The exceeded my expectations and pulled my car into the bay, checked my tires and pressure and determined they were fine and the problem was a faulty sensor. Mike listened to what I was looking for, took my requests seriously, and quickly delivered the used truck that was perfect for my needs. It has been two years, and the truck hasn't failed me. After having previously purchased a lemon from another dealer, I practically begged Mike not to be a crook--I know, it sounds weird, but it's true--and he wasn't. He didn't rip me off. I won't say it was a perfect experience. There were a few snags along the way, but it was the Christmas season, and we should all expect some delays during the holidays. The complaint I want to make is for the parts department. They asked if I would be willing to take a used swaybar, and I said yes. What they did not explain is that it would completely fall apart in my mechanic's hands a year later. Trust me when I say that I didn't drive a lot during the first year. It was a simply bad part. Still, I think the business deserves a thumbs up overall. The fact that I was sold a good truck is the most important detail. It will be the last truck I own in this lifetime. I'm happy with it.
