I've been going to Padilla Tires for quite some time now, and they've honestly saved me more times…read morethan I can count. Every time I've had a nail in my tire or a slow leak, they've come through quickly with reliable tire patching and gotten me safely back on the road without trying to upsell me on things I don't need. What I really appreciate is how consistent and honest they are. They don't waste your time, they explain what's going on in a simple way, and the work is always solid. I've had patches done here that held up perfectly for months, even with daily driving. If you're in the Brookfield area and need fast, dependable tire help, this is the spot. They've definitely earned my trust and my repeat business. Five stars all the way.

This place is absolutely horrible. When I went in to get a tire patched and repaired the owner…read moredestroyed one of my struts and lug nuts. He then said I would have to go to a mechanic to get a lug nut and strut put on. I was skeptical about driving it since I had just watched him literally pry my spare off with a crowbar. He reassured me that everything was fine. While I was driving the tire made a huge thud noise and it locked up causing my car to come to a complete and sudden stop in the middle of traffic. The car would not move. I then called the shop back explaining what happened and one of the workers told me the owner stepped out but he could give me a tow truck number. I got the car towed to my mechanic and when I called the shop back to express my concern as to why I was told it was ok to drive the owner told me it was not his problem. How is is not his problem when after him destroying my lug nut and strut this happened? On top of the cost of the tow I now have to pay my mechanic. Horrible experience and I wish I had a way to hold this man accountable. I hope Karma gets your ass!

Not professional, not knowledgable, no accountability…read more I called on Tuesday to see if I can leave my car with them Thursday to get a check engine light resolved and brakes checked. I mentioned it was important I get the car back by Monday morning for work and they said it would be done by Friday. 8am Monday comes around, no phone call last week, the weekend, I call they said they didn't know i needed it Monday morning, they are just starting it. They said no one told them that.. I then have to take off work. I get a phone call at 10:40am about the results, I need a new EVAP canister PURGE per code, which I received too on my device. Then over $900 for only my front brakes. I just say yes at this point because I have work at 5:30am the next morning and need my truck. I got to pickup my truck at 2pm, the guy at the front desk asks me about my display how it's not working. I thought that was odd, I go to my truck and now my radio screen/display will not light up or display. I asked what happened the other guy Mike starts yelling at me when I asked how can I leave it with you guys, you clear codes, and now my display won't work. He did try and do a few things but acted like he didn't know about it, but the other guy did? Very suspicious. Didn't want any ownership, yelled at me for it not being his fault. I now have no AC because I can't access my display on the hottest week of the year so far and they offered no resolution or offered to take it back in to try and fix the issue.. I had work done by them last year when I moved out here, I trusted them. I thought I had a local, reliable mechanic like I did where I'm from, but I see now that they're unfortunately just like all the rest. I'd pay their prices for a good experience and trustworthiness, but that is gone. I would recommend shopping around mechanics so the same experience doesn't happen to you.
