Any type of business, and Tires Plus in particular, is only as good as its employees in direct service to its customers. Ian Guzman, who services cars here, has consistently demonstrated the attitude, personality, and stellar quality service that is now uncommon everywhere. I have been a frequent customer at this company from the first time I took my S550 Mercedes Benz here, and Ian worked on it. That frequency has also extended to my S430, and I take both there only when Ian is available to do whatever work is needed on them. By far the worst customer service experiences I've had at an auto shop. The communication over the phone was already terrible and unprofessional. When I told them I had to be at work, they still insisted I come in, only to make me wait an hour and a half before my car was even brought into the garage. One of the employees (Hispanic guy with glasses) told me I needed to put gas in my car before they could run more tests. Fine. I do that, and as I'm entering my car I noticed the seat cover is all bent up as if they threw and dragged their body in. They didn't care at all about how they treated my vehicle. When I come back from putting gas, I see that they brought another car in where my car was. Meanwhile the workers in the garage looked like they were dragging their feet and had zero urgency. It honestly didn't look like anybody there cared about being there or cared about anyone's time. There was one guy with a beanie and he seemed to be the only positive worker there. I wish I would've got his named! I left and came to Meineke which is 3 min from them. Everything that was negative over there was positive over here. My car got brought in their garage within 10min. Completely incompetent service from start to finish and I wouldn't recommend Tires Plus Total Car Care to anybody. read more

This location is the best! There are very honest and knowledgeable auto technicians here. I will never take my car anywhere else. They helped replace/fix an issue that I was under the impression of being completed at another location and I was charged almost $600. I was informed by the team here that I was lied to and the issue was never resolved. I needed new tires and live between 3 locations. I came to the Woodstock location based on previous reviews and experience. I'm so glad I did! Brandon and Will are awesome! They were friendly, efficient, honest, and knowledgeable. I'm excited to have a new go-to tire place. I purchased the Firestone Destination LE3 tires for my SUV and the ride is great. I did call a competitor who was very friendly but I saw the great reviews for the LE3 tires and felt better going with them. This location refused to do the alignment on my vehicle. Stating it is lifted, it was not. Truck has stock suspension from factory. Guy at the front desk was very eager to come in and tell me absolutely not, they cannot do it. After explaining it was indeed stock they still refused. So much for lifetime alignments. Also, they have done my 4Runner many times and Tacoma which both had lift kits on them. read more

I will never come back to this again. They are not honest. I came for an oil change and tire rotation and was asked to pay $97. When I went to get my car, I noticed that my tires were not even rotated. Went back inside and the guy told me it's because they didn't need to be rotated. That's not true because the last time I had them rotated was over a year ago so I knew they needed to be rotated. It was also on their record because they were the last ones to rotate them. I got some lame reason that it's because all 4 tires are in good position and no need to rotate. This has happened to me before with this location so I had marked my tired so could confirm that they do their job this time. Nope, failed again. Never again. I don't go here anymore!! Back in 2013 took my suv to them for my air conditioner and my 4 wheel drive. Both had a warranty at the time. While my car was in there possession it caught fire while they were working on it. I wouldn't have known if a friend wasn't driving by and recognized my car. Long story short they never fixed my air conditioner or 4 wheel drive( mind you my warranty is now gone). They even sent it to another tires plus and still couldn't fix it because they said I had water collecting under my dash!! Well here I am 5 years later still without air or heat until I took it to another more experienced mechanic. On top of that my front windshield was ruined from the fire. I should have filed a lawsuit! However I'm not petty I just don't take my business there anymore. If you do I hope they are better now. read more

Took my car here last week for oil change and to get brakes checked. They changed my oil and said brakes were fine. I heard grinding this week and took it to the other tires plus location on sandy plains road. They advised me that I need back brakes and rotors replaced along with front brakes. $1,200 total. I was concerned that they might "phone it in" since the price was so low it seemed too good to be true, but they were extremely thorough and even took the car for a drive. I got a detailed checklist back and, even more valuable, they told me how to "read between the lines" to discern what the results meant. These guys are top notch for customer service. I took my truck in there for an alignment and the service was done as requested. When I went to pay, the Mgr told me I didn't own anything because my alignment was only slightly off and didn't require the full $89 charge. I was adamant that I need to pay for the service perform only to have the Mgr totally decline my payment. In a world where most companies Don't even train in customer service anymore, Tires Plus clearly does. I'll for sure be bringing more business to these guys read more

This place is truly ripping people off. I have been doing business with them for years and today they tried to cheat me. I needed a third break light replaced on my Mitsubishi Galant. Tires Plus told me it would cost $335. I was shocked. I bought the bulb myself at Autozone for $2.68 and replaced it in under five minutes myself. I cannot believe that they would want to charge me over $300 for a $2.68 bulb. Absolutely ridiculous for something so small and easy to replace. Furious!!! Bought over 5 sets of tires from Tires Plus & recommended many times. For my daughters truck we specified and were told we had 10-ply, e rated tires. We explained that she would be moving away to college & towing a horse trailer. We were very specific as to what we wanted. We chose Tires Plus because we have bought tires from them before, they promised they could get exactly what we wanted, they had locations in south Georgia should she need service and tire rotation. They lied & cheated us. After years of loyalty, I promise you that everyone I know & meet will know how crooked they are! They deleted my review from Facebook. After having my car serviced for years with this Company, buying tires from them, oil changes, i am taking my business elsewhere. With an appointment, my last 2 oil changes have taken more than 2 hours. Not what I expect to have an oil change. I will never return to this store.
