I absolutely love this place. Thank you to Nic and John for the great customers service. I was originally coming from jiffy lube and I personally did not like anything about it. I came here with very low expectations but then got pleasantly surprised. They will tell you everything how it is and will not try to pull one on you. On top of it all their prices are spectacular. They are constantly giving great offers. The only thing I suggest is to make your appointment ahead of time! don't be the walk in that has to wait 2 hours. The nice thing is that Costco and target are right near buy so if you catch yourself with an hour you can do some last minute grocery shopping or birthday gift shopping. Overall the only negative thing I can say is that it's cold so bring a sweater. Besides that I plan on staying with this tires plus for as long as I have a car! Worst service and no ability to trust them. Manager made me wait 2 hours before he told me he couldn't repair the tire. Wanted to sell me replacement at $148.00 each when I paid $ 109.00 in September 2015.had alignment done but no report was available for printing. Coffee machine ooo. AWFUL!!! About a year ago I came in to have a tire repaired. As I was leaving the shop, I realize one of my rear tires was wobbling! They had left it loose! Ok, so that was a very bad experience but the guy apologized and I figured mistakes happen. A couple of months later I went back for an oil change and tire rotation. I decided to put lipstick on 2 of my tires to make sure they were rotated. When they advised me that my car was "ready" I looked at the tires and surely they had NOT been rotated. This shop is UNSAFE and UNRELIABLE! I gave them a second chance...NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Wow I love TiresPlus. I took my car to Tires Choice I had a bad experience with them. So on my way home I took my car to Tires Plus. I went in for four tires and they gave me a good price on the 3 year alignment. What I also liked was that they recommended me brakes. And Luis the manager took me out to my car in the bay, and showed me the brakes and showed me how bad they were. All in all I got out happy. They did a great job! I went in with a screw in my tire. They fixed it and called me promptly when it was done. It was cheap and they got the job done. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it took awhile to check in in the morning even though I had made a reservation. They did not have my wipers in stock, my air filter in stock, and I needed two new tires and they only had one at another location that had to be driven over and the second had to be ordered and picked up the following day. Both days I waited about 3 hours. I would have went elsewhere if I thought my tire was safe to drive on. I suggest finding an another place to service your car. read more

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, the service was prompt and easy. Miguel was my associate and he did great! My car didn't need anything at all, he went over the recommendations based on mileage from the manufacturer, mine was Toyota, and explained to me that it's not an urgent issue and that it could be done sometime down the road. Very honest! Will definitely be back for service here. I'm giving it a 4 star only because the wait was uncomfortable, not because it took too long but because the chairs were SUPER uncomfortable and the sun was always in my face in the waiting room. As a Tires Plus Gold Credit Card holder and loyal customer, I would expect the service to tell me BEFORE they milk me of $1500 on the credit card for two separate incidences less than 1 month apart that the car is no longer worth fixing. Went to tireplus last Wednesday to get a fuel injector treatment on my 07 Charger srt8 I should of never have taken car there they told me me my car was done I smelled coolant in my hood I opened it up there was coolant everywhere I went to Luis and showed him what happened he said I had a loose reservoir cap that all the coolant leaked everywhere so I asked him if I didn't check under the hood the service tech would of left everything like that he had tech clean up his mess in my engine bay it's now a week later after I bought a new radiator cap I still have a coolant leak I took to a different shop they said I have a coolant leak in the intake manifold I spoke to Luis he pretty much said it's not his problem never had a problem before I went there now I have to come outta pocket to get this fixed after spending 149.00 for a fuel injection cleaning never again will I go to tires plus again read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! 3 days ago I came to Tires Plus because I had a nail in my tire. They told me that it's going to take about 2 hours. In 2 hours I got a call from them saying that I also have a cut and I need a new tire and I have to pay something about $300. I had a feeling that something is wrong, I said that I'm gonna take my car somewhere else. In 10 minutes I got another call when the guy was saying that they apologizes and one of the guy made a mistake plus they have old machines and they made a hole in my tire. After he said he is going to order a new one and it will be free of charge. I wouldn't be so pissed if they call me and explain me the situation instead of trying to charge me for their mistakes. read more

This place is a crooked business. I went in there two weeks ago for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance. Right when I pulled out of the parking lot, my tire pressure light came on. I went back to the shop, they put air in my rear passenger tire, and I left. Within the next two weeks, I put air in that tire two additional times before returning and telling them that they did something to my tire the last time I went. They were very adamant that I picked up a nail on the street, even though I kept telling them that the tire pressure light came on right after I pulled out of their parking lot. They said I couldn't prove anything and offered to sell me a tire for $250 because my current tire wasn't "fixable". This place is a crooked, shady place. I took my car to a local shop down the street, where they actually found TWO nails and a bad nozzle, and was able to fix it for $20. How did tires plus say there was one nail, but this shop found two and a leaky nozzle...? Makes you think.... Never again will I have dealings with tires plus!!! read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars! If someone has a worse experience than I do then please share. I went in for spark plug and oil change which i should do myself but I have coil on plug system and it takes a really long time. So I figured hey pay someone to do it and enjoy my day off. Dropped it off they gave me some bullshit about my O2 sensor which I already changed, redflag right there!!! So he gave me an estimate, $1,582.62! Yes that much to change my coils and a tune up with oil change. I picked my truck up drove it one day still dong the same thing. Take it back the guy was like oh we fixed it I'll hook it up to the computer, which he did and he says there's nothing wrong. I let a guy drive it he comes back ten minutes later and says there's nothing wrong. I get in and with him in there haul ass doown the road to get it up to 40 and the misfire starts. He was like no thats not a misfire thats your transmission. Right then I take us back to tires plus and demand they fix my truck. Just so happens the guy I'm riding around with just so happens to find a leak in my transmission. So at this time I doubt myself and go with them. I find a guy to fix my transmission and he tells me that its above my transmission so he has to take it out. He does which costs me $700 and tells me that it was a cut hose!!! Someone cut it!! Nothing wrong with my transmission and the guy knows about the engine and we look underneath the hood. They only changed four of my coils and they didn't change my oil or give me a tune up. I take it back and in my haste to get out of there I didn't look at what I was signing. I'm a guy I know engines and how to fix shit but I was wanting to leave so I signed for them to change four coils for $1,582.62!!!!!!!! That was it!!! Four coils cost $240 retail cause they are about $60 a piece. They charged me $140 a piece for the coils and $800 for the labor rest were taxes. Fuck tires plus they are the worst establishment that I have been to down here. read more

The very worst auto repair I have been to. At first was about to leave as they told me they would be two hrs before they could estimate my repair- then told if I waited they could look at it right away, but two hours later they had t looked at it so I left it. five hours later was given an estimate that seemed to list possible things that could be wrong with my car without driving it or really examining it. The estimate was sky high - and they offered me a loan to pay for it. The second day i was called told car was fixed and when driving car home became instantly aware there was more wrong than when I left it- it rattled and locked up and I thought I would never get it back to shop. How they let me leave thinking that was fixed I cant imagine- I had to leave car again- and knew I was leaving it with people I could not trust. read more

My car was overheating and they were the most northern shop suggested by my insurance company that I could get a free tow to. Friendly guys there, saved me an hour cost on labor. That's where anything positive stops. I needed some repairs that would've taken 3hrs MAX (that as stated by the manager as well), on top of the hour i was there as my car was being 'diagnosed'. Well, they didn't perform the diagnostic so that was one wasted hour - but they charged me for it and wouldn't remove it from the bill. I was there for 6 HOURS - yes - 6 HOURS before i could test drive the car. The manager asked me if I'd rather him charge me the 6 hours of labor when I asked him to remove the charge for services NOT DONE. No apologies for my wasted day ether. Today, car is running better - still leaks. HORRIBLE place. Another guy was there for an oil change and was waiting 3 hrs. This place should be closed down. It's Firestone owned. read more

Always late. Not accommodating. I've waited for at least an hour each time I've had a service done. The manager would not extend any consideration of honoring an appt when I was late after the 15 min grace period. I offered a compromise one of the two services I scheduled and they refused because they closed in an hour and a half....I regret not going to my dealer. It's true that they are cheaper but I don't get treaty nearly as well I as do at the dealers. It's funny , the last time I was there Charles made a really positive impression on me and told me that his goal was to "steal me from the dealer". One word of advice - honor loyalty! read more

Awful sleazy service. Tried the bait and switch on me. Came in with a flat tire. Guys tells me the price for the most inexpensive tire. He tells me there are a few jobs ahead of mine so it may be an hour or two. I leave my car and we go to breakfast. He calls me an hour later and says it turns out the tire is not in stock. He apologizes and blames it on the computer. It said there were three tires in stock. The only other tire they have is $50 more. I picked up my car and went to Goodyear on 163rd. Entered Tires Plus around 10:00AM for an Oil Change that is one of the fastest things to get done. While waiting for more than **(-3 hours!-)**sitting waiting for my service to be done I experienced quite what most of this service places do.. you guessed it scams. I would feel extremely bad for elderly people or unconscious costumers let me explain.. 1 our of 2 serviced costumers would be told their problem is worsen and they need a higher priced repair. That been said a 50$-100$ job would end up costing you 3x to 5x (300% to 500% )more the original price. Even myself they tried to scam by giving me a higher price (40%higher) and after confirming I was offered a lower price they then lowered my oil change price. It's sad to say now days is very rare to find a decent and honest place to service your vehicle. Unfortunately this is not an honest place I highly recommend you to go elsewhere and don't let their so called low price or specials fool you because you will be in for a treat. read more

First bad impression, when I came in I saw a woman complaining about her service. I payed little attention because there is always someone that gets a bad service. Well SHAME ON ME!!!! I Had to wait for 2 hours for a alignment. When I was very upset because my car was in the same position I left it after the 2 hours, I started complaining. They did nothing to my car, they made me wait, and they did not even care. They were rude and ignoring me while I was asking about my car. I live in miami lakes. I have a tire plus close to my house on 57ave, but I rather drive to north miami beach. Last week I came to get new tires. And today I came for an oil change. Everybody is so nice. The manager luis was very helpful. And the other guys too. I just cant remeber there names right now. I recomended this place to friends and family and so far no complaints. Everyone likes going there. There was also a new kid working there and I remember he's name cause its the same as the manager very cool kid. Knows what he's doing very helpful also. I have been most happily doing business with them for over 10 years. Luis Suarez, the Manager as well as his very skilled and adept staff of mechanics, especially Jean have always given me the best service for my cars, have 2 cars serviced by them over 10 years, as well as courteous and respectful treatment and good attitude. If I could give zero stars, I would. Had an oil changed on a VW, with coupon. They tried to get me to use more expensive oil and charge me more money. oil change was completed and my car leaked oil. My car broke down and needed to get it towed due to another problem, the mechanics who worked on my car indicated the oil filler plug was not installed properly and they could not replace otherwise they had to charge me for an oil change, Went back to advise other mechanic noted oil leak. Two hours later, they said it was fixed. Couple Of days later, car is still leaking oil. I checked and Tire Plus did not tighten the oil filter and it was leaking oil. I tighten oil filter You would think they could get it right being this facility is a full service facility. I would not trust them to repair any car, what would have happened if they had not mounted your tires correctly. Your life would be in danger. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for auto services read more
