if I could I wish I can give negative stars.. went in to get 2 used tires and had them install the tire. scratched both of the wheels with their machine and admit doing it. the owner said he can't do anything for me and charged me full price the tire. DON'T ever bring your car here because they will f*** up your rims. Guess I have to file small case for court. read more

I went over there to simply get tires that had already been mounted and balanced installed, and had called in ahead to check on pricing. After I had gotten them installed and helped clean to just expedite their day, they refused to take card, and then tried to uncharge me on the price we already agreed on. I've taken cars there in the past to have tires that I bought put on. This time they wanted $200. Seriously???? Then as I walked away he tried lowering the price. Forget you. I should've done my research before going here. Aside from scratching my $749 wheel (12 total scratches!!) they also mounted the tire on backwards with the directional tread going the wrong direction. The place is a complete dump and the employees are not trained. They have horrible reviews on Google and Yellow pages. Also, check out the photo I attached. I paid full amount the previous day to get a tire matching my existing one the nexr morning. They didnt get the tire the next morning. I also asked them to double check that it's the same exact tire and now they keep yelling at me because I asked them to order the wrong model. Im not a tire person but I brought my rim and tire yesterday to make sure it would be the same. The person showed me on the computer and asked me to pick. He didnt come out of the shop to see the actual tire. Its partially my fault not to convince him to see the actualy tire, but they still should refund the money. Which they refused! read more

I had gotten my car inspected and found out that one of my tires could explode any day. I didn't want to take any chances, so I googled tire places and found Tires Express. I was happy to have to only drive 5 minutes and pull right up with only one customer waiting for their car to be completed. I was happy to hear that for brand new tires they would only charge me $115 a tire. The only thing was they only accepted cash, so I had to walk next door to the gas station and withdraw funds. Because my account doesn't let me exceed $500, I was only able to get 3 tires. Luckily I did only purchase 3 because once the tires began to be worked on one of the tires would not come off due to the lug nuts being stripped. I was told to bring it back to the mechanic and have them take it off. I did ask if I was to come and get the fourth tire would they have the same brand in which they stated they would have it. I popped 3 tires turning out of the altas/cvs parking lot.. damn curb/divider!!! thank god tire express was right there, and thank god times 2 that they are opened until 12am every night. They installed my spare for free and charged me a used tire for around $20 (not sure how many miles was left on it), and a new tire for ~$80--- this is almost 20-30 bucks cheaper than the generic chains that charge me $120 a pop for a new tire! I don't care about brands, i drive a 1993 geo prizem, so as long as it doesn't kill me, it'll do fine.. This occurred probably 6 months ago, and my used tires finally needed to be replace. I came back this morning, they open at 8:00am, the woman charged me $79 for each new tire and it took about 15 minutes to install them. This place is fast and efficient. I was skeptical, used tires? We had a tire gash from hitting a curb. New tires anywhere I called was $180. One place insisted that I needed to get four tires because it had to be "balanced" on the tred. So I went to see these guys. They had the exact tire in better condition than the other three. In the pouring rain, they took the old tire off, put a new one on the rim and it turned out he didn't like the seal. Took it off, grabbed another of the tires and put it on, no problems. Balanced, and tested for leaks. Installed back on the car, no issues whatsoever. Out the door with a nearly brand new tire, same brand, balanced and installed, $85. I highly recommend! read more

I bought 5 new tires and rims in August and I needed them mounted to my Jeep Wrangler. First the charged me $25.00 per tire, but because I needed it I paid. Then, recently I had a flat tire on the way to work and because the tire was mounted so tightly I or my husband could bet the tire changed. One of the lugs was impossible to get off. The cap of the lug broke,and the inner lug is not budging. I had to tow my truck back home. And buy new stud to replace damaged one. These crooks are in my neighborhood and I have gone to them many times through the years and every visit has not been successful but this "tops the cake". I am out $300.00 just for their inexperienced-money hungry-asses!!! I read others reviews and they gave 4-5stars...but they haven't had flats yet. When they do the damn tire won't come off!!! This little tire shack did more damage than good!!! They aren't that nice either...unless your white. They seem to run to please their white customers and ripoff American blacks. Called them up recently to inquire about getting my wheels changed out to winter tires. (Mind you that the tires are already on a spare set of wheels. All the technician would need to do is take off my current wheels and put on my spare set). Guy over the phone would not give me a straight answer on the cost to do a simple swap, telling me to just bring the car in and they would take a look at it. These are a bunch of crooks. They sold me defective tires that went flat in less than 24 hours. I had to pay for towing to get the car back to be fixed, and the new tires they put on were also defective. They are loud and rude and incompetent. Never mind that they barely speak English. I came in to get pricing on a set of new tires for my Infiniti. The owner was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed for the price i was looking for. I came in a few days later the service was FAST and efficient. In about 1.5 hours i was out of there. One of his workers even helped me get some scratches off the hood of my car!
