I had my radiator and thermostat replaced by Jetts Mobile Service in Tampa. This mechanic was…read moreresponsive and I was able to get my car back the next day. However, a month later I am having to replace one of the parts he installed which all of the parts were HEAVILY marked up when I compared my receipt to autozone prices. He charged me $80 and my local mechanic charged me $25 and its on Autozone for $27. The radiator was marked up by over $200 when I looked today. He said the part is covered under warranty but labor is not to redo what was not operational a month later and I have to pay another $300 to correct the work. I took my vehicle to a local shop and they did testing for free and said they recommended i call him to see if it was under warranty which seems like good business practices so i did and the warranty policy doesnt cover labor so it doesn't make sense for me to go back to him to correct work. The part he installed, he claimed was Chrysler but it was actually MotoRad, an independent company. See photos for my services, the response I got which i personally found very offensive. I chose to not even deal with this for the $40 because I feel the community should beware and hopefully I can save someone else from a bad experience.

You didn't respond until hours later. Then once you respond you said you could come the next day. Mind you we paid yesterday for a service you did not complete. Me and my wife were stranded for 3 hours waiting on you to get our money and tell us you can't do the diagnostic test right after payment.So at this point I realize this is a scam. Due to all the unprofessional comments. When you said life is like a 8 ball I knew you were just trying to get my money and leave which you succeeded but you have lost a new loyal customer before it started.
