When I had the car in before the alignment to get new tires, yes plural tires, I knew the left front definitely needed to be replaced and told them to look at the right front as well and if any doubt just replace both. I had right front end work scheduled and planned on getting tires, front end work then alignment. When the car was ready and the bill was for only one tire I asked Daniel what about the other front tire it didn't need to be replaced? He says " I guess not if they didn't replace it" you guess not, how about taking two steps out to the garage and ensuring they knew to check both tires. When I had the right front end work done and last step was alignment the mechanic emphatically said "Do not take it to Tire Kingdom" I stupidly took it to your place. As I told you it was now pulling so hard to the right and when I immediately took it back they said well your right front tire is worn and that's the issue, the alignment is good. I wasted my time and money on two trips to you people, I need to get a new tire and an alignment now and take another day off from work after wasting two with your staff. And your front desk both times were laughing with other customers about the people who raised issues about the work they had done. It's a joke to them I guess when we spend our money there only to have to come back or go elsewhere. Absolutely uncaring and unprofessional staff and horrible quality of work. You take the money but don't stand behind your work and openly laugh at people who have spent what may be as in my case the last few dollars they had until next paycheck. I can't go far with my car now as I don't want to wear the new tire out before I get paid to fix what you people didn't do correctly. I had a new set of tires put on a few days ago and we had an issue with the rims. To make a long story short for this review, despite a big problem, the manager Art worked with me and his district office and resolved the problem with professionalism and a sense of urgency. Being a business owner myself, I know that things do not always go as planned despite our best efforts. But it tells me a lot about the management and the company when something does go wrong, how they respond and handle it that really tells you who they are and what they believe in as a business. I went to another tire place online and got the run around with tires being available. So I checked out Tire Kingdom online. The system was easy to use and I made the appointment. Went into the store, they looked to ensure they had the tires and finished the order. Th said they would be finished that day even though it seemed busy. They were finished which I picked up the next morning. When I got in the car I noticed my tire light was still on. I pulled up to the front and Scott came out and realized there was a battery on the sensor that was not changed out. He ordered a new one and said no charge! This is not my first experience with Tire Kingdom, a few years ago the store in Jupiter Florida really saved me when I had not one, but 2 flats the day after Christmas. This past Friday night I noticed my car had a flat tire, remembering the positive experience I had with the Jupiter Tire Kingdom I called my local Tire Kingdom, I spoke to Arturo and he let me know what time they opened Saturday morning. I aired up my tire at home and drove straight to Tire Kingdom. Arturo was there and everyone was super kind they looked up my history confirmed some information and got me right in. The waiting area was clean and nice, they had a television and Keurig coffee. I wasn't there long it was just a simple flat but it was a good experience and I will most definitely be back and recommend them to anyone who asks. I called yesterday to have a trip check on my sons truck before he left for college on Saturday. They tried to con him into over 400 in back breaks, NO... then he brings truck home and NONE of the fluids were checked and filled up, my husband has to go to auto zone to get power stirring fluid, coolant and washer fluid.... thanks tire kingdom!!! Stopped by the site on US 1 in St Augustine With a flat on a truck tire About 2pm. I could leave it and return when it was ready. Counter guy said it should be same day and would call me. No call so I stopped the next am but not done yet. Reassured me it would be done that day. I got a call at 4:30 to tell me it was done. Went in, paid at the counter and waited at the garage door for the tech to roll it out. She said it wasn't done yet but would do it right then. Popped the tire off and told me it couldn't be repaired because of an internal slice. After that kind of treatment I got my credit, wheel, and loose tire and left. No way was I going to order a tire. On a late Saturday August afternoon around 4pm, I pulled into the Tire Kingdom in St Augustine on US-1 with a defective valve stem and a flat tire on a heavily weighted Budget moving truck. My day had started off really bad that morning and everything that could go wrong was definitely happening to me that day prior to the flat tire. These guys saw that I was having a bad day and took the time out to go above and beyond to fix my flat tire right away. They had my defective valve stem replaced and tire back up and running on a fully loaded rental moving truck within 30 mins. I can't say enough of how great their customer service is and how much I appreciated their help! read more

Let me start off by saying this place is under honest management that operates with integrity. I had my TPMS Sensor replaced in one of my tires here and it was done very wrong and caused for a long day. However, the manager went out of his way by driving to Nissan to pick up the needed factory part for my tire. He also drove me back to my apartment so I didn't have to wait at the shop. Everything was made right and my sensor was replaced properly. Even though this wasn't a pleasant situation, I was very happy with how it was handled and Tire Kingdom will continue to have my business. read more

Gasoline now a days is clean, so you dont need to clean your fuel injectors (No car manuel says to)......They tried telling me I needed this done.....All the "free deals" with tire purchases etc come with the intention of hounding you on your visits to do things. Had to stop in here while in town for a convention. One of my tires was shearing and I just decided to buy all new ones since it was long overdue. This Tire Kingdom was very clean and everyone was very professional and super friendly. I got a great deal on the tires and everything was done in only an hour! Just like they promised. PLUS they went ahead and fixed a balance problem my car was having at no extra charge. My local tire place told me I'd have to go to a body shop to get it fixed. These people obviously had a better grasp on what they were doing. I'm almost tempted to make the hour and a half drive up to St. Augustine to go here for all my tire and alignment needs. read more

I'd been pretty happy with them in the past, the prices and products are great and the service at the counter passable. But the last two times, my spare was just tossed in the truck, damaging some equipment and tools. I don't see why it's so hard to put the spare and tools back in the tire well instead of just chucking it on top of everything. read more

FANTASTIC! Got 4 new tires ordered from tirerack.com and sent to this tire Kingdom. I got an appointment for the very next morning. Everything went well. In particular my my brakes and alignment were checked for free, and they were honest about not needing those services at this time for my car. Even better they upped it to a very good priced oil change since I had them doing the tire install and already doing some business with them. Also after driving 100 miles the car and tires are awesome, the balance is off the charts, pressure perfect. Absolutely I recommend this Tire Kingdom to anyone and will be visiting again in the near future for other services I will need. read more

Billy was very helpful and after calling a few tire kingdoms in the area was able to locate a perfect match for the tires we have. I've had a couple of bad experiences with this location. First my car engine wouldn't start reving even while in park, so I came to this location. The problem turned out to be my snorkel valve. Which was fixed. During assessment of my car however, the chef mechanic was very unprofessional. He said to me I must have pissed off some girl, and she must have messed with my engine. Next I had a vibration under the hood. This location firstly, didn't find the problem, and after my car was in their care, my ac didn't work and it worked just fine before. My Dad looked under the bottom of my car and noticed my ac compressor had been disconnected. We took the car back to this location and they had no idea how this could have become disconnected. When he got around to speaking with me he had no idea who I was or why I was there. I have already given you all my information online. Took car in to have tire plugged. They did nothing although said they plugged tire. Tried to charge for an oil change that never occurred. Brought car home & tire continued to go flat. Brought car back to get tire replaced since non existent plug wasn't working. Told me they plugged tire today. Well what did you do to my car Thursday? Round & round who's on first? After my estimate with ACE went to tire kingdom and they said I needed a wheel bearing after complaining about a noise and a vibration on my pontiac grand prix. They gave me an estimate for $500.00 plus dollars and in disbelief went to another shop after calling around. The next shop took the car and myself for a test drive and determined I had two problems a left wheel bearing was bad and a right cv joint was bad as well causing the vibration I had been complaining about! They fixed both problems for $411.22 less than Tire Kingdom or ACE and neither of them mentioned the cv joint at all! They were both very high on their prices! read more

We were on our driving South tour and were on our way to Universal Studios. We decided to stop off at the outlets and stopped at a traffic light when our car tire flattened out. Lucky it didn't flattened minutes earlier because I was driving 70 mph on the highway! AAA changed our tire and we went on to Tire Kingdom with the donut tire. AAA said that they couldn't find anything wrong with our tire. I was worried about being scammed saying that we neeed a completely new tire. But, I was wrong! They checked our tire and couldn't find anything wrong. They patched it up and $35 and 1.5 hrs later, we were on our way to Universal! I was a little nervous driving after that, but we made it back home with out any problems with that tire. I love Tire Kingdom. read more

I have no one to blame but myself for patronizing this shop despite their poor work quality in previous visits. But, I think I've finally learned my lesson. This shop has lied about rotating my tires in the past (I started to get suspicious that they weren't doing it when I asked, so I started tracking which tires were where, and they made excuses when I called them on it). Today, after dropping off my car with a flat tire and asking for an oil change while they were at it, they said my car would probably be ready at 3:00. No one called with an update, so I called at 3:30 just to see what was happening, and they told me my car was ready to pick up. After getting a ride and getting dropped off at the shop, I waited to pay only to discover that they never fixed my flat tire. Somehow a "tire shop" failed to notice a flat when they drove my car in and out of the bay and never bothered to perform any of the "complimentary safety checks" that would have cued them into the flat. Oh, and they never bothered to read their own ticket where it was indicated either. This shop is incompetent, unreliable, and dishonest. I'm never coming back, and I hope you won't either. read more
