I originally chose Tire Mart & Co because of their strong 4.8-star rating, so I decided to give them a try when I needed a tire repair. When I arrived, the shop was completely empty outside and there was some trash around the exterior, which didn't give the best first impression. Inside, the staff was grouped together talking, but one of them quickly came over and asked how he could help. I showed him the damage and he immediately mentioned it looked like dry rot. He then took a closer look at the tire. At that point, I had already gotten a second opinion from Discount Tire, where I was told it could likely be repaired, but the wait time was too long for my schedule. The interaction itself was quick and polite, but I personally left feeling unsure and decided to get the repair done elsewhere based on my own judgment. Overall, I appreciate their time and inspection, but I ultimately chose another shop and was able to get it fixed the same day. read more

Just would like to give a shout out to the wonderful people that helped me at Tire Mart... Ariel and Yatil. Ariel took my order and found me a fair price for four new tires; she was wonderful. Yatil made sure that everything was good as far as checking on the car every now and then ...time wise. He also drove it up to the front after they finished and was very accommodating making sure I liked the new tires before I drove away. I have heard good things about the owner and how he treats his employees... I believe that makes all the difference in the world. The atmosphere and energy was good in there. They provided a sitting area with complimentary refreshments...and a tv if you wished to watch a little something to pass the day. Definitely a place I will recommend to anyone tire shopping... at a certain point when the entire buildings empty and the person behind the register wants to talk to one person about whatever possible tire problem you could have that takes 50 minutes. It becomes a personal conversation. And when you watch three other people walk out before you do, you see them at the closest tire store, because I left as well- You're not surprised. When I pulled into the parking lot, there was a large at Ford F350 parked directly in the middle of the only way to go, parked diagonally, and apparently might've worked there. I complained about it, and as I walked out of this place, the truck moved, but took the three parking spots in the front and parked sideways. in the middle of all of that the least important thing was a tire..,..... go see for yourself, then leave for yourself. I Have been a customer at tire mart in the past at the losee location and have always had to wait a long time but still leave with a great purchase. Today I visit the Decatur tire location and it was empty maybe because of the long weekend but their customer service was amazing. The employees who helped me went above and beyond to make sure we had been helped and informed me on what I should do to maintain my tires in the best condition possible. I went to tire Mart this morning waited 22 minutes he had two customers in front of me then left the desk for five minutes then I decided just to leave. He then came outside to get me before I left to tell me he didn't have any help.
