I truly don't know why this place has bad reviews. My family and I were staying in Vegas this week and one day our rental had a nail. I called the rental which was horrible customer service but that's another story. So we decided to google a tire shop near us and this one popped out. The moment we got there the man helped us right away even told us it was only 15 bucks. He took out the nail and even showed it to us, it was HUGE! He literally saved us time and money he was so quick he helped us calm down and relax everything was ok. Definitely recommend coming here. read more

These guys are so nice and HONEST!! I was in town for a soccer tournament and my car was shaking. Big O said I needed new tires and that they were bald. They scared me about them not being safe and stuff. After sending a picture to my brother he said to get a second opinion and that the tires still had meat on them. I went to Amigo and they said that all I needed was air!!! And they were right. Big O wanted $1700!! I would pay the $5 for air anyway for honesty!!! Car is driving great!!! read more

Saved my tire in a pinch! Got an alert in my vehicle that warned me that one of my tires had an issue. It had about half the air of the other tires. Some fancy cars come with fancy tires. This way you won't be stuck on the side of the road. The plus side is that before your fancy tire completely runs out of air you are allowed some extra time to get to a tire place! At a lower speed and your driving range is within 10-50 miles. Run flat-tires are a life saver for this specific reason. Made it safely to their shop since I was in the area and they had me patched up within 20 mins. Here's another tip, you'll be told by nearly all tire shops that they cannot and will not patch up a hole on a run-flat tire. This is their way of convincing you to buy a new tire each time you have a hole in it. Amigos didn't even try, they saw my tires were new and obviously not worn out. I've also had previous patches on run-flats as well and didn't have any issues with them. Thanks for not bullshitting and waisting my time. read more

I came here last year with my F150 and got a few screws removed and now I'm here with the work truck getting the same thing. Everyone else wants you to wait and ish, but I came in and they took care of the problem asap. Only took a few minutes and they are really good. Crazy this shop is not packed yet. Don't bother coming here there's many more tire shops who are professional and knowledgeable. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. My husband brought our car here because it was overheating. The manager told us that we would have to leave our car there for him to figure out what was going on with it so we did. Which ended up being a bad idea because the manager had broken our sensor and tried to glue it back together ( didn't even let us know ) only reason we found out is because our regular mechanic had pointed it out to us because the car was making a noise that we NEVER heard of. We took the car or back to him to let him know what he did and all we got was a paper of what the part looks like not even an replacement part for the inconvenience he caused us. read more

Very rude service from the person at the counter, I came in to get a tire patched. I knew it must have been a small hard to find leak because my tire was only going slightly flat every five days or so. They charged me $20 to fix it, and here we are five days later going flat again. worst customer service I arrived at 7:34 today because it stated they closed at 8 he guy working was putting their tires away as I was at the red light. He closed the garage door at 7:36 and I got off to knock and it was all locked up and he saw me and moved his hand across his face like we are closed and I made eye contact with him and said your door says you close at 8 PM and he just looked at me and slid his hand across his face telling me that he was closed I thought this was very rude because all the nearby shops were closed and I figured since this is the only one open I would just stop by real quick before getting a flat tire and this is how he treated me. I went on Sunday after my AC stopped cooling, checked the manual and it's low on refrigerant. The mechanic that was there explained that he was pretty backed up and asked me to come back Monday at 9am and to drop off car. He said just to recharge AC it's $100, good deal! Ok, I come back Monday at 9, different guy working there. Skinny guy with a baseball cap and a really crappy attitude, I told him I was supposed to drop off my car at 9 for the AC, he tells me to bring it back at 10:30. I ask why and again with the F()€¥ing attitude tells me to come back at 10:30 because, "the guy that does that work isn't here yet." That changed my mind, I'm taking both my car and truck elsewhere for service. I also told my mom not to go there anymore. Like his attitude was so unnecessary and I couldn't figure out how I managed to SH/T in his wheaties to deserve that attitude. If he's SH/TTY to me how is he going to be to my vehicles?! Warning: Buy at your own risk! Sold me a set of supposedly NEW wheels, I went back multiple times because of a severe wobble, they told me rim is perfect, and refused to look further. After 3 months I took to 4 tire repair places they ALL said the wheel was bent from the center. The bent wheel caused damage to my ball joint and shock $4800 worth of repairs. Shop at your own risk, they seem not to care at all just want your $$. read more

I had the windows on my new Nissan Versa tinted in 1015 at Amigo. One of the guys had a little struggle with the English language, but, oh what a great job they did on the tinting. Today I went there to see if they could change my oil which my ace mechanic son-in-law does for me. I watched and it was done properly and again a great job. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Went into this local tire shop hoping to get a reasonable deal when we are in hurry to get to California to see some family. The men there stepped out to talk for a second as if we didn't understand Spanish from the doorway they hit us with unbelievable prices per tire, pretending to pretend to type, when we denied the price they exchanged us with looks that made us feel very uncomfortable. It was very unprofessional there and I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here, there's a place just down the street at discount tires which helped us out with all 4 tires for half the price they tried to charge us for two at Amigos. They aren't your amigos and if I didn't know better I was about to be robbed blind and I didn't appreciate the dirty glances making a scene. read more
