They replaced parts but could not figure out the problem. I asked if they would give me a discount as they did not fix the first time but said no. They just lost a future customer.

So after the oil change I drove to the main location on Domestic to have the tire repaired. I was told that I would have to wait about an hour for them to get to it for repair. I had no problem since I drove in without an appointment. As I was sitting in the waiting room, I noticed how nice and professional they handled their customers. Well after about an hour the nice lady working the front called my name and apologized for me having to wait an hour. That the tech working on my tire could not find a leak !!-- that the whole problem was found when he put the valve stem cap back on and that is when he heard air coming out !! I had a bad valve stem cap !!! She apologized again and said "no charge" !!! I gave her some "cross Pennie's" I made for her young family. She just had another baby girl about a year ago. After looking over my vehicll, they wanted me to replace the condenser and almost the whole a/c system. I was generous because they pointed out some not-cheap, borderline issues which I agreed to. As long as the topped up my a/c After agreeing to extra work, they didn't even bother putting a can of fryon in! Also, they pointed out a leak which was never there before. Sent it to me in a video when I wasn't present of course. Not only did they ignore one of my primary request, my a/c completely quit after collecting my vehicle. These people, and Dan the manager primarily, only care about pumpingg up your invoice as much as they can. I thought I'd found someone reputable. I told them I was a 100% VA disabled and survive on Vets benefits. Dan didn't care. So, thank you Daniel for I can no longer take my dog to her favorite location until I can find someone who'll simply put a can of fryon in until I getn back to NE in a month. Oh, and don't give me the "well, it has to be evacced first" because I am not dumb, and have actually harmlessly put a can of Fryon in my vehicle. Then again, I suppose I must understand that at the core is you trying to squeeze the most life out of my wallet as you can!!!! Furthermore, I am mechanically-oriented being a retired Aircraft Mechanic from the USAF! My point being, I would gamble my left pinkie that there are UMPTEEN PEOPLE YOU HAVE SWINDLED in the Naples area. I will not stop here. I wish I had better things to say about this place as I've used them religiously as my tire…read moreservicer for years as I have very low profile wheels that are difficult for other shops to work on. However, over the past couple of years it just felt like the quality has gone down. A few years back, I got in an accident that left one of the rims cracked, and they were able to fix it without incident. Fast forward a few years, and the crack reopened. I wasn't aware that the crack had reopened, so I took it to them to inspect the entire wheel and they said there was no issue or leak. So I put it back on, and a week later, it goes down again. I take it back to have it checked and asked to inspect again, and maybe check for a crack as I couldn't remember if this was the wheel that was cracked originally. Sure enough, they found the crack had reopened and resealed it. So I go back for the 3rd time and they go to put the rim back on my car, and one of the mechanics attempts to put the lug nuts back on with the pneumatic impact, and strips out one of my wheel lug holes. Robert comes over to fix it by manually inserting the lugnut and torquing it down with the torque wrench. He tells me that next time I come, he owes me a wheel lug insert. Luckily I haven't had to take this tire off yet. Now as of recent, I had a tire that unfortunately got a pretty bad hole from a giant nail. I tried my best to plug it to no avail. So I go back against my better judgment from the past couple experiences, and ask Robert to put a new tire on it. He tells me that he can patch it no problem, but I can order a new tire if I want. I said well if you think you can, then go ahead with the patch. I wait the 30 minutes for the patch, and head on my way with no stripped wheel lug hole this time thankfully. The patch ends up not holding, so I call back the NEXT business day, and ask for them to just order the new tire. They said they could have it there by 11 am, and I get there at 12:30 with no tire there yet. I ask them to just put my spare on and I can come back later. Luckily, I called 30 minutes before getting there to confirm if the wheel was ready at 5 pm at this point, and they said yes it's ready, just give them a few minutes. (Insinuating they hadn't done it yet) I get there and they put wheel with the new tire back on. I ask Robert if he can give me a credit for the $80 DOLLARS I spent on a patch that didn't work, since they were already charging me $530 for the 1 tire that granted, does cost $450. He said, "No, because we already did all the work." Even though he said that the patch would work fine, and it cost me another two 30 minute trips to his shop. Overall, just disappointed in the drop of quality these guys put out and the seeming price gouging that they've had over the years especially with someone who's used them for so long.

But they said I would not need to do anything to the alignment. And they gave me the alignment sheet diagram. Very polite and got the job done. Just got home and the car drives wonderfully better than before. But because of the bad tires it veers right ever so slightly which they mentioned. This shop did what Tamiami Ford and tire kingdom couldn't do. Previously I had taken my car for a 4 wheel alignment to both Tamiami Ford and Tire kingdom but when I got the car back the steering wheel was clocked to the left a lot when driving straight same as tire kingdom, and neither Ford or Tire Kingdom provided the alignment sheet diagram. So when I went home I did an eyeball alignment which made the car drive much better than what Ford or Tire Kingdom provided. And now my car drives better than my eyeball alignment which is what I wanted. And the price was fair. So thank you Collier Tire. Good Job. Could have quoted me some new tires as they suggested to get new ones. Which is why 4 out of 5 stars. But that's no biggie. Will definitely come back when I get new tires for them to put them on and balance them.

For a first time customer, you need to know to park your vehicle by the entrance to the office. They appear to service the fleets for a number of businesses, so the parking area around the garage is most always full. Don't park in front of the entrance to the work bays. They don't schedule appointments. I show up at 7 am, when they open, and over a five year period they have always completed my service by close of business that day. I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule, but that has been my experience. When parts are needed, they often arrive in the afternoon. They will call you when the vehicle is ready for pick up. To me their pricing is fair and honest. I want quality work and I'm willing to pay for it. A friend of mine suspected her dealership was overcharging her and asked if I knew of a good mechanic. I took her to Voigt's and they were able to perform the work for much less. They are a good place to go, if you want a second opinion. Voigt's pointed out to me that my truck has a broken bolt on my exhaust, so there is an exhaust leak until things warm up. They said it really didn't hurt anything, so it's a repair that I am choosing to put off. As to my reviews always being positive. For a number of years I benefited from the reviews of others and found places I would have never know existed otherwise. Then I decided to submit reviews. I use Yelp to find good places to try. I figure that's what you are looking for too. You're not looking for a bad experience, but we all experience bad ones from time to time. It could be my bad day and not theirs.
