I go to Tires Plus because I have the credit card. I usually allow them perform only MINOR work, pay for it on the card, and then pay it off. Buyer Beware! Don't let these folks do anything more than an oil change or maybe tires but ONLY if you know you need tires for sure. I have been told that I had a nail in my tire for all 3 of our vehicles. (After the first and second time, I took the vehicles to another tire shop and I was told that there weren't any nails in my tire. ) This is Tires Plus, hustle to get you to purchase tires. Also, when getting an oil change, they'll offer you a vehicle inspection for a few extra bucks ($9.99 - $14.99). I always decline but still manage to get that call from the sales person (UPSELLING) telling me that I need a million things fixed. Don't do it! Stick to the basics or you'll regret it. These folks want you to pay for a bunch of unnecessary crap. I refuse to be taken. read more

Called to ask for a flat tired and the guy made an appointment for me at 5pm got here at 4:45 and just now I am leaving it's 8:04 3 plus hours waiting and in top of that I get skipped twice and got charge $33 dollars. I told the guy that I should get some discount since I had to wait so long for just a quick fix that took them 4 minutes to do.. he said he can't and no manager was in at this time to do anything for me... this is really upsetting..!!!! read more

I had a horrible experience I was told my wait would be about an hour but instead I had to wait 3 HOURS for a patch on my tire. While understanding it can get busy my car stayed up on the ramped for 40 minutes but I got upset and they started working on it. I will never return nor will I encourage anyone to get service here. I will never suggest this place or bring my car here again... came here on Sunday because my tire had a flat they said they'd be able to take me. We got here at 12:50pm got a call for pick up at 4:30 came back my car was still in the same Parking place I left it with the flat. Had to leave again and come back my car wasn't ready till 6pm for 1 flat tire. I would have taken my car else where if I knew the time frame but to call me to pick up my car at 4:30 and you didn't even look at it by that time is ridiculous. Then the lady wanted to try and get me to buy another tire because my front tire was "bad" and it was going to get a flat. I declined because all my other tires were fine my console alerts me when tire pressure is low and nothing was wrong besides my one flat rear tire. But the next day all of a sudden my other tire was flat coincidence I doubt it. This place is overpriced so I took my car to another car shop after this experience got the rest of my tires changed plus I get lifetime alignment and the lovely price was 550 for 3 tires. You guys charged me almost half for the one tire. Never again! Definitely checking reviews before I get screwed over again. read more

I have had good experiences here so far. My only complaint is that 2 new tires took 3 hours but it worked out ok because I could drop the car off and there were probably other people waiting. The people at the front desk have always been friendly and quickly fixed the problems. They had my tires available when I couldn't find them at other places. They threw a warrenty on my invoice and did not mention that I was paying $30 extra for it it I got a sale on the tires that day so I'm not super mad. This spot has mixed reviews and I understand some of them. I've been coming here for years and I must say that the person at the desk makes a world of a difference. Today I went because I was on a spare since I had a flat from the night before, Ryan was at the desk. I got there before 7am so I could get in and out before the rush and it worked. I have all my tires from them, under warranty with road hazard covered. So yes, it is a bit pricey but since I don't have the ease to do things myself, I pay for service. Here, that pays off because I didn't pay anything to get the tire fixed and I was on the road by 7:35. The tech was polite as well! Job well done! read more

I called in to see what the wait was like because I had an appointment but I wanted to get my tires done before the appointment. They sad 1 hour to 1.5 hours tops it is now three hours in and I still don't have my car my appointment is in a few minutes. They cashed me out so I have no choice but to wait. It would take me a few pages to describe the utter disgust I feel for this location, and the "technicians" that work there - They replaced items that were new and needed no replacement, charged me for items I never knew existed, and ultimately had to buy a new car after spending 700 dollars trying to fix what seemed like an easy issue to repair. DO NOT go there, DO NOT call them, and please tell your friends and family that THEY WILL SCREW YOU - This is from my experience and may not reflect yours, but If I can save someone a headache by having them read this ... heed my advice, go to Tire Kingdom right next to it.. Came here around 9am to get a tire patched. I was attended very professionally and quickly by one of the associates there. They're all very helpful and nice. While the service if good, they do take a bit longer than normal to service your vehicle (there was only about 3 more people there). While most people would complain about the wait, and based on what I saw - they're just trying to do their jobs right to make sure everything is done right. I left around 10:50. I would recommend them based on their professionalism and dedication to perform the work done correctly. read more

Worst service ever ... i called ahead they told me 1 hr for oil change !!! After 2 hr they gave me my car back just to noticed that they did not rotate tires as requested even thou the invoice said they completed the work. Never once have I had a thrutful diagnosis from this location, going on 17 years. Do you really think it cost over $700 to change a $35 ball joint? Did you mistake the badge on the Corolla for a Ferarri? Another time it was to change front brake pads, $350 on a Ford Explorer. At another location in Orlando I went in for an oil change and they said I needed new tires, the tires were less than a year old!! I avoid all Tires Plus! read more

The most despicable people you'll encounter, their only goal is to rip you off. They will always try to tell you something is wrong with your car and you need this and you need that. I strongly advise you never to come here, they're a bunch of money hungry crooks. My mother went to fix a flat tire, simple nail in the tire, after making her wait over 2 hours they come to the conclusion that the tire is beyond repair and also the tires need to be balanced, they also tried to get her to do an alignment. I had a nail in my tire early on a Saturday morning. I took my car initially next door to Tires Plus (where I got the tires a couple months ago). I told them the issue and they emphasized how busy they were and how long I was going to have to wait, they basically didn't want my business (the tire job I had previously took 2 hours longer than they estimated). So I went next door to Tire Kingdom. They got me right in, had it done in an hour, and had a nicer waiting room with coffee. I will be using only Tire Kingdom in the future. Tires work fine, but the customer service and expected wait times leave a lot to be desired. Not even the best option on their block. read more

As everybody has already mentioned previously in this posts, I fell as a victim to this scheme as well. Been a customer for quite some time until I recently had car trouble. I had some starting engine issue and against the advice of my friends, I went along with the mechanic at Tires Plus said, and had it fixed. The cost of my problem was TWICE the amount that it was originally stated. When they look up the parts for you that are recommended to be fixed, its actually charged TWICE the amount when you compare it with stores such as Auto Zone, Discount Auto Parts, etc. I don't recommend you go there but if you absolutely have to, get a second opinion. I had the BEST experience at this location. Everyone was extremely helpful. I brought in a very old (1992) Buick that had been through a lot. They were very honest about everything that needed to be done and what my options were. They priced everything fairly and in the end I decided not to fix it because the work wasn't worth the price of the vehicle. They were SO understanding and helpful and patient with me when I had a tow truck come to take it away. They ran a diagnostic on my car which ended up clearing the code that I needed assistance with and then told me to take my car to the dealership for them to fix it. The dealership said there's nothing they can do since the codes were deleted and to basically drive my car around until the code shows back up. Whatever system your company is using to diagnose car codes should not delete them after you've retrieved the data. What a waste of time and energy. Do not recommend this place read more

The most honest guys. I somehow convinced myself that I needed new tires (obviously I was wrong) but Raul ran every test on my car to reassure me that my current tires were in good condition and that no other services were needed on my car. Any other sales person would have sold an unsuspecting college girl such as myself a brand new set of tires and any other services but not these guys. It's very much suggested to not schedule to have your car inspected or worked on during the weekend, I've now been waiting for 2 hours but was compensated for my wait which was very nice of them. Super disappointing experience today. I went for a synthetic oil change. I had called previously and the person who answered advised of the price including the coupon. To start, the guy who checked me in did not offer the online coupon, and only added it when I mentioned it. I also said I would stay to wait for it right in the office yet I was never called verbally when it was complete. They instead called my mom who was also on the account and scared her into thinking I needed a new battery. They also related this information to me upon payment. The staff tried to mansplain that my battery was on its last legs and that they tried to start my car unsuccessfully 4 times. This of course was/is complete BS. I have never once had issues with starting the car and didn't have any issues starting it when I picked it up. Suffice to say, I didn't purchase the battery. I realize a lot of women aren't knowledgeable about cars but I am not one of them. This place will never get my business again and from the look of the reviews I'm not the only one they have tried to swindle. read more

11/6/2018. service advisor;raymond i had purchased tires for 3 different cars over the past years. came in with a flat tire,which i had refilled with a can of tire fill. after waiting for 15 minutes,raymond said he needed to look at the tire,while indicating an attitude that meant i really should not have bothered him with such a minor problem. he looked at the tire which had a nail in it and said"this tire cant be repaired because i had used a can aftermarket air refill to get the car going,but since the tirepurchased from them, was under warrantee , he would, just this once, do me a favor,, and replace the tire for 84.00. i asked why cant you just fix the tire since its not old??cant be fixed,with the same attitude as he had used during this same period. i advised him that this entire conversation was unpleasant,left went down the street, 10 minutes,ten dollars all fixed,no hassle. watch this place. read more

Tires Plus at 9870 Pines Boulevard go above and beyond. My mother has parkinsons and needs people to drive her around to run errands. When her car needed repairs, the people at Tires Plus did a fantastic job, found a way to keep costs down and kindly offered to drive my mother's car back to her condominium so that she wouldn't have to arrange for a driver.
