Do not use Tirezilla. Their cost is cheap because their quality of work is cheap and attitude poor. Rupinder is rude and his staff is incompetent. You cannot ask customer service anything, they are incapable of original thought and their only response is wait for Rupinder to show up. I needed tires I shipped to them through Simple Tire returned for reimbursement and they couldn't be bothered for weeks to just attach the packing slip. I needed a signature on an inspection form certifying my tires were replaced now road safe, they refused because it was "extra work". They ruined the hubs on my brand new 2023 vehicle stripping the threads and refused to take responsibility or cover the cost of damage. 4 Hubs at $1366 each improperly installed and over torqued. They are not worth the time or your business. read more

Saturday I needed to find a solution to a sudden leaking tire. Taking it to my normal tire shop, they told me the tread was too low to repair. So they didn't even inspect the wheel and tire, they just told me all 4 needed to be replaced. But their price was pretty steep. So I began looking elsewhere. I ended up finding tirezilla. The tires here are probably the cheapest in the area. That is why I went here in the first place, but you get what you pay for. So I came in to get a brand new set of Michelin tires. These aren't very cheap anywhere, so any money I could save made me happy. Saturday, I came in and paid for the tires and an alignment In full. This shop was the only shop to offer me a solution to my problem, order a set of tires and ride out the weekend on the sale. At this point the experience was pleasant and professional. Monday, I come in to fit the tires on my wheels and do an alignment, everything went great. After, I noticed there was no valve stem caps and the wheels were still dirty, that's fine. The tires were cheaper than anywhere else, these are small things at this point, I didn't want to nitpick. 6 hours later, a pressure warning comes on. I didn't think too much of it since I got a new set of tires, maybe the sensor is just being weird. I drive 25 miles on it. I then notice definitely the tires are low. I fill them up and another 6 hours they are low again. Ok, something is wrong. I brought the car in Wednesday, the first chance I got, and we observed a crack in the wheel. I was told that we could seal the crack,then I could drive and not ruin the tire. I asked if this was a better option than just riding in the spare, I was answered with a yes. Now fast forward to Friday, I've had to fill the tires once a day to drive the car and am in the same situation as Monday. I go to a wheel repair shop, they tell me that most likely the wheel is damaged because I drove on it low. I call tirezilla and explain the situation, how I left the shop on Monday with 100% a cracked wheel. No one in the shop told me about the wheel, just let me drive off with a leaking tire. Was the tire not checked for leaks? I accidentally drove on it when it was low because I assumed that my tires and wheels were good because I JUST GOT NEW TIRES. Well, tirezilla told me that the wheels are the customers responsibility and that any damage to the sidewalk of the tire is my fault and I would have to replace the tire myself. No tire center I have been to before puts tires on damaged rims. Costco refused to take off the tire on a bent wheel for my other car, let alone put a tire on a bent wheel. They do this because they understand that damaged wheels are prone to leaking, and this can damage a brand new tire. They are looking out for their customers, something that I feel that tirezilla did not do. So if a customer brings in a wheel that will not hold air, tirezilla will be happy to take your money and then take it again when you have to replace that tire. I will replace the tire myself, from somewhere else, but I will make sure no one has this experience again. read more

Drove 30 mins to be told that the service I was quoted was not available. I clearly stated the services I wanted and provided pictures of the specifics of the job. This was the shop owner's mistake. Their wheel repair guy Big Mobile Wheel Repair (who you can find on yelp directly) was very transparent with me and said that he was told the job was much simpler and that he would gladly perform and warranty the work if he could do the job. These guys will only do curb rash, not wheel repainting or two-tone. read more

First on the company premises. A person complained about the women on the calendar photos but they are appropriate. Women are not bad people so such nice photos are fine. I got an online bid of $440 out the door. I did not immediately take them up on the price but about 8 months later felt i could not wait a day longer. i called them and the price was now $540 out the door. I showed them the earlier bid and did not get a better price to match the early price. I was getting the $60 rebate from Goodyear Tire. That comes from the factory and took over a month to receive and it is similar to a credit card but not quite. I prefer they mailed back a check. So I wish Tirezilla had come very close to honoring their price from around November of 2017. As to the service it was good. I also priced at other places and had I had a week to spare, i could have got a better deal. read more

Buying tires can be an arduous chore, and usually an unfortunate result of running over a large nail or screw. In my case, it was both. I went to a number of "usual spots" including Costco, only to find out that they only want to sell you tires (vs fixing them). Tirezilla is a different beast altogether. I have two tire places that I've used for a long time, but one of them won't touch a Sprinter and the other now seems to want to sell me things I don't need. I decided to see what it'd cost to get some existing tires mounted to some new wheels and you won't believe the range of prices I received. To be clear, I had the wheels, the tires (though mounted to the current wheels), new TPMS and new lug bolts. I know this was more than just a tire swap, but one quote was $480! You read that right. The guys at TZ came in with a fair price, so this afternoon I was in the area (and had all the parts with me), so stopped in to see if they could squeeze me in. They remembered the quote and stuck to it which was quite reassuring. I pulled around to the back of their shop and they immediately got to work. Timing is everything :) About an hour later all four had been swapped and mounted and they loaded my old wheels into the van. I tipped the dude, paid the man and was out and back on the road. Now I'm sure they get backed up sometimes, so I can't comment on what happens then. What was awesome was that there was no stalling, or standing around BSing with neighbors and co-workers like you'll see at the big commercial outfits. I'm not terribly impatient, but I hate watching people do nothing. These guys didn't waste anyone's time and I really appreciated that. Went to the store today to replace my flat tire. To be honest, I don't know if they had even replaced any tire before. Let start with the process of taking the tire down, they placed bumper jack in wrong place and start to raise the level, then I heard the unfriendly crack sound that coming from where they tried to raise the car. Then they told me it is fine, and I said it is not okay when you see the plastic is bended horribly. The best part is that they pretended of not having seen anything. Because of that, I had to use my own tools to raise the car. Next, they tried to replace the new tire into the rim, and I heard, again, an unfriendly sound. After that, I saw curb rash damage on my rim. DO YOU THINK THAT WOUND END OF THE STORY? Of course not, When they placed the tire back to my car, they didn't screw properly. I heard weird scratch sound that comes from the new tire while I was doing my test drive. Because of that, I WAS TAKING DOWN THE TIRE AGAIN, ALONE, IN FRONT OF THE STORE WHILE THEY JUST STOOD ON THE SIDE. At the end, they had done quite few scratches on my car and rim, and things they do are offering new tire and installing new tire into rim while damaging my rim. I paid $130 for the entire process while I was forcing to help replacing the tire. read more

Came in without any notice to get one of my tires checked out, which had been slowly leaking air. As soon as I walked through the door, someone was available to inspect the tire and figure out what was wrong. It turned out that a nail must have made a hole, and that it can get patched up from the inside for $30. The process was done within 20 minutes - it was as easy as I could have wanted it to be.
