 4 days and that it's my word vs theirs. I 100% know I didn't have a scratch on my rim. he then goes on to tell me that they use a plastic piece on the machine that removes the tire so that it doesn't scratch the rims. I then decided to stop arguing with Miguel. When I was waiting for my wheels to balance I saw two other cars have tires installed and they used a metal crowbar looking tool to assist the machine in taking the wheels off. This is most definitely what scratched my rim. Customer service here is horrible, work time is horrible, and they are just downright liars. Go somewhere else. read more

I went here because I had a nail in my tire and this location was close to my job. After waiting 1 hour, I was told the nail could not be removed and patched because it was to close to the edge (untrue). I was told my only option was to get new tires, of which I needed 4 new ones. I was pissed and left. This morning I went to a well known mom and pop shop by my house and a) they were able to patch it no problem and b) when I asked for a tire quote the owner told me I didnt need tires yet. People every time these sensors mess up after tire replacement by "coincidence " don't trust that. With all honesty this is one of the worst tire shops you can bring your car to, they don't have a CLUE what costumer service is. I was called before picking up my car and was told that the front driver side wheel had two broken wheel studs (which obviously they broke and wanted me to pay for it, wtf?). When I got to the shop to pick up my car, I was given my keys with two nuts with wheel studs broken inside of them, while inspecting my car I realized that only one wheel stud was broken from the front driver side and the rear side only had the nut missing, went back inside to return one nut with the broken wheel lug inside that's NOT MINE and explained the situation to Greg who I'm guessing is a sells representative told me he didn't know what I was talking about, he wasn't even interested to know what was going and told me to come back tomorrow for something that he could fix at the moment, worst costumer service AND on top of that I had 10 miles less in my gas mileage meaning these guys took my car for a spin, what a freaking joke! I booked a service online for a 4 wheel tire change w/ an alignment... when I got into the store. I was told the alignment wasn't included cause I didn't check off the box.. which didn't give me an option and stated it was included on the website.... Then as I'm waiting. I was then told the tires I purchased wasn't in stock (but was in stock on the website) and the only tires they have in stock are very expensive. And the ones that I want he cannot get because it's a Sunday. Overall my experience was absolutely ridiculous. I took my car to this location on 5/14/22 for the first time to get an oil change, rotate tires and put air on my tires. When I started driving my car After it was serviced, I noticed they didn't put air in my tires and didn't place the sticker on the window when to return for next oil change. I ended up calling them so they could let me know and write it down. I ended up putting air on my own tires on the same day and I noticed that one of the air caps of my tires was missing. Why would you take a cap??? My car had all 4 caps before I took it there. Pretty sad that people can be so disrespectful. If you needed a cap, buy one and don't steal from customers! read more

Went in at 1pm, left at 6 almost 7pm, I know that changing tires does not take more than 30 minutes as I've seen it done by other companies for my car before. I only went here cuz of the deal they had for tires and even then ended up finding out that these guys mark up the prices by like $40-$50 which was whatever. The part that got me was when they started offering a bunch of stuff to upsell and the mechanic told me about fluids, engine work needing to be done, cleaned out, etc etc. i look this guy in the face and am like nah I'm good, I do my own car work. Funny thing is, I should've told this guy to stay in his lane, and change my tires I know nobody in that building is a "mechanic" let alone ASE certified, I doubt they have anything close to a master tech in there, it's just a bunch of little kids. Change my tires to the new ones I paid for and let me go about my day. And for all the people getting skimped out by this place for "oil changes" and all that stuff, do it yourself or go to an ACTUAL mechanic shop, I guarantee you these guys are NOT mechanics, just "tire" guys, nothing MORE. Plus they put crappy conventional oil in your engines, these guys are just like the staff at jiffy lube, kids getting jobs straight out of highschool with no experience cuz they'll hire just about anyone. If you know anything about cars or are a car enthusiast, you know to avoid these places like the plague for anything besides TIRES. Then I saw them banging on my engine. Then they told me that if I bring in an alternator they would put it in with the credit the used battery they gave me. And now they said that they won't. One of my tires was flat, so I came here to see if I could get it patched or, at worst, replaced. I have to wait more than hour before they even look at my car. Of course, they tell me that they can't patch the tire and I have to get a new one. Predictable, but I was prepared for that. Then, they tell me they don't have the tire in the store and none of the stores in the area do. What am I supposed to do then? The guy's face is stuck on stupid and he says I just have to go find somewhere that does have it. Meanwhile, they can put on my spare. But of course they charge me $20. I found a good deal online for 19.99 for a regular oil change than I was also able to request an appointment so that I could be serviced without waiting. When I arrived they placed my car on the lift and left it there for 2 hours. I told them if they were not going to work on my vehicle now to bring it down from the lift. The gentleman working here told me I had to be ready to wait 3 hours. So even with or without an appointment this place is useless to come to do a simple oil change. As soon as I told him I was not going to wait and demanded my car to be taken off the lift he put someone to work on the car and start draining the oil. Besides me there was a gentleman here waiting for 3 hours and many more waiting for more than an hour and still were told to wait longer. The one star I gave it is for the price but if I have to wait 3 hours to save 10.00 to 20.00 than I rather paying the 20.00 . Last time I come here for oil change or anything else read more

Came here to check my brakes. After waiting to find out what needed to be done. They recommended to get the two in the back done. I say yes to it and wait for the part to arrive. I waited for it to arrive. When I find it arrived by asking, they tell me that the tech left to do something else and no one thought it would be considerate to tell me. Waited 30 minutes later to find out the mechanic wasn't there. They told me to wait til the mechanic showed up and I got upset and told them why couldn't another mechanic do it??? They then told me that the ticket was made to that specific mechanic and they needed to see if someone else could do it. Really!?! I could have been there for 5-6 hours for just replacing the rear breaks in my car. Finally they got a mechanic to do it after he was done with his customer. Needless to say that this was very disappointing and they didn't even offer me any compensation for that or offered a discount on my next visit. Just a sorry and here's how much your total is.
