They recommended a fuller scan and quoted me at $90-180 for the scan. After taking a look at my car they determined I needed a new oxygen uptake valve (the same as the auto parts store and new front brakes. They charged me $174 for the fuller scan, $221 for the part which other repair shops quoted me $144 for, $90 for a brake check I never requested or authorized, and some for labor totaling over $650 dollars. They also stated that my brakes were going to cost me another $1800 to repair and quoted me for both the front and back brakes which they never stated I would need to replace the back brakes.

I have a Ram 1500 and the previous place I took it to for oil changes just got to be too expensive, time consuming, and I got the feeling they were trying to add on extras to the change. Well ... not here! The guys working this service are friendly, fast, and fair. I've taken my truck there three times now and see no reason not to continue. They have realistic recommendations for service and stick to the oil service that you're wanting. They complete the service fast as well - usually around 10 minutes. After a quick test drive and inspection. I was told that it was the engine mounts, and perhaps my VTec solenoid might be on its way out. And their "labor cost" is pretty outrageous for some of the simple things they say need done. I got my thousands of dollars quote and compared their parts costs to actual auto store quotes of the same exact parts and this place is charging triple to 5x the cost! For every single part needed. They never did complete the "free inspection" they offered me (I paid them $150ish for them to slap me with their outrageous quote so I wouldn't quite call the inspection free), even after keeping my car for multiple days and saying they would do it. Another disappointment. All in all a pretty bad experience.
