horrible company they shipped the item incorrect causing the item to have significant amount of damage. they will not send me a label to return. they want me to pay for the return $70.00. if the item was packed correctly i would not be sending the item back. mytires4less is been a huge sharp pain in my ass. do yourself a huge favor and never use mytires4less they will disappoint you for sure. no wonder that they have significant negative comments & reviews. read more

Went in for an evaluation on my tire because it kept going flat and the gentleman quickly diagnosed a small size hole in my tire causing it to lose air. Quoted me for a used tire and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Professional, hardworking individuals here and great service. Will definitely be coming back. I had a nail in my tire and needed a plug. Then I found this place. They not only plugged my tire but also found a screw in another tire plus filled all my tires with air. Called them, told me to come back and refused to refund me, I disputed the transaction with my bank so I got my money back anyway but I just didn't like the dishonesty... Wow! Prior to coming here, I went to Just Tires across the road and they told me to come back tomorrow to get a nail removed from my tire. Seriously?! I come to this place and they removed the nail, patched the tires and handed me a receipt (for $15) in less than ten minutes. Thank you fellas. . I will be back to get my next set of tires from these dudes instead of using the big branded tire shops. read more

I came here to change my car tires and they broke back tire sensor which one is showing tire pressure. They did say me anything about it and changed it without my decision. So now car dashboard doest showing any tire pressure and when im coming back to repair it all sensor is working i dont know how but when im going away from shop dashboard is not working again and shop manager saying go to toyota center for repair issue. This guys is very rude and they dont wanna admit his blame. Im noy recommend this shop for anyone!! Dont worst read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE . installed my tires incorrectly setting off sensors . Refused to re install and they couldn't fix the problem they caused and had to take it the dealership . And had to get my tires changed with them instead . When I came back for refund they refused and made it seem like it was at my fault . I popped a tire so I stopped in here around 5:30pm on a Tuesday after a recommendation from a friend. A nice gentleman met me in the parking lot to see what I needed, and they were able to get me right in. I was finished in 15 mins and it only cost me $60 for a used tire with lots of tread. They give priority to people that look and speak like them, even if you were there before them! I have purchased several tires from here (more a nod to my driving skills rather than the quality of their product) and I've always been happy with the price and service. Although I miss Babies-R-Us being a short walk away while I wait, the staff is always helpful and polite, and the WiFi in their office is strong. I've only been a walk-in and I've never been turned away for the installation of a new tire on my '09 Camry. They have definitely earned my repeat patronage. read more

I came here Friday evening after work a few weeks ago because I had 1 tire that was leaking air every few days. They took my car in immediately and pulled a small blade out of the tire and showed me what was causing the leak. They had it plugged in a matter of minutes! The tech carefully checked the tire in the water bath to make sure the plug held fine. The entire thing took 10 minutes and I only paid $15! You just cannot beat the quick service, price, and honesty. Other shops I called said it could take 1-2 hours and wanted to charge me $45. My plug is holding up just perfectly after a couple of weeks. This is the place you want to go to. I'll be back for any future tire needs. read more

This past Sunday 02/23/2020 I brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry to get 4 new tires put on. I purchased the tires online but came to Tires 4 Less to put them on. I have been coming to this shop for 11 years prior to my 2009 Toyota Camry, I had a 2007 Toyota Camry and also 2001 Lincoln Navigator. I have never experienced bad service. I actually know the guys that work at that shop for a while now. They are always smiling and when you ask for a price quote you get a great price. I will continue coming to this shop because I know I always get great service and I also like the complimentary coffee they have there. Tires 4 Less thank you for the amazing service always!!! So efficient. I stopped in when my sensor light came on. They found a nail in my tire and patched it up in about:15 and it was $15. A few days after, the light came on again. They checked all of my tires and topped off the air for free and did it quickly yet efficiently. Regina and the guys are very nice and professional. I'll definitely be back. I actually had to go back. Nail in another tire. Again they patched it quickly. I did end up having to replace that tire because the patch went bad- so I bought a new set. I read the review below and I think that it's a terrible review due to the fact that she was in a rush and that her tire they charged her 6$ over her QUOTED price that means it all depends on what they have in stock. I bought 3 tires here the first cost me about 40$ it was good and fast service the 2nd time I got 2 Michelin ALMOST new for 70$! i bought two tires from them, they changed the tires and balanced it however, when i got to the highway, my car started to shake over 60mph. i took the car back to tell them what's going, they Akcel(the manager) checked it and said everything was ok! Then took my car to Walmart to see if the tires were really balanced and they said my tires werent balanced and they balanced it. The Walmart tech said they were supposed to put weigh on the rims and on the sides as well which Akcel didnt. It was a bad expierence with them and dont reccomend them to anyone. This is a great place to go for fast, reasonably priced tire repairs or replacements. A simple patch takes a few minutes for only $15 and new or used tires are equally easy and cheap. The staff is friendly. I will always refer friends here. read more

Went to this shop today to get my passenger rear tire checked out it sounded like something was rattling within the space between the rim and tire my first thought was a loose tpm sensor. The person that serviced me jacked my car up and loosened the nuts and tired to take my tire off he was not able to do so, he grabbed a rubber mallet and started whacking my tire and hit my rims a couple of times when he got the tire off I noticed a rubber scruff mark from the hammer I told the employee and he said that I can't blame it on him that it was probably already there and I haven't noticed it before. At that point I told him that all 4 of my rims are scratch free and I bought them not long ago but I shook it off and said no worries I'll polish the rubber scuff mark off and told him please be careful when proceeding further I told him that these rims are fairly expensive and I spent about 3000 dollar on them. He agreed and looked over my rim to point out any imperfections before he continued he found none and proceeded to take the actual tire off the rim to examine the inside after he took the rim off examined it and remounted the tire on the rim he pressurized the tire and rolled it over to my car I examined the rim before he put it back on the car and that's when it hit the fan along with the previous rubber scuff mark the worker damaged my rim in two more areas this time the factory paint chipped off and scuffed in 2 areas one area on the rim lip that was about 2 inches long and a quarter of an inch in width and another area next to where the mounting bolts go that chip was deep but in a smaller area. At this point I start arguing with him and he tells me to just forget about it it's not noticeable from far away and that he won't charge me for the service and he went on to say that things like this can happen, you have 19 inch rims and low profile tire and it's hard to work with those types of tires and rims, the whole time I'm thinking yes I know it's hard to work on those type and that's exactly why your charging me more than a regular tire and rim I'm paying for the extra effort. We argued back and forth for a good 15 minutes before the owner of the shop came out and at that point she started arguing with me and asking me what I want I told her that I want to be compensated. At that point it got even worse I come to find out that the business is not going to pay for the damages instead the owner is going to make the employee pay me to get it fixed that just made me feel so bad no wonder he didn't want to bring the manager he already knew that it was going to come out of his check this in my opinion is very bad business practice I own my own business it's been in my family for over 20 years and if one of my employees makes a mistake I take the hit and I take responsibility I hired that person so I'm responsible for any mistakes that he makes on the job I would never make my employee pay that's just not right mistakes happen I repeatedly asked to go through their business insurance but turns out they don't have a policy that's just scary what if something bigger was to happen let's say if my car fell of their Jack would the employee have to pay me again out of pocket? Thats just is not right in my opinion. At the end of the whole thing I was treated rudely and a settlement was made of 300 dollars, after an hour of wasted time I asked for documentation on their business letterhead but instead I was handed a paper and pen to write out a statement for myself and the owner had me add things on that as well and the document was signed by all 3 of us. very bad experience would never go back or recommend anyone to this shop read more
