(That was after I had to go through their automated phone system, & my travel clock was ticking. (1 of them only allowed me to speak to automated voice and it didn't understand the words, "tire plug") Phone was answered by human quick who said yes, they could do it right away. I was on my way out of town when I heard the screw in my tire. When I pulled up, there was no formality. I said I'd just called and all 3 said, 'Yep, pull right here." Had a tire blow out on the front passenger side Saturday night. Called this place on a Sunday and was happy to hear they could order tires and have my vehicle back on the road by Monday afternoon. Purchased 2 new tires and had them put on the back of the vehicle due to it being front wheel drive. They even asked me where the tires were going, should have been obvious they go on the back. 2 of the tire tps were not working. I was quoted$135 a piece to replace them. Being a ridiculous price for a tire sensor I declined. Picked the vehicle up thinking I was good to go down the road. I get home and look at the tires, they looked very uneven. Manufacturers recommended PSI for my vehicle is 35. My new tires in the back had 40psi and the fronts had 30. While taking air out of the back and filling the front I notice a bubble in the sidewall of a front tire. The tires bubbling probably caused the original blow out. It's a very noticeable bubble. They should have never let me leave their lot with the bubble in the sidewall, at least give me a warning. Now I'm having to purchase 2 more tires. I probably could have gotten away with 2 if the person working on my vehicle actually paid attention to what they were doing. I also found out they took the tires I was keeping off the wheels for some reason. I know that because the tire that blew out had a gouge in the rim, that wheel no longer had a tps working in it. I did not ask them to take the tires off of the wheels not being replaced. I have proof they did and there's no logical reason for it. They didn't even put the correct amount of air back in the tires. They could have been the ones that caused the tire walls to weaken and cause the bubble for all I know. They shouldn't have touched those wheels other than mounting on the front of the vehicle. Now I'm having to replace the other 2 tires due to it not being safe to drive down the road. I'm not sure what Tire Kingdom was thinking or doing, they will never get my business ever again and I hope those reading this feel the same way. They allowed me to drive off of their lot in an unsafe vehicle. They didn't even inflate the tires correctly. Negligence at its finest. Please do not waste time and money with them like I did. read more

I was on my way from central FL to Pa and noticed that a low tire alert popped up. After pulling off the highway I noticed that the passenger rear tire was low on air and going flat. Not knowing if any tire stores were near me I took a chance and headed back the way toward the freeway. Luckily I was just down the street from the first tire store I saw, the Tire Kingdom on Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville FL. They had just opened up and after I explained the situation they got me in quickly. After less than a half hour they had me back on the road again after replacing the valve stem. I believe Tire Kingdom took advantage of my stepdaughter. She had a low tire and it would not hold air. I was out of town, she was rattled by the situation and had a full schedule for the evening and the following morning. AAA towed her vehicle and left it overnight with a 12:30 pm pickup on the following day promised. That was delayed, which made her unavailable, and necessitated Uber charges. I had to pick it up for her later in the afternoon. The bill to replace one tire came to $363.10 after all the myriad charges were applied! She was told that the damaged tire had created a "ring of death," referring to a part that supposedly had to be replaced along with the tire itself. After reviewing online prices, I figured the price she was charged was about double. So, consumer beware. read more

DO NOT roll the dice by doing business here. I'm warning you. I took my car in for new tires on a Saturday. While taking off one of the front tires they broke one of the posts. No one called me about it AT ALL. I found out when I arrived close to closing time on Sunday to pick it up. The manager informed me that he had to order a part and wouldn't have it until Monday. I had to cancel appointments and Uber to work on Monday. I called the corporate office to try and speed up the process, and they assured me that they were on it. But they didn't do anything. All day Monday I waited for a call. Zero communication. On Monday evening just before they closed, I got a voicemail saying that the car would be done in the morning at 9 AM "at the latest." Now I have to take an Uber to work on Tuesday and schedule my meetings for the early evening when I'll have my car back. I show up to pick it up at 4:30 PM and it is STILL NOT DONE. And no one called me to let me know. Zero communication. I have NEVER seen such rudeness and incompetence. The corporate office is completely non-responsive. What a HORRIBLE company! read more

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I got all new tires put on my Ford Fusion. After, my sensors kept telling me the air pressure was low and two tire sensors weren't even working. Visiting Jacksonville on Labor Day weekend and discovered that the tread on my 2 rear tires was separated. There's no way I would have made it safely home, which is over 300 miles south of Jax. I called Tire Kingdom as soon as they opened on Labor Day morning, and Steve was able to locate 2 tires and have them waiting at the shop when I arrived at 9:00 am. He was able to get the tires mounted and get me safely on the road. This Tire Kingdom location absolutely amazed me with their fast, friendly service and professionalism. DO NOT Have your vehicle serviced here. They put new tires on my car, broke my TPMS and then kept my vehicle for almost 9 hours! The manager Matt Stephens is incompatant and my vehicle is still not fixed. His staff was also extremely rude and uncaring. Howard was the only exception. Not only did the manager not make himself known when I requested to speak to him and he was standing less than 2 feet away from me, he also told me he would have my car fixed ASAP since it had sat there for hours and then proceeded to show photos of his children to another customer who walked in to just chat with him. He cares absolutely NOTHING about the customers. Customer service was a big help by giving me his distract manager information (which he refused To give to me) I am waiting for the distract manager to call me back. My car is STILL not fixed!!!!! I had been taking my cars to Tire Kingdom since 1995, until last month (3/20) but NO MORE!! I got an estimate six months ago for new tires, alignment and brake job and was promised the estimate would be honoured whenever I returned. When I went back, the manager told me the tires were not available and I would have to purchase a far more expensive set instead. I refused and told him to just do the brakes. I kept hearing a rattling noise from the right side rear and went back to Tire Kingdom to check out the cause. I am disabled and sitting for for long periods causes serious pain. After nearly a hour, the manager said my tires needed replacing on the rear because the tread was splitting. This was a lie. Besides, the car had not been checked, so how could he know condition of the tires? Additionally, overhearing manager and other customers there, it was apparent Tire Kingdom was ripping off people, charging them for unneeded service. WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! read more

I got a flat tire, was worried about having to buy new tires, asked an associate where she would recommend me to go and she said the Tire Kingdom on Atlantic Blvd. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. Walked in, they looked at the tire, could only see a little area leaking between the tire and the rim. They asked me if they could clean up the rim and it worked. They took the spare off my car and put my old tire back on. They didn't even charge me anything for helping me. Matt, the manager, took such good care of me that I will always 100% recommend them and will never bother to go anywhere else! This is a complaint ! I applied for the credit cart to take advantage of the Memorial Day buy 2 get 2 free tire sale. Card was approved so I ordered a set of tires with the value installation package and also requested an A/C service. Appointment was today in Lake City, FL. I live 45 miles away so I did call to verify everything was good to go before I made the drive. Guess what ? Store does not have my tires, they were never ordered. Steve at the store is who I spoke with, who states he has ordered them today and will be in on Monday. Not acceptable ! I made these plans for this week because I am off and am unable to make the trip for tires on a work day due to the distance I live from the store. I have since cancelled the credit card and any appointments (400031718943-o314453248). You have lost your chance at obtaining a new customer due to this experience. I will go on to further say I can go to your website even today and make an appointment for these same tires at the same store for tomorrow even though they do not have the tires in stock, how can this happen with today's tech ? The guy was rude and acted like I didn't know anything or understand what he was telling me, but I did know exactly what he was talking about and he was full of crap.
