Outstanding in every aspect. Mike and the team truly went above and beyond when performing the alignment on my daily driver. It turns out it had been in an accident before which made it difficult to get it aligned correctly, especially since there's no camber/caster adjustment from the factory. He spent way longer than he needed to make it right for me which involved installing an adjustable camber bolt, and he still offered that I could return for more adjustment if I wasn't 100% satisfied. Pricing was already fair for a basic alignment, but there was nothing basic about the service provided. As a bonus, Mike was able to accommodate my custom spec requests while also providing his own recommendations. These Guys are awesome. I came first thing in the morning for a last minute tire repair. The night before my tire suffered a flat with a large fat screw. I was able to get a quick tire inflater with the slime to make a temporary fix. The associate was able to take my vehicle in right away. They spent about 20 minutes and patched the tire up. Easy breezy experience, I would definitely come back here to replace tires when it's time. the other tire shop. They also had plenty of others they were servicing at the same time. Last year, I came here to replace all 4 tires and get an alignment done on my 2023 Tesla Model 3. Price was fair and the service was straight up solid, so I remembered this place. Came back again recently just for a tire rotation and they did it for free. While they were at it, they noticed a nail stuck in my rear passenger tire and fixed that too, also no charge. Honestly, stuff like this is rare these days. Most shops would've tried to charge for everything, but these guys didn't. Makes you want to support a business like this. Mike is the owner, and a great guy! I went in originally because I got a nail in my front right tire, his son helped me out. He was super knowledgeable and helped me decide on four new tires. While I was getting my tires installed, Mike informed me they offer free alignment testing. I agreed knowing I most likely needed it driving down Slauson and Telegraph to go to DTLA. He lifted my SUV on his machine and showed me me on the computer how my back tires were out of alignment. I agreed to have him fix it. I was in and out. I would definitely be back! Highly recommended! They offer free tire rotation and tire patch. That's why I originally went there. I've had to return multiple times, customer service is terrible, and long wait times l for a job I have to return for them to fix again. Found tire zone on Facebook and decided to try it. I brought my wife's car in this morning for a tire repair, due to a screw in the tire. All of the staff were kind and professional. I arrived a few minutes prior to opening and the employees were on time to open up. The technician repaired the tire and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes. Contacted them about getting an alignment and they were better priced than other local shops. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes, which is really fast. I decided to go with the lifetime alignment because the dealer always tells me that my alignment is off, whenever I get an oil change. Next time the dealer says anything, I can always confirm if the dealer is lying because I can go back to check the alignment. After 3 times, the alignment breaks even, which is a good deal. I recently picked up my old 05 bmw 330ci and had two rear tires replaced from Premium tires in Whittier (I would not recommend them) they made big scratch on my wheels and wheel balances were seriously messed up. Anyway I went to Tire Zone for the alignment and the owner Mike and his staffs were very friendly and knowledgeable. They finished the job really quick and perfectly. I'm very satisfied with this service. They suggested me to replace front tires since they are too old and cracking on sidewalls and gave me a quote and it's surprisingly unbeatable price in town 100%. Had a flat tire. I contacted Joe, the office manager at Tire Zone on Whittier Blvd. This is a fairly new store, and it is in very clean condition. Mike offered to check my tire for free to see if it could be repaired at no cost to me. Upon inspection, the tire was damaged beyond repair. I was able to purchase a new, high quality tire for a very reasonable price. Installation took only 15 minutes. I am totally satisfied with my experience at this store. Do yourself a favor: Don't buy a tire anywhere else unless you've talked to Joe first. I would advise everyone to call Joe before going elsewhere. read more

They fixed my tire did an alignment( my mechanic failed to do on my recent service) and rotated my tires . Rotation and tire repair was free! Alignment was $70! I highly recommend this place!
