Brought in my truck due to a check engine light . I left it there for the entire day so it can be fixed I was told all it needed was a tune up which cost me $480.When I returned the light was off and I paid. The very next day my check engine light returned so I went back and told them it was back on . As they opened the hood I noticed that they had used electric tape to patch there work . I asked why they did that they didn't have an answer . They still wanted to charge me again to look over the car and see why the light was still on . I never returned to that place because their work is unprofessional and lack quality. Now I doubt that they even did a tuneup. You would think your own people take advantage of you read more

I am disabled. I blew my cigarette lighter outlet using my portable machine. I just wanted the fuse changed. They are wanted to charge 120.00 for diagnostic. I said I know it's the fuse. They said paid the $120.00 or you can go somewhere else. All while he sat in his car Would near go to them or recommend them. They all about the money. read more

Quick and cool service. I came to have a tire patched up. They found a screw in it. Only thing was the cost - it was $15. I personally think that's kinda getting up there but either way they did a good job. I will definitely come back here. read more

I went to get a used tire here because I didn't have money to get a new tire when I needed it in a pinch. Paid $50 total. Tread and tire looked pretty great, almost new. But then about 4 days later I park the car and suddenly all the air is pouring out the tire. In less than a min it was flat. I went to get it patched and found out the side of the tire I couldn't see was full of cracks and couldn't be repaired. I've gotten used tires before at another place and never experienced this before. They were super nice and friendly but I wouldn't recommend getting a tire there. At least not a used one. read more

This place is shady took my mother money she is 71 years old made her take a loan out for a catalytic converter for 1500 dollars and didn't even put a new catalytic converter on and lied to my face like they did don't trust this place ever.look at the pictures is this a new calalytic converter. read more

Over the last year we have been coming to this tire store for various things related to the upkeep of our vehicle and overall, we are happy with the speed of service, pricing and repairs. We only deal with Fabian and he is awesome with communication from beginning to end. We never feel pressured to buy more products or services than we need. If you hit this place when they are super busy, it can be a very long wait so we always go first thing in the morning while they are quiet. The waiting area could do with a little TLC. The smell of rubber tires can be overwhelming at times. read more

Only good thing about this shop was that they took my car in 10 minutes before closing. I had two tires replaced. Waited around 30-45 minutes for it to get done, paid $110 and left without thinking anything of it. Checked the next day and noticed the tire cap to my rims were missing as well as the tire cover for air. I went back and spoke to Favian hopping to get everything back, but they were only able to recover the small air cap. I ended up paying $60 for the tire cap they COULD NOT locate NOR REPLACE. Tire cap comes in a week later and I try to place it on my wheels....come to find out...they screwed a bolt in too hard and I can't even keep the tire cap I ordered in place. Quality of work is rushed NOT GOOD. Would not recommend this place at all. read more

Called and asked if they had a specific used tire size. Guy in the phone tell me yes and that it's $60. I tell them great I'm on my way. I get there 30min later and now they don't have the tire size in a used tire and only have in a new tire which is a $150. so I pay for the tire because I need to to work. Later on I noticed the date code on the tire is almost 6months old. So the sold me an old new tire. Also it took 1 hour to change (only 1 person in front of me). Terrible service. read more

I have been taking my vehicles toAldana tires mechanics for years. Today you can see the difference in management. I brought my car and the part to the mechanic and they gave me a fair price. So o decided to have work done. I would think the mechanic would check the part the customer brought in before starting the work. The mechanic actually removed the old part before verifying new part was and it was the wrong part. They told us it was the wrong part so we were charged full price to remove and install the old part. To order a new one will take a week. We knew there would be a charge, but full price we were bringing the car back with new part. We would return, we expected to pay but full price that was rediculous! Bieng customers for years means nothing to Aldana Tires It was also very odd it was put together very quickly? We feel they knew it was the wrong part and Took a few screws out to make it look like work. They scammed us once never again. The ol man that ran the shop before was a good business man and valued customers the new manager needs lessons he lost this customer, and many referred customers. I would not recommend this shop go down the street by mcconalds he is fair! read more

I came to Aldana tires because I was experiencing a wabbling. These guys were really helpful and polite. They checked my tires and found a mis happen rear tire. They balanced my front tires. Because I had an emergency they sold me a set of nice used tires for 40 dollars each with installation. They were quick and courteous. When u go to an auto shop u expect great customer service and u pay for their knowledge. What u get is less than satisfactory. And sometimes you don't understand why? For example I came to this tire shop to get new rims. I got the rims. I also had them unmount and mount my tires from the previous rims. Aldana neglected to balance the tires after the install. My car had a funny shake to it so I took it to a place near my house and they told me to take the job back to Aldana. Aldana told me that he balanced the tires the first time. Then he told me that I needed to pay for balancing. Balancing is a different service from mounting service. Then he told me that I needed new tires. Aldana is not a respectable service provider for the community. Please save your time and money and go somewhere reliable. read more

After calling 8 overpriced shops and receiving bad service at 3 shops...I was pleased with the rudeness of a mechanic who didn't want to order a tire for me since I stepped away to go buy a water. Thanks to that jerk who wanted 120.00 for a tire....I found these guys who not only gave me a great price for a used tire. They also informed me of another size that I could use since they didn't have my exact size in stock. Best service I had that day while desperately in need of a tire for my van. I wish I could give less stars. We went here to mount and balance four tires and rims. We asked them to also demount the new ones because, when we bought them, there was water in one of them. $95 later, we leave. When we get on the highway, my car starts violently shaking at anything above 60mph so we have to go to another shop to figure out what happened. Only one tire was balanced in the end and there was probably 2 gallons of water still in the tire we asked them to empty. Victor was cool, but scammed us out of $95. Wow, this place is a SCAM! Called for a quote on a NEW trailer tire, went down to purchase a NEW trailer tire and what was sold to me was 13yr old used tire. I realized this when I got home to take the tire out of my car. When I called back to confront them about it, they wanted to charge me again, ultimately costing me twice the price! I'm so happy to have found this tire store!! I went to Discount Tire on Rancho to have a simple plug put into my tire. Just like last time, they insisted it wasn't fixable and tried to sell me a new tire! I'm so sick of the scam. Aldana got me in and out in 15 mins. Patched the tire, rather than plug it, and explained to me why the patch is a more reliable fix. I highly recommend them! I'll be back....hopefully not too soon though :) read more

Last Saturday I brought my trailer in to Aldana Tire to prepare it for a 2000 mile round trip. The tires had good tread but age cracks on the side walls as happens in the Mojave desert over time. They showed me a stack of trailer tires all the same size, brand, and tread depth. The top tires side wall looked good. They mounted the top two tires on the stack on the trailer. I drove home and parked the trailer. This Saturday I put a new floor to the trailer in preparation for the trip. While working I noticed the driver side tire was cracked worse on the side wall than the two original old tires. The Passenger side tire, top of the pile was fine. I finished the trailer floor and pulled the trailer down to Aldana LLANTAS. They said: we don't warranty used tires, you picked them out, but we will swap for one with out cracks for ten bucks...I own six trailers and three trucks, 40 tires on the road, including spares. First and last time doing business with these people. Enjoy the ten spot. read more

I've since stopped going to this place after 8 years. Went a month back for an oil change. Explained my car was leaking oil and to check the undercarriage as well as replace new oil. Got a bill for $10 more than I normally pay for my oil change so I chalked it up to something else they may have added. A few days later my car was leaking even worse than I brought it in for so I took it back. They checked the "oil" and confirmed all was well. Hubby asked them to check the sealant and gasket. An hour later they came back and said oh yeah it's the gasket. It's cracked in 3 different parts. Was also advised my transmission needed flushing. Was quoted $700 so we went for a second opinion. Yes the 3 gasket was cracked in 3 places but NO there was nothing wrong with my transmission. The same transmission they said was slipping and needed to be replaced. Not to mention my quote from another place was 60% cheaper. I was appalled that they would even quote me for another oil change since they changed the first one without checking for oil leak in the first place. read more

I only picked one star because you're not allowed to pick zero. They replaced a faulty ignition switch on my wife's car with a used part, claiming it was new. The key stuck in the ignition three different times after that, and they refused a refund. We are filing a complaint with the state Consumer Affairs Division. We took are vehicle in because the front brakes were sounding really bad. They screeched loudly every time we used and applied the brakes. We asked them what do they think we need to do, maybe replace the front brake pads. So they told us that the put new pads on both front tires and charged us $104.73. **That was are 1st time they tricked us out of are money** Well as soon as we drove off and then used the brakes are car still screeched. Did they really put new pads on are tires? We went back and asked the mechanic to please take a ride in our car so that he can hear how bad that tires sound he said "it is the passenger front brake!" So he got out of the vehicle and told us "I will fix it tomorrow." We dropped it off the next day, then in a hour and half we were called to pick it up, it is fixed. Unbelievably, we were told that he replaced the BACK brake pads and all is well, then he said we owe him another $104.73. So we gave him the benefit of doubt and maybe it was actually the back pads. Then we drove off, you guest it are front passenger tire was still screeching. We paid them over $200.00 for nothing. We feel very cheated, what kind of dignity does these people have? We are upset but helpless against getting any justice. read more
