Had four new tires mounted and balanced here. The TPMS sensors were never switched to the new rims. Also the balance was horrendous with the steering wheel shaking at 60mph and up. This stores prices were the highest at $25 a wheel and the job was done at the lowest level. Yes they will redo everything but my time is valuable and I think 2 major mistakes should not have happened when you go to the supposed professionals. Will not return and DO NOT RECCOMEND! read more

I've been going to tire kingdom for many years and recently moved to the Sunrise area and started going to the Sawgrass location and that's when everything changed. I took my vehicle I'm for a tire balance and an alignment. Get on the highway to test it out and noticeable vibration at 70mph and truck pulling to the right and my steering wheel is not centered which is the reason I took the truck in. I went back and voiced my concern again only to be called 45 mins and told that all was corrected. 2 days I live on a family trip to Orlando and as soon as I get on the highway, car is vibrating at 70 mph , steering wheel still not centered and truck pulls to the right as it did before my initial visit. I go to Orlando and spent the next day of my family vacation at a local tire kingdom in hopes that they would make things right. Being skeptical that any work was actually performed I stood outside the entire time they worked on my truck. Thank God the tire kingdom in Orlando got me all squared away. Not only we're all 4 tires out of balance, but the gentlemen there immediately noticed that the rear wheel of the truck where never aligned and we're all out of wack. I purchased the lifetime balance and 3 year alignment plan so I'm thankful it is good at any Tire kingdom because I will never return to the tire kingdom at Sawgrass. They seemed more worried about service add ons than actually taking care of the original issues and it starts from the Top with the Manager Raul. read more

This is best repair and Tire company. Everytime I go in I get all my concerns taken care of without worry of over sell. After a hit and run my bumper was knocked off. I called Tire Kingdom by Sawgrass and was told I could bring my car over right a way. I did, they took a look and put me at ease with "I can fix that". my original call last week was to price tires and have them installed. I was informed they did not carry run flats and made a great suggestion. The gentleman said, go online and buy them. He gave me the website to go to, which i did, the tires were shipped directly to Tire Kingdom and in a half hour i had my car back and saved $140. I had gotten a price from another shop in Miami where i had them done before and i spent more money. The service and the techs were very professional and courteous. I will definitely be returning.... This place is awful. I went in for a simple oil change. They pulled the dip stick and said thr car had no oil. The car was never even lifted off the ground. They are a bunch of idiots. They told me they could not do the oil change due to liability, but they never ever bothered to drain the oil to even see if there really wasn't any oil in the pan. So, I went to a local car shop got myself an oil filter and oil. Got home and put the car up. Drained the oil... 6 quarts!!! Go figure. My car had oil in it! Tada!! These people need to go back to high school and take some critical thinking courses. These back alley "mechanics" are a bunch of clowns. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! 2/1/2019 First the good: able to schedule an appointment for 9am to have a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports put on my 2011 Miata. Arrived on time, and shop got right on it. Showroom was clean and there was a Kurig for waiting customers (I waited for the work), thank you. Register person asked if I wanted my alignment checked and i said "sure." 25 minutes later tires on and one technician comes out and says, "your alignment's a little out" so I authorized a one-time alignment. Roughly 10 minutes later the register person rings me out. All-in-all a reasonable cycle time (~45 minutes total). Now the bad: two technicians worked the shop bays. Neither at any time wore safety goggles (hmmm...). So, I asked when receiving my key back for the pre-and post-alignment report printout, but the technician said, "our printer doesn't work." I watched the technicians through the windows in the waiting room and noticed one checked my battery (but never mentioned good or bad results to me when giving me my keys). As I drive it out of the lot I notice the brand new tires spun in a small puddle (?). I got home and let the tires cool (for 2 hrs) and made sure they were not warm to the touch. My car jamb says 29psi. I measured the tires 38psi all around! no wonder my tires spun coming out of their lot! Then I took a closer look at my rims and noticed greasy smudges on all four! Fortunately they were not scratched. With workmanship like this I will never know if my alignment was completed, much less correctly within specs. I can only hope the balancing was done correctly, too. When you are treated this haphazardly, it is hard to trust hidden workmanship quality. I don't trust this site. read more

Went in to replace 4 tires. They came back with I need new shocks, the car has the original factory shocks. I said, "really". Called my mechanic that does all my work and asked him the date he changed the shock absorbers. So he did. Gave the Tire Kingdom service writer the date the shocks were replaced. Won't deal with these people. read more

This place is the worst, I was a Sunrise resident for about 5 years and this people never delivered a good customer service. Today 4/29/2018 I happen to have a nail in a tire and stopped at this location and voy they have gotten worse, the lady in the front was eating pizza at the same time she was talking to customers including me. The guys in the shop were dancing and eating pizza, prioritizing a quick tire sale for two guys that just got there. If you don't know, when you get a oil change here it's suppose to come with a tire rotation. Well only lazy asses work here because we just found out that the last time they rotated the tires was in 2017. We asked them to rotate the tires this morning since we're going out of town and they tell us they can't because the front tires are too worn out, which made us second guess if they were ever rotated to begin with. So just be careful and don't get ripped off here. They probably thought we'd buy new tires from them, but now we'll just take our business elsewhere. read more

I have come here four times since I've been to Florida and I have to say, this has been the most professional and courteous tire repair center I have ever dealt with. I came in 20 minutes before closing and they still assisted me and repaired my tire quickly and had me out the door. These people are rip offs and con artists. I went there today for my 2pm appointment for a conventional oil change and the guy at the desk tried to tell me that it is REQUIRED for me to get a synthetic oil change and pay $69 . I said to him , no I always pay around $20 for a conventional oil change and never pay that much, it's the manufacturer recommendation. I don't have to get that. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to get it and I just walked out and said no thanks. I will never retur to this place. Me and my boyfriend came here previously to get our previous car worked on and it came out their shop w.more issues than it went in for. These people will try to get you for every penny you got. Never going here again. I had just gotten out of work and needed a tire badly. It was an emergency. So I decided to go to the place right across the street from work. I got there an hour before closing and asked the guy if he could help me and he said no we can't do it. An emergency and they can't do it. And it isn't a we can't it's a we don't want to because it might take to long. Ongoing Oil Change Nightmare with Tire Kingdom I took my 2010 Audi A4 for an oil change to the Tire Kingdom store located at 2550 Sawgrass Mills Circle, Sunrise, FL 33323 on Sunday 09/15/2013 at 9:07 AM. I talked to store manager, Scott Wilson,(954)845-9800, and he assured me the technicians at Tire Kingdom are fully skilled and trained to work on Audi. I picked up the car that evening at 5:38pm after the oil change only to find oil leak spots on my paved driveway a few days later. I took the car back in on 09/28/2013 at 11:00AM. After two hours, Scott told me the gasket on the oil plug was pinched. He said he replaced the oil plug gasket and fixed the oil leak. The next morning I again noticed the oil leak on our driveway. I was beginning to doubt the quality of the service I was receiving. I took the car in again at 6:00pm on 10/01/2013 for the third time. Scott and his technician Kevin worked on it again for two hours and they assured me there will not be any more oil leak. At this point, I was very suspicious of the work the store did on my car in contrary to all the assurance I received from Scott and his technicians about the quality of their service. I was afraid that the oil pan is being either cross-threaded or cracked. I decided to send an email to customer service of the Tire Kingdom and share my experience with their store. In response to my email, Juanita Williams, a district manager (754)281-0389, contacted me and asked that we take the car to any mechanic in order to inspect for any possible damages during the oil change. She assured us that Tire Kingdom would pick up any costs associated with any repair needed. I took my car to a local Audi Dealership for an inspection and the result was shocking. The area around oil plug was completely covered with silicon and JB weld. At this point I was angry and furious. The repair cost to replace the Oil Pan is $1523. I reported the finding to Juanita Williams. Then, she referred me to her boss Denny Rivera, (954-326-8724). After a short conversation with him, he just literary blew me off and said he is not going to pay for the repair. I am stock with $1523 bill and don't know what to do. read more

This is not the place that makes you feel like they are going to scam you (I have been to other Tire Kingdoms where they could care less about who walked through the door just to make a huge buck off small pockets). Don't make an appointment if you decide to go here because there's no point. Before I go into appointments make sure if you're there try and talk to any worker besides the manager (I think her name is Gloria) because she not only always has a bad attitude but doesn't even have any car knowledge (DO NOT TRUST HER). You can be on time or early to your set appointment and they'll still take other walk in cars before you. I was early to my appointment for work that's usually 30-45 max and it's been 2 hours and I've seen multiple other people come in and have their cars done while I waited. The appointments are on a screen by 30 minute intervals. Until I asked how long it was going to still be at the hour mark I could see that no one was even attending to my car it was just kept raised. Don't make an appointment no matter how much easier they convince you it is cause it's a lie read more

This experience with Julio was truly outstanding! I had a problem with tires on my wife's Mercedes and just didn't feel like we were being told the straight scoop from another Tire Kingdom. I just needed it to be addressed with an honest opinion and Julio did just that. He listened to my experience the day before at the other TK in the area and immediately went outside to check the tires and found a serious safety issue with both of the front tires. How and why this was not caught by the TK the day before is beyond me but Julio looked me in the eye and said he would take care of it and he did just that. He was professional and given the circumstances, he did the best he could for me and that is all I could ask of him. Safety first and Julio knew that was my primary concern and why I was back at a TK on a Sunday after spending 2.5 hours at another TK the day before. Showed up with a nail sticking out of the side of a tire I bought at Tire Kingdom. I was advised to make an appt for the next day due to a back up of vehicles for repair. I returned the next day 5min before my appt only to be told it will be a 3-4 hour wait. I asked why I wasn't called. The woman at the counter motioned to her computer screen and said "I don't see no number here". I tried to reschedule- her reply was short and dismissive. Horrible business, that's how I'm going to start. We bought two tires from this place, we told them that it was for a 13 ton concessions trailer and they said "yeah sure, we will order them and have them by tomorrow" so we called today 5 times until they finally arrived (after the time they told us) and when we show up, they don't have a jack. They said that their only jack was broken and couldn't lift the weight when we SPECIFICALLY said it was a 13ton trailer. Of course they didn't want to loose the tire sell and instead of letting us know they would be in able to mount them, they just kept it to themselves. On top of that they gave my husband the worse attitude ever "well take them or leave them that's your option" what!??? What kind of customer service is that????? Not even an apology for having us drive there when the job couldn't be done. Needless to say we will never go back, and I STRONGLY advise you to go to tire hut or any other place where they will appreciate your business. Horrible service. read more

Brought the car in and received a brand new set of tires. My wife got the car back and with it had extensive damage to the serpentine belt components. I had the car towed to the dealership because it was undrivable after I tried to repair it, and the dealership fixed everything perfectly for only a few hundred dollars when they quoted me roughly 1300. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never bring my car back here again, not even for their free alignment, free roadside assistance and free flat repair they gave me with the tires. read more

The only "emergency" was needing new brake pads. I was "recommended" to get 4 new tires with warranty, brake fluid change, oil change, alignment, front brake pads and rear brake service and new rear shocks. I could have waited for everything else but my 2013 Honda Fit had 107000 miles so I guess I was "unsafe". The tires were worn but they still had life left. Now the Buy 2 Get 2 is only when you get ALL the warranties (more expensive than tires) that most people don't use because its only for the "life of the tire" and when they wear down there is no honor of warranty. He said I have an "odd size" tire and needed to call to Doral to get. Then he said I could only get "Sumitomo" when other brands had rebates. No rebates with Sumitomo. Sumitomo is a Japanese company and the Owner of all Tire Kingdoms. I can't even buy stock in Sumitomo on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. When the front tires wear before the rear, I will have them rotate for free. I registered all 4 tires on Sumitomo website. When they wear prior to 65000 mile guarantee which I know they will, I will ask for free tires from Sumitomo directly. Manager honored $50 coupon but even with the coupon it still came out over $800. This will be rocky relationship for the next year and I expect to be treated like a "KING"! read more

Thieves, con artists, absolute BS artists. STAY AWAY FROM this place....First time I went was during black Friday of last year and they sold me this ridiculous one year alignment service and 4 tires. Went into get an alignment and they said I need to do $1500 worth of repairs first before they can get an alignment yet back here in Atlanta, I did all four tires plus an alignment but didn't need $1500 worth of work as these people said.They will do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING to take your money. So NO alignment because the car supposedly needs $1500 worth of work okay no problem but they blatantly lie they did not remove my keycard off my keychain that was missing once they returned the car. How can a keycard fall off unless someone physically took it off and these people acted innocent and pretended to look around. The guy with the thick cuban accent kept on telling me I am accusing him of theft well buddy it's not hard to wonder a keycard does not fall off unless you physically take it off but thankfully I had another one in the car. BUYER BEWARE! If I could rate this with no stars I would. I had to bring my car in to have my breaks done, my ac checked because it was leaking and have an oil change done. I originally brought my car to another tire kingdom that I've been to before which I didn't experience any issues at. When I brought my car into the other location they told me that they didn't have the equipment to check my ac so they advised to go to another location in sawgrass to have everything done at once. I went to the location around 8:30am and told them what was wrong with my car, my ac had been leaking into my car and the breaks were squeaking really bad. I leave and am called maybe 15 minutes later and they said my front break pads needed to be changed and that the oil rings needed to be changed on my ac and that it would be almost $700 to do everything. I told the lady that I didn't have that much to spend so that I would wait to do the breaks another time. She then proceeds to ask me how much I have to spend (this made me feel so uncomfortable). She placed me on hold to speak to her manager and then comes back on the line and says everything can be done for a little over $500. I agree because I just really needed my car to be fixed. I received a call around 10:30am with them telling me everything was fixed. That made me feel suspicious because that seemed a little too fast to have everything done. Well I pick up my car later on and as soon as I leave the place my breaks are still squeaking and my ac is still leaking! I called back and a representative said to bring it back in the morning and my car would be the first car they worked on. I drop it off at 7am on the dot. When I dropped it back off the lady I had worked with the day before had the audacity to tell me I never told her my ac was leaking. Which doesn't make sense because why else would I even have them work on it?! I leave and by 12:30pm I had heard nothing back. I call to check on the status of my car and they placed me on hold for about 10 minutes to come back on the line and tell me that the mechanic who worked on my car won't be back until Monday because his brother was in the ICU and will be back Monday (which was Labor Day by the way and also that workers personal business should not have been told to me in the first place). She also said that the reason why the breaks were squeaking is because something was left behind them the first time they were fixed (mind you tire kingdom was the last one who worked on my breaks back in may at the other location). I told her that this is a huge inconvenience and asked her if someone else can work on my car. She asked to give her an hour and she will call me when it's ready. She calls back maybe 45 minutes later and tells me that the mechanic who worked on my car was the only person who was certified to fix my car but he was able to walk them through it (what on earth!) and that my car was ready. I go to pick it up and guess what?! My breaks are still squeaking to this day! My ac stopped leaking, however it is now making a humming noise it was not making before. Not only were these people rude to me, my services that I paid for were not rendered. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else. I will NEVER do business with tire kingdom again. I feel that they took advantage of me because I am a female and they knew I didn't know much about cars. Luckily I contacted their corporate team and they were able to refund me for the inconvenience (which I ended up having to go back to the store to be refunded anyways). If I could give this Tire Kingdom a negative rating I would.This is the worst Tire Kingdom shop I have had to deal with. After reading the reviews by other people it makes me wonder why nothing isn't being done by the corporate office to improve customer service. Maybe they need some help? Ok, here are some suggestions, fire the front of the house staff and hire people that have interpersonal skill, in other words people that know how to communicate. Not Gloria, the alleged manager, who is rude and condescending when talking to customers. Staff that doesn't lie to customers and sell services that isn't needed. If they do sell work, how about actually doing the work. My recent experience with this shop, was that I was sold $600 worth of work I didn't need. The original work I took it there for wasn't address AT ALL!! When I returned the next day, the kind and customer friendly Gloria, (NOT) told me that there mechanic doesn't come in till 11am! Really? How does a shop of the type operate without a mechanic that doesn't come to work until 11am?? I could go on but I won't. My advice: AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!!
