He then said I would have to go to a mechanic to get a lug nut and strut put on. I was skeptical about driving it since I had just watched him literally pry my spare off with a crowbar. He reassured me that everything was fine. While I was driving the tire made a huge thud noise and it locked up causing my car to come to a complete and sudden stop in the middle of traffic. The car would not move. I then called the shop back explaining what happened and one of the workers told me the owner stepped out but he could give me a tow truck number. I got the car towed to my mechanic and when I called the shop back to express my concern as to why I was told it was ok to drive the owner told me it was not his problem. How is is not his problem when after him destroying my lug nut and strut this happened? On top of the cost of the tow I now have to pay my mechanic. I thought that was odd, I go to my truck and now my radio screen/display will not light up or display. I asked what happened the other guy Mike starts yelling at me when I asked how can I leave it with you guys, you clear codes, and now my display won't work. He did try and do a few things but acted like he didn't know about it, but the other guy did? Very suspicious. Didn't want any ownership, yelled at me for it not being his fault. I now have no AC because I can't access my display on the hottest week of the year so far and they offered no resolution or offered to take it back in to try and fix the issue.. I had work done by them last year when I moved out here, I trusted them. I thought I had a local, reliable mechanic like I did where I'm from, but I see now that they're unfortunately just like all the rest.
