    Do not come here, they're a bunch of scam artists. Came in hoping to get a tire plugged and they told me nothing was wrong with the tire and in fact sold me on a separate tire. I really dislike dishonest businesses and this is one of them. I drove off and in less than 24 hours the original tire that I came in for is already flat. Take your business elsewhere.

    2 stars at best. To start, calling to schedule my appointment was a headache as whoever answered the phone the first few times, answered a business phone "hello?", with no introduction, no how may I help you after my "hello?", and proceeded to hang up on me. But also, I'm not quite sure why this location makes appointments. My alignment appointment was scheduled for 10AM. I arrived and checked in, handed my car keys 15 minutes prior to my appointment (09:45). I waited on site. My vehicle wasn't taken back into the shop until around 10:45. There was no communication as to whether or not they were backed up, but an appointment is an appointment. I've had worse experiences which is why this isn't a 1 star review. The gentleman behind the desk when I arrived was friendly upon arrival.

But once I saw that Phoenix Complete Auto Care is under new management and read some recent positive experiences, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the manager, Abdul. He was polite, professional, and even offered me coffee from their impressive machine (so many options I didn't know what to choose, lol). I let him know I was on a tight schedule due to a doctor's appointment, and he assured me my alignment would be done within the hour. True to his word, my car was finished in about 30 minutes! Not only was the service quick and efficient, but the price I was quoted over the phone was the lowest I found in the area, and that's exactly what I paid. No surprise fees, no upselling. As a woman, especially a blonde, I've had plenty of mechanics try to overcharge me. But I've also worked on cars myself, so I know when something sounds right and when it doesn't. Abdul's pricing was not only fair, but transparent, and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. I also asked for a quote on a future rack and pinion job, and again, the price was extremely fair. I'm definitely planning to come back for that service soon. Abdul clearly takes pride in running an honest, respectful business. He's focused on rebuilding the reputation here, and it shows. You can tell he values integrity and customer trust. He's not cutting corners or trying to make a quick buck. He's running Phoenix Complete Auto Care like he wants it to be the best shop in Miami, and honestly, he's well on his way. If you're unsure because of old reviews, take this as your sign to give them a chance. I genuinely recommend Phoenix Complete Auto Care!

The 125-point inspection they claim to perform is a LIE. I bought a 2022 RAM 1500 (Stock V5T739216A) on Jan 14, 2026. 1. Less than 48 hours after purchase, the truck suffered a complete electrical failure. The battery was dead, and the Power Steering system failed while driving. 2. I took the truck to another authorized RAM dealership for an independent diagnostic. They confirmed the battery was defective, held no charge, and was the sole cause of the failure. 3. This proves AventuraJDRnever actually inspected the battery or ignored the failure to save money. I fixed the issue myself to avoid being stranded. I emailed the General Manager, Oren Cohen, and my salesperson multiple times simply asking for reimbursement for the part I had to buy. Total silence. They took my money and stopped caring. Don't trust their 'Certified' sticker. It means nothing. I have reported this to RAM Corporate."
