Was calling around to buy 4 new tires for my car and needed an alignment as well. B&G came recommended from a shop that I had been the week before. I spoke with Bryan and he asked me what I was looking for and he recommended a 70,000 mile tire from a reputable brand. Their prices were competitive, lower than Costco, and way lower than another small shop that I called, but $30 higher than Sams. I decided to go with B&G as they are local, and less of a drive than Sams , AND they do alignments. I made an appointment for the following week and Bryan and his team worked around my weird schedule. They were quick, clean and I couldn't have gotten service better anywhere else! What a great experience! After several unpleasant days of shopping for tires, I stumbled on B&G Tires, quite by accident. Tailiek, the man behind the counter gave me an amazing price on four new tires. The price was even better than I expected. The service technician Romeo, was wonderful also. He kept coming into the waiting room, and taking me out to the shop to show me things about my car, and explain what he was doing, and why. Never had an issue with this place as I've been going here for the past few years. However, our last visit had a few issues. Firstly, our crossover suv was dropped off for new tire installation, but tires were overinflated 5-6 PSI beyond vehicles specifications and the harsh ride was immediately noticeable over the most minor imperfections on the road. Lastly, I decided to have them assemble my Bilstein 5100 struts with factory springs for my Tundra and it was actually assembled incorrectly as top bushings were missing, two different diameter washers were used at incorrect locations, top hat didn't line up with strut pig tail, but luckily I have a spring compressor and one of the threads with nyloc lock nut on the strut are both stripped where I'm unable to install the missing bushing for the drivers side. Ordered a new specialty nut and praying the threads on the strut isn't stripped too badly. Again, never had an issue with this place and could just be a one off so I have to deduct at least 1 star. Edit: I had to buy a thread chaser to re-thread the strut bolt and nut. Also, I dissembled both struts and it was missing bottom washers as well. read more

I called this morning to see if I could get the nail in my tire removed and my tire patched without making an appointment. Romeo the service tech told me they're not busy right now, so bring it in. Honesty is always the best policy! And it is very rare to find that when it comes to car dealings! I went there to have my suspension checked as my rides have been bumpy. Met Enrique at the feont counter, he is a pro on what he does. The crew checked my suv and was told that my suspension was fine, but my rack and pinion was leaking. They put more steering fluid. They don't lie or made up worst stories just to make a profit out of it! This is what makes this business great! They honestly told me that they don't do service for the rack and pinion. These guys are great. So considerate and professional and knowledgeable. I recently started out on a long trip and immediately had the low tire pressure light go on before I even got to the freeway. Great way to start a trip, right? Swung by B & G. They found a nail and also noticed a bubble on the sidewall, which could have been a very nasty surprise somewhere along I5 later in the day. Result, I left with a new tire and feeling much safer for having stopped in. It was a very fair price and took about 30 minutes for the whole thing. I arrived in L.A. safe and right on time. Best tire shop in town! I've purchased several sets of tires here in the past, and my dad has been coming here for tires since the 90s! Most recently I was in search for some good all-terrain tires for my truck. After some research, I decided to go with some tires on B&G's website and submitted a quote request online. After receiving a quote and great price from Brian, I decided to go with the tires. The tires had to be shipped in, and a day later I was at the shop getting them installed. In a little over an hour I was on my way home with a new set of tires! These tires have performed amazingly so far, and have given my truck a much more rugged look. The first time I brought a vehicle here the front desk guy made fun of me for having little income. The owner personally apologized and I let it go and steered clear. I'm in need of tires, brakes and struts so a friend suggested I give B&G another chance. I went on line and followed the instructions for a comparison quote of 4 different brands of tires, brakes and front struts. For years I went to Big O in Benicia but no more. B&G is so far and above Big O there is simply no comparison. I needed three tires for my truck and Brian and Myron came through. Not only did they have the tires in stock, they had me in and out of the shop in less than 45 minutes. If I had gone to Big O, they would have had to order the tires and I would have had to wait at least two hours, if not longer. There is no question as to from whom I shall buy tires from now on. SHOUT OUT TO BRIAN at B& G Tires!!! Honestly I can not be more thankful for not giving up and finding these guys to help me with my tire repair. Every place was booked in the area and I was about to just wait til the morning until I got back home where I could get my spare off and regular tire repaired but I didn't, I contacted one more spot and THIS WAS IT!!! Off to bad start as I was frustrated I had to deal with this on my lunch break, having a bad attitude when walking in, they were giving me a chance and almost gave up, BUT Brian saw the frustration in me and told me he couldn't leave me hanging like this, for my sanity and safety. He went ABOVE and BEYOND like he would for FAMILY to make sure I was going to make it back home. From trying to get my special tire ordered to them asap but since I didn't live in the area it was not going to work out, then he thought to give me a used tire to just make it home but he did not have any. I ended up getting a tire for a great deal to make it home until I get my specific tire I needed. I came by to try and get my car looked at. I waited next to another car. There were no other cars being worked on but about five men in the garage talking and drinking ( soda or something lol). They didn't say a word to me. So I went to the front inside just for him to tell me I was In the wrong area and I needed to go back to the garage side. I went back and didn't know where to park so I sat there for a while longer. I watched the guys continue to chat and sit around and say nothing to me so I pulled off. I received excellent service in 2018 and forgot to write a glowing review because I got busy, but here I am. I needed to replace my shocks or struts and the manager looked at my car and took the time to explain the difference between shocks and struts and told me my car needed struts. I also told him that my car steering wheel always shook when I stepped on the brakes when on the freeway. He said he will look into it after replacing struts. It turned out the rotors that were supposed to have been cleaned and resurfaced by another service company on Sonoma Blvd weren't resurfaced, so the problem persisted even after paying good money to that other place. I've been driving my 2004 Pontiac Vibe for a year now since the rotors were resurfaced by B&G and my brakes work without the steering wheel shaking. Very satisfied with Brian's excellent customer service style, the work on my struts and my brake rotors. Thank you, B&G. read more

I came to B & G TIRES OF VALLEJO today because I had a bad experienced from Pep Boys in Vallejo yesterday just asking for a change oil and two evaluations hopefully getting (4) new tires too but I was very disappointed with the outcome and service then three weeks ago I bought two used tires at Springs Road across from O'Reilly but they sold me two bad tires it was getting bald already after three weeks and one of the tire was loosing airI. I went back and mentioned to the manager but he said theirs nothing we can do it's a used tires.
