I have gone to them several times with a flat tire. They got me in and fixed the tire very fast.

After my tire service was done, they went ahead and pulled my car out of the shop. I wouldn't be upset about it if they had cared for my car and seats. Workers know they're covered in grease and dirt so why not take precautions. Or have the customer move their car. My white leather seats were filthy after the car was moved. & will likely need professionally cleaned on my dime. read more

My brand new vehicle was sent there from the dealership to have new tires and rims and lift kit put on. First two tires showing threads at 12,000 miles, second two tires were bald and replaced at 18,000 miles. I was told all four rims were not aligned after my lift kit was put on...A bunch of jokers!!! read more

The price for balancing 4 tires was quite reasonable at $40. The people I spoke to seemed friendly as well, and I came at an empty time so it was quick. HOWEVER, the actual balancing went quite poorly. The worst offender was the lug nut torque: most were overtightened and one was not even finger tight! I'm glad I checked them and set them all to proper spec after driving a few miles rather than the recommended 50. This was a possibly dangerous driving condition. (But now I have an idea of how people lose them without noticing...) The balancing itself didn't even seem the best quality because I still feel a slight vibration (though a big improvement from what it used to be). It's possible that this isn't the shop's fault, but it's still not confidence-inspiring. And just to top things off, a wheel center cap (a couple inches in diameter, used on alloy wheels) went missing. While a couple guys said they looked for it all over (the supervisor at the desk was one of them) and it must have disappeared prior to coming into the shop, I don't really believe that. While I was waiting inside I heard the guy balancing the tires say something like "Oh no. Where'd the center cap go?" And it was on the car just a day or two prior and I had never removed the wheel center caps myself. They seemed nice about it, but I think the guy doing the balancing popped it off to fit the wheel on the balancing machine and lost it. Now I'll probably be out another $25 or so to get a matching one. Waiting wasn't the best either, with everything looking a bit dusty or grimy and the TV in the waiting room playing videos of random fights caught on camera with celebrity commentary. A car show on the TV wouldn't have hurt. In short, your luck may vary--given what I saw I wouldn't trust them to do a great job, and I would always use a proper torque wrench and redo the lug nuts properly at home, loosening them first if need be. (Unfortunately most shops over-tighten the wheel nuts, which can damage the studs holding the wheels on, but all the more reason to check even if the nuts are tight.) read more

Driving home and my "low tire pressure" light came on . This place is a couple minutes from my house so I figured I'd stop by and have them rotate the tires too. It was 8am and they got me right in. They had me drive my own vehicle into the shop, that's a first for me. The waiting room is big and basic but they have coffee and a vending machine. They also have cable tv. While sitting in the waiting room, I jumped in fb to read the reviews "too late, I know" and my heart sank. The negative reviews are plentiful BUT a business like this can't still b in business this long if that was their typical service, right??? Hopefully, rather. I've had relatives use this place with good feedback. I didn't ask how much the rotation would be and was it naive of me to assume it would include a balance? Out the door in 30 minutes. I ended up needing a flat repair as well. Out the door and the cost was only $40 plus tax!!!! I'm going to b a repeat customer as long as my tires don't fall off down the road lol Id recommend making an appt because they were booked for the day by the time I was leaving. So they made a simple mistake (gave me wrong tires). I can forgive that, no problem. What I find harder to forgive is their initial unwillingness to fix their mistake (they wanted to charge me for their error). In the end they did put things right, but only after I kept insisting (as polite as I could). But then, after sorting it out, the manager got rude and nasty which was unnecessary. The cheap prices might lure you in (they did me) but I would go somewhere else if you can. Only saving grace is Scott, a guy who works there, who is fair and reasonable and understanding. Great tire shop - trustworthy and fast. I discovered a nail in one of my tires. So, I stopped into Tire Town to have it patched. They took me in for service right away without batting an eye. I love places that are convenient and take walk-in customers like that (especially when you never know when you're going to run over a nail!). They have a basic waiting room w/ a television for relaxing while you wait. The mechanics were friendly and patched my tire quickly. My only issue was the price, since the patch was over $20.00. I thought this was a little high for a patch but this is more my personal opinion, not compared with the current market price for a tire patch. I would recommend Tire Town to a friend. Management here plays you off when you ask questions to educate yourself being it their profession and not your own. I purchased tires that were not balanced correctly the first or second time. Apparently I had an "attitude" so my calls were never returned. When speaking to the owner's son I was told this was the reason I was probably not contacted and it was my choice to have their mistake corrected else where when they had the equipment to fix the issue but refused to offer any further help. I've purchased all my rims and tires from them and will no longer be using their services due to this horrible lack of concern of my safety and what we as consumers/customers pay for THEM to do correctly. Great tire shop that has competitive prices and good service. I am an internet shopper. I Searched the internet to purchase aftermarket rims for my car. I took the cheapest price to Tire Town and presented them to Gary. He beat the price on the rims by $50 per rim and matched the prices on the tires. Only down side was that it took much longer to get the rims than expected but then again we had a blizzard in the area after I ordered. The installation of the rims and tires took 3.5 hours ... which is long time for this type of installation but they did have free coffee and donuts so it wasn't all that bad. read more

OMG! I absolutely love the customer service I received at this establishment! There is lot another rating I could give them besides a 5 star! When I walked in I got to actually meet the owner who was very personable and he stopped and talked to me, inquired about my day and the service I receive there. (Didn't expect that) The manager Dennis is absolutely amazing, he helped me the first time I was there getting me tires and when something went wrong he handled my warranty issue quick and effectively. I couldn't ask for better treatment. Josh actually did the work on my vehicle and he was timely and very good at his job. Came to explain some things to me as well as make some suggestions based on additional things he saw, he did t without trying to "push" extra services as well. Most of the time when you go to places like this you sit in the waiting room all by yourself and play on your phone but the employees there are so personable I didn't have a minute without someone communicating with me. I drive all the way from Kansas City to this business because they are by far the best I've ever experienced! They make me feel right at home and I always leave there knowing more than when I walked in. Their prices are very reasonable as well! read more

Would never trust my vehicle being here. I went here regarding tires and a possible lift kit. I waited and stood in the office for to close to 45 mins with employees walking right past me with out saying hello or offering if I need assistance. Then shortly after one of the employees had a melt down and proceeded to scream the F word talking about another customer. After all that I just walked into the working area were I could actually get acknowledged and they were all smoking cigarettes near and around the vehicles that they were working on. When I finally approached the employee I was told great things about he held his finger up and told me to hold the F on... I was ready to spend a great amount of money there but was so disrespected and disregarded by them. To feed the fire more I had an appointment with them to look at my truck. I ended up just walking out. Again I would never trust them with my Vehicle being here or even there workmanship. I'm absolutely disgusted on how they treated me. read more

I've used Tire Town for no less than 6 vehicles owned by me or my family. They've always treated me fairly and their prices are reasonable. I recently bought a 2009 F150 and went to Firestone for a decent off-road tire. Firestone couldn't get to my truck for 3 hrs and still couldn't say if they would. I called Tire Town, drove over and they had me on my way in an hour and saved me about $50 bucks over Firestone's price, the tires I bought work great off-road as well. read more

the last three years I've bought tires from them at first they did a good job but the last two years service has been so bad! I will drop my car off in the morning to get tires rotated they said by the time you get off work they will be done and most of the time I would be second or third in line! get off work to get my car never been touched this has happened at least a dozen times! Tire Town has been the only company to touch my tires wheels and lug nuts! This past weekend had a tire go down because of a nail took it to the closest tire shop! every single lug nut was completely stripped they couldn't even get the tire off had to use special tools to get them all off! I Wouldnt of even been able to put a spare on the side of the road leaving me stranded ! Had to replace all of my lug nuts $$$$$$ I will never go there again I will never recommend them to anybody! this is the Leavenworth shop! And stop smoking in peopled car!!! read more

I took my car there the other day to get my tire fixed. I have 22" mirror rims very expensive rims. I did the same thought it was a good price and it was in my driving distance. I dropped my car off I came back a hour half later to pick it up and seen a sign that said "NOT LIABLE FOR SCRATCHED RIMS" very small and blending in with papers my heart dropped, If I would have seen this before I dropped it off I would have NEVER taken my car there. I get home and check it out there is 2 huge gashes in my rim DEEP. I'm so pissed off!! This is very unfair! It's a horrible place and that shouldn't even be legal, they scratched it they should fix it. That's just not fair AT ALL! I'm so MAD!!! and even if they do have a sign that doesn't give them a right to be careless and scratch them anyways. VERY VERY unhappy DON'T EVER GO HERE! read more

My car was in their bay for over 2 1/2 hours just to replace two tires but this was the least of my worries. They broke the rim cap and then refused to pay to replace it. They were not able to balance my tires either. Stay away form this place if you value your time and your money. read more

I purchased all but 1 tire from them and the one that was purchased at another location was because one of the tires exploded 2 months after the purchase while we were out of town. I have been trying since 5 June 12 to get them to refund my money. Their website states that they guarantee their tires, but Dennis told me that he had a stack of purchases that he had to go through to determine how to handle the situation. What the heck does that mean. If the shoe was on the other foot he would want his money back, anyway he told me to give him a day and he would call me, it has been 7 days and nothing.
