This place was a life savior.. Came here right after work around 5:45PM.. Keep in mind, most tire shops have already closed or would be closing soon, but this place is open until 6:30PM. On my way to work in the morning, I apparently ran over a screw/nail.. And after work I noticed my tire was completely flat. I quickly switched to my spare tire and drove to Tirezilla (new location) and Nelson (Tirezilla Employee) was ready to help. Nelson did an amazing job analyzing the issue and conducted a Patch Repair Job efficiently and in a timely manner. He was very helpful. I now know where I'll be going for all my tire needs. I needed one tire for my 4runner due to a flat. I went to Goodyear on stevens creek to see about getting it patched for $25. They said it could not be patched and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $202 for ONE tire! Boooo to Goodyear! But they were nice enough to put my spare on for me. =) i went home & called a few other places on my yelp search. I came across 2 shops charging about $125 out the door for everything. Tirezilla charged me $110 for a brand new tire that came with road hazard warranty. AWESOME! Had an appt for me the same day I called! Ran 15 minutes late but they still took my car right away. Gary was very informative over the phone about the tire I should get but also let me know he can go over more tires when I come in that could fit my budget but may not be better then the one I was quoted as far as durability. Came here because of all the good reviews, and I was in the market for new tires, not used (Otherwise I had another place in mind to go to). It's hard going to all the bigname places because tehre are so many additional fees, but I was quoted through yelp by Gary, and when I came to pay, there was no addons or any hidden fees, which was great. Made an appt for 9 and they told me it would be about an hour. Got back at 10 and it seemed like they'd been done with it for a while. Super quick and professional service. Nice place. Got my truck ready shortly even though they are under staffed. Mike is a great guy. He know a lot about tires and driving mechanics. I had to change my tire after damaging the side wall. Pulled into the shop minutes before they closed on a Saturday with all my tire pressure monitor blaring at me, saying i had a flat tire. I pulled in and asked these guys for a hand. They took me in immediately, checked all tires for damage, added air to the tires (weather change along with the car sitting had caused them to lose air), and reset my tire pressure monitoring. All this took maybe 30 minutes (they wanted to make sure they hadn't missed a puncture), and they refused to take my money for the diagnostic. Great group of guys, and very professional. These guys are awesome! I'd just gotten off work at 5pm on a Saturday and my low tire light wass on. This was the only tire place open for miles. They checked all my tires right away. Took one tire off and turns out I had TWO nails in my tire one of which was not able to be patched. They did not have my tire in stock but they set all my tires to spec and put a little extra air in the one with a very slow leak. My tire pressure light stayed off all the way home, which was an almost 2 hour ride with all the traffic. They didn't charge me because they said they didn't patch or replace the tire. I wish we all had the same experience as the other customers did. They don't know how to communicate with you saying we won't be done with your car till x amount of days. I called them and got a hold of someone but called later that day and no one was picking up. I felt like they were ducking and dodging. Being honest brings great business and customer relations. This place is a tire shop. I don't see no lifts for any car repair. Don't get suckered into what they are saying. Analyze what they say before making any decisions. Absolutely fantastic work. I was referred to by a friend to call and get a quote. On the phone the rep was courteous, not at all pushy, and beyond helpful. Going in, a guy by the name of Jace was professional, personable, and friendly. It turned out I had some rot on my rim, which he showed me, cleaned up, and sealed it free of charge. Prices are greet, but my confidence in their work ethic is questionable. A tire sensor light came on the day after I got the tires, they were closed and then I was out of town. I came first chance I had at 9a, but no one came in til almost 10. All they did to"fix" the light was put air in the tires. Mind you the light that was on was not a flat tire light. Then the gentleman explained it was the weather. I don't think my cars ability to function correctly has anything to do with the weather. Then he says, to take it to the dealership to have them check the tire sensors because they don't have the ability to check themselves. A "not my problem" type of support was provided today. My wife and I brought our car here to get new tires. My wife gets a call and they ask her if her tire sensor I/L was active, which she told them no, the techs then told her that when they removed the tire they said that the tire sensor was broken. Not one but two sensors where broken. This is the first tire replacement for her car ever. There is no way that we rolled in there with two broken sensors and no I/L active. The tire techs broke them when they pulled off the tires and according to other tire technicians that we called it is very very easy to damage when pulling off the tires. They lied to their manager and told them that they were broken already. When we went to pick up the car, they refused to hand us the keys because they said their manager wants us to pay for the sensors they broke and replaced on the car. We refused to pay for something they broke and we requested to speak to the manager. The manager refused to listen to anything we had to say, he had no idea what really happened at the shop because he was not there to witness what his techs said. All he cared about was getting his money. The manager does not care about his customers at all. After I told the manager how unsatisfied I was and his techs actually told me that he needed to hear what I said in agreement with me the manager still did not care that I was unsatisfied with my service and did not like being called a liar, he kept on talking. I could not take it anymore being really upset ( and I think anyone in that situation would be) just handed the phone back. The techs then handed me my keys and apologized to me , ( they handed me my keys ) I also apologized for cursing and thanked them for giving me the keys. They seemed very sympathetic to my situation and again told me that his manager needed to here what I said to him. To think that I actually recommend this place to my friends and I even returned for the third time myself after they messed up my tire replacement on my truck twice. I will never go back. Now this man is threatening my wife and I to pay the amount that he came out of his pocket. How is that fair that we have to pay for something that they broke? I hope people read this before they decide to go here and if you still decide to go here just know if something does happen this man will try to make you pay for it. I'm done. Ps: I'm pretty sure the manager will write a reply to this and completely lie and threaten me as well. Hope he does so it show how much of a douchebag he really is. read more

I initially took my Tesla to repair a flat based on reviews that people had success with their Teslas here. Unfortunately the employee who repaired it used a temporary fix which caused me to have to come back multiple times due to a slow leak. That employee is no longer there. Their current employee understood the issue, was patient, and fixed the problem. I can't give them a higher rating due to past issues but I'm confident going back that I'll be taken care of. read more

Bought Pirellis here Nov. 2016. I requested a quote via yelp. Because they lagged in replying via yelp I went ahead and called the shop. The employee gave me a quote and I arranged to get the tires installed. 1 day later, the owner gave me a quote significantly cheaper than what I paid so I went back thinking they'd honor the difference and refund. They didn't. They gave me $30 to settle and keep me somewhat happy. I wasn't mad about the situation. It was a good deal. I would have given 4 stars then. The 2 stars are due to poor service June 30. They promise free tire rotation every 10k miles. I called in to get that warrantee and the employee claimed being busy. I was in the vicinity so I thought I'd stop by. Everyone seemed to be on their "smoke break" and no cars were being worked on. I asked for a tire rotation without stating warrantee. They said $40. I said cool, proceed. Then stated the tires were under warrantee for rotation. The goof ball that answered the phone was irate and stated that next time I'd have to pay for the rotation. Guess what? there is no next time! Point is, offer good service and you'll be rewarded. No more tirezilla for me. Customer service and me feeling appropriate treatment is more importante than saving $30-$40! read more

And had it ordered right away. He called me the next day to let me know exactly when the tire would arrive and took my car in right away when I reached their shop. Called this place to see if they had my tire size, they said yes, I came by and was mugged down by one of the staff (white boy with long hair). Super rude guy. His boss or whatever, maybe co worker asked him if he has the tire size i requested and his answer was "i don't know! Probably not! I'm busy right now." Then continues going back and forth with the boss/coworker about how hes been there all day and he's the only one working. Blah blah. Looks at me and says "i'll help you..in ughh 40 minutes" in the most sarcastic way you can imagine. Keep in mind it WAS NOT busy at all. There was literally one person in front of me. So only two people! You cant handle that?! If you hate your job, please do us a favor and just quit. If you can't handle the pressure, quit. I don't recommend coming here at all! read more

Brought a tire in for repair due to screw, they didn't even take the tire off the wheel, put a "patch" on the tread and now the tire is leaking air. Don't ever, ever, ever, ever trust these guys to repair anything on your vehicle. They are the absolute worst. read more

I was using the spare tire for my minivan for 2-3days, so two weeks ago I went to Costco for the tire change service. The line was sooo long, and they said I need to wait for a week for the same type of tire without giving me any options. So I search on Yelp and Tirezilla came up, so gave them a try.
