Stay away!! They are thieves that did not change the oil and charged for the service. When I checked my dip stick and noticed the black oil and asked them to redo the oil changed they denied the service and said it was normal to have "mixed oil" I went home and changed it myself. I then noticed it was never changed. I will be reporting them to the better Business Bureau. I Hope this saves someone because majority of people would never double check or even redo their oil change as a precaution. read more

Needed an oil change the other day and Just7 fit the bill. Located right on Industrial in Euless, you can't pick a better spot. Pulled right up, the gentleman asked what kind of oil we would like. He took the key and we walked over to Pockets for a snack while we waited. How easy! We also asked if they could change the windshield wipers for us, too (haven't been able to see in the rain in months), which they happily did. Walked back over about 45 minutes after dropping the car off, paid and drove off in a newly lubricated car with fresh wiper blades. Friendly service, decent prices and a great location. I had to change my review. I thought I could trust this place because I've been to them several times for the past year and a half, but they are very careless and untrained. I got an oil change done and a week later I took a trip to another city. I heard something rattling and dragging under my car. I pulled over and found that they hadn't put ANY of my clips or bolts back on my undercarriage cover. If it wasn't partially attached to my car already, that could've flown off on the highway and caused myself or someone else some serious danger, and I would've been liable. I'm infuriated and thinking of escalating this. I'd stay away. read more

I was in last week for an oil change and the service and the workers were amazing! They were fast and efficient but I did notice unprofessional behavior by the manager. I would have definitely given this place 5 starts if it was not for him, he was very rude to his workers. Came in for an oil change on my Jeep Wrangler...was quoted $49.99 for full synthetic...okay fair price. Was watching the whole time they completed oil change...nothing fancy. Then it was time to pay, and all of a sudden the price went to $70. I asked what the price difference she stated it was additional for 6 quarts and they had to put a "special" filter on. BullCRAP! First and foremost if I could give this company ZERO STARS AND 2 THUMBS DOWN if I could. So I have utilized this company for the past year and a half, until today 9/10/2021. I live in southeast Arlington so it's a little out of my way but the previous owner took care of us with excellent service. Then the new idiot came in and ruined it for me. My wife and I took her car for the 3 month oil change. I always have used them for my wife's and my vehicle. Well today they lost my business forever. I was approached by the owner and was asked what service I needed and I told him I needed my oil changed. So he demanded my wife and I get out of my car. But everytime I've gone before in the past 1 1/2 years I've done my oil changes there, I've driven my car in myself due to covid. I've told them I am not comfortable with them getting into my car due to the increasing numbers from Covid19 Delta virant and I asked the owner if he was vaccinated. Well the then he said,"I am not a sheep like all of you sheep. I am NOT VACCINATED! I don't give a F*CK about covid and I don't give a F*CK about my customers getting covid. Jiffy Lube is across the street." I would expect something like this from a disgruntled employee but not the owner. Well, I'm so glad he told me that because this sheep took his advice and went to Jiffy Lube and told them my experience with this trash ass company and Jiffy Lube offered me a free oil change! I gave them a 20.00 tip. I will NEVER go to Just7 idiots in Euless for any of my business EVER again. I was overpaying for a regular oil change with them anyways. I was paying 45bucks. Now I'm going to pay 30 for the same oil change but with a different customer service attitude. So thanks Just 7 idiots! The young man at the counter knows how to approach, service, and upsell. We came in with our business vehicle and he recommended a few things. We asked for the lower cost options and he obliged. Halfway through the oil change we decided to ask for a few changes and he happily complied. The waiting room was air conditioned well, as it was a hot day. There was a TV with relevant programming and free drinks. As far as oil changes go, it was what I expected from a higher end service station but still had the cost we came in expecting to pay. Terrible inspection experience. First weekend our new battery threw codes in the system (understandable). Came back next weekend for what I was told would "only be a second." They stood around chatting and joking and we waited an hour. I told them we had to leave and the gentleman told me I "would have to pay if I go somewhere else," which I knew and understood.
