***BUYER BEWARE***…read more We used Frisco Auto Glass Pros in early May to repair a small chip in my windshield. After they fixed the chip, we noticed a few weeks later (we don't drive the car often) that because the tech wore a belt he left a small dent in my brand new (less than 2 months old at the time) vehicle. We called and were told the tech would reach out to us to resolve this issue and he never did. I'm now working on getting it repaired and its going to cost ~$175 to fix something that was a trusted professional (at least we thought) mistake. We're super disappointed in this service DO NOT RECO this company - especially if their pros are going to wear BELTS. I'll be sharing images in the comments. They steal your money, then don't show up for the service. I have been waiting a week for my refund. Do not trust these people. If I don't receive my money asap, I guess I will have to go to the authorities.
