    If I could leave a ZERO, I would. I brought my perfectly maintained vehicle in to have an oil…read morechange. It was the third time visiting them. I normally only use the dealer. They could not remove the oil plug. It was over tightened from the previous service that THEY did. They sent me to another location. The next location told me the previous location over tightened it, and damaged the plug. They finally got it off and sent me on my way, oil leaking all over my driveway. Brought it back. Told they would fix it. They didn't.. they proceeded to make up a bogus problem and estimate for over $3,000- so they could pass the buck after damaging my car. This was done because I threatened small claims. My BMW mechanic checked and said this damage was clearly done at time of oil change and the estimate is BS. I am considering the next step, and suggest that you avoid this horrible company run by incompetent morons. They will smile and make promises just to get you appeased and will never do the right thing. These YELP reviews are very telling of their skills.

That said, I feel compelled to share what happened. I have been a loyal customer of this location for many years. They've serviced both vehicles in my household, and over time, I have likely spent thousands of dollars with them. When I recently purchased a new car, I naturally returned here for its first oil change. About two weeks after the service, I began hearing a dragging sound while driving. Upon inspection, I discovered that the skid plate (splash guard) under my car was either not reattached properly or was missing bolts entirely. I returned to the shop to address the issue. Unfortunately, I don't recall the names of the individuals I spoke with, but one gentleman (a heavier set Caucasian man) told me that my vehicle did not have a skid plate. Meanwhile, another technician (an older Black gentleman, possibly bald) insisted that there also was not a plate, it was merely cosmetic and not necessary. Both individuals looked me in the eye and denied what was clearly an oversight. Thankfully, I had done my own research, and my son had taken a photo of the plate hanging down from the undercarriage, which confirmed what I already suspected. I chose not to go back to argue further. What's most disappointing is not the mistake itself, but the way the situation was handled -- especially considering my long-standing loyalty as a customer. In the end, I took my car to the dealership, where I paid $440 out of pocket to have the skid plate properly replaced and reinstalled. I'm willing to accept that loss. However, this experience has cost them a loyal customer. I hope, for their sake, that it was worth it. If I could put a zero star review, I would do so. I drove in to a bay seeking a basic oil change. I am a single mom with three kids in my car. He then tried to sell me on brakes from a sister company and claimed he was required by the center to read to me - so be ready for having to listen to services your car "needs" on top of an oi change. Fifteen minutes after we drove in for the supposed 10 minute oil change, they supposedly started my actual oil change. The technician came to my window @ 5 minutes after starting and told me he hit a radiator tube with his elbow and radiator fluid went everywhere. He told me my car was not driveable; the best he could do was put it in neutral and push it into the parking lot but I would have to get it towed on my dime. I also had to figure out how I, as a single mom, was getting myself and three children home. I had it towed to the shop and they determined the radiator hose needed to be replaced - $3800. Despite it driving in perfectly fine, no warning lights and no concern raised by their own Valvoline tech, Mr. Kirth and Valvoline are refusing to pay a dime to fix the car that was driving when it pulled into their bay. Their claim - there was radiator fluid that showed it would eventually need to be replaced at some point in the future, though how they could tell when the tech told me he spilled radiator fluid all over is hard to understand. I drove in with a perfectly working car but because some unknown day in the future - weeks, months, year(s) who knows -it would need replacing, they were responsible for none of it. It was clear from the time I was stranded there that Valvoline was going to do anything possible to deny any responsibility despite the tech admitting he accidently hit the tube with his elbow and spewed radiator fluid everywhere. They let Mr. Kirth make the determination rather than someone above him and all he clearly cares about is his bottom line, not doing what is right. This service center is NOT about the customer. This service center is NOT about doing what is right. This service company only cares about itself and clearly Valvoline is no different since he purportedly is speaking for the company. The "customer service" rep listening in refused to give me his name. UNLESS YOU WANT VALVOLINE TO BREAK YOUR CAR AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER. DO NOT USE ANY VALVOLINE AS THE CORPORATE CULTURE CLEARLY FLOWS TO ITS MANAGERS. Perhaps someone who belives in customer service will review and step up and take responsibility but I doubt it. The way they handled this was dispicable. They did not even care they left a single mom of three stranded at a service center!!! In the meantime, I will continue to fight this and will provide further reviews focused on their puported corporate "customer service" as well as that of the local service center and Mr. Kirth. Short Review: RUN AWAY AS QUICK AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN.

    A 2005 ford freestyle was brought here 3 times in the past couple of weeks. First time on 11/16,…read morethey quoted 1700 alone on 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coil packs, and a 2 year battery. The spark plugs installed are NGK iridium IX they charged $130.68, explaining to me that these are premium and how they don't cheap out on parts and how they come with a 12,000 mile warranty or 1 year. After just doing on the surface research NGK offers an even better line of plugs (NGK Ruthenium HX)for only $10.59 a piece. So essentially there up charging Twice as much on parts alone. Also while working on car fuel pump needed to be replaced because it burned out so they replaced it we get the car back, and not even the next day the car dies on the middle of the road. They explained how it was just out of gas and it was fine...the gas light had just turned on so I found it weird that it ran out. Fast forward about a couple of days later and the car dies AGAIN! The gauge was a little under a 1/4 but the car was completely out of gas. So it went back to the shop and they had to put a new fuel pump in after they installed a bad one...heres the catcher! The warranty was used even though they installed a cheap part. So from my personal experience in dealing with this place I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if they charging a premium price, installing cheap parts, and using a "warranty" service to justify the insane mark up. Just my thoughts! Edit 12/16/2025 When to shop because I was questioned about my review. Was met with immediate hostility entering and asking for the manager...I questioned him immediately entering the shops office asking why he was concerned on my review. He said there were a lot of things wrong with my review and proceeded to argue with me over it. The only reason I stepped in the shops office was to have a conversation and clarify. None of that happened... instead Anthony personally argued with me pulling up forms saying that the reason the fuel pump burned was because the car can't go under 5 gallons of gas aka as soon as the gas light turns on. I have never heard of a fuel pump burning out when the gas light turns on. After that Anthony proceeded to argue with me further on how the spark plugs I listened are not better....they are, anyone can fact check this. Then to top it off he threatened to take me out back and kick my butt all because he was clearly getting flustered/frustrated because I can see straight through all the deception (it doesn't matter how right or wrong a person is or is not. You never threaten people who come into your business, keep in mind this is the manger threatening me. not how you do business!) when I left he cursed me out, and that was that. Anthony is a young guy who still has a lot to learn, hopefully he'll learn you can't treat people like that who enter his business, especially if he wants to see customers!
