I got tires installed with mounting, balance, and alignment. The price was great. But I guess you get what you pay for. They did a good job on installing and mounting the tires. Balance not so much. They add weights and don't double check to make sure it's properly balanced. The alignment was the worse. It looked like they knew what they were doing but that's all for show. They didn't even go over what the paper Work says. Took it for a test drive and said it was good. I check the paper work in my car and they didn't even do anything to it! Nothing changed from the before and after print out to what should have been an alignment. And my car is a bmw 3 series the paper Work reads as a bmw 5 series. Alignment was the worse I've ever seen!!!! Go here to get tires installed. But somewhere else to get it balanced and alignment!! They couldn't even get the date right. Just bought a 2005 Ford Explorer INTERCEPTOR EDITION and needed 4 good tires we got a great deal from Stan "TheMan" on 4 USED Bridgestone at 85% for $200 and they looked great. Now it's usually a wonderful experience for either for just a single new or used tire or for a full set and ALWAYS a great price, so that's never an issue. I only had one criticism and that's PLEASE CHANGE THOSE GREASY GLOVES!!!! I have a great paint job and would prefer not having to ask (which I shouldn't have to) you to clean grease off my car. This should be an obvious act in itself, common sense dictates most would not want tire lube grease on their new paint or new car. To which, I also had to wash the truck after because there was still some on the truck after we got home. read more

I got an alignment done at Stan's and it was a horrible experience. First, they "aligned" my car with a laser but in reality the laser only aligned my car to go directly to the right when the steering wheel was straight. In order to get my car to drive directly ahead I must hold the steering wheel to the left. Second, I have came back several times to have them rectify the problem and each time there is an excuse ( we are too busy, come back in the morning, make an appointment, and oh my guys are out to lunch). I've explained to them that I cannot easily return since I live 50 miles from the shop and they don't care. I have given them many opportunities to rectify the issue and they have not performed nor fixed my car. Now I have a light on in the car that has to do with the suspension... yet another problem caused by there so called technical staff.
