From start to finish they have been nothing but top tier professionals. Jason, Bobby, Krayson and Alfredo all worked their butts off and replaced my two very old units with fantastic new units in very minimal time, got my quotes on Monday and the work was completed on Thursday "WOW". Any mess they may have made was cleaned up and you wouldn't have known there had been any work done at all. You really can't ask for more from a contractor and I thank them for all the hard work. Omar and came out after having my blower motor go out on my Bosch Unit, I called another local a/c…read morecompany who cancelled my appointment due to not being experienced to work on bosch. I called legacy and spoke to them about my situation. They had a tech call me to go further in depth to make sure they assigned me the right tech, especially being Bosch. Omar was dispatched and immediately did his general inspections once arriving. Then he went into the attic where he started doing his diagnostics and found out the blower motor itself was dead even though proper voltage was being sent to it. (Common with Bosch units). After just owning this new home for 2 months, Omar was able to help with cost of the repair from the unit and work out with our independent home warranty to get the job done right. Omar was very thorough and explained and answered questions I had in regards to the parts and a/c unit, I appreciate his honesty and going out to get our blower motor and return to complete the job on our intricate bosch unit. He was very experienced and knowledgeable which hard to put a price on.

I am updating my review; this is going to be a pretty long post…read more I contacted this company in August of 2022, our upstairs AC unit was failing as it was 16 years old. They came out the same day and we contacted them; we were dealing with a home warranty company (which is a nightmare within itself) anyways; Kari (the owner) got approval quickly and was installing a new unit within a day. Super awesome! Everything up to this point was amazing! The new unit just didn't work properly; it wouldn't maintain temperature and it would just get hotter and hotter if the temp outside was over 95. They came out about 10 times to trouble shoot and try to figure it out. No one could figure it that out and then, here comes fall and winter so service and trouble shooting just stopped. Here comes spring and still dealing with the same issues. Again; they came out about 10 times, after all the trouble shooting and redoing of the duct work; replacing the coil, they finally ended up replacing the whole unit. After that was done, everything has been working pretty great. All of the techs that came to our house were also pretty amazing; polite; explained things to us. I have zero complaints about the techs. Now we are experiencing issues with our downstairs unit which is 17 years old now; so I reached out to Kari to see if they could come out to take a look. Her response was rude and really took me back. Mind you, I did post a bad review last year when we were living a nightmare and having them out several times with no fix to the issue. I honestly forgot I even posted the review, it was 10 months ago! She asked if my previous review was still up and if it was she would not respond to any work at our address. Seriously?? I would have been happy to change/update my previous review, but she didn't even try to ask me to, it was basically you take it down or we will not service your AC. It's really sad that she feels it's ok to conduct business in this manner. I'm not a hard person to work with and she acted as if she was doing me some sort of favor for going above and beyond for us, however; they installed equipment that didn't work, so they should correct the issue. We paid for a service and expected it to work. I love her techs and we unfortunately have to go elsewhere for our AC service needs, since she refuses to do business with us due to a review that I would have been happy to update had she simply just asked me to. I give 2 stars to this company for her rude behavior, but I give 5 stars to her techs, they really are all wonderful.

He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. He replaced a failed capacitor, topped off the refrigerant, cleaned the condenser coils, and had my AC cooling again the same day. After receiving a very different opinion from another HVAC company, it was refreshing to work with someone who focused on diagnosing and fixing the actual problem. Marco mentioned they're a small family business, and it really showed in the level of care, honesty, and customer service he provided. We had 2 companies come out to look at our AC unit . Both were quick to respond ( same day ) and…read moreboth were able to find the problem right away . But before we decided on Mach Tech, Marco got our 27 year old AC unit up and running ( temporary fix ) and offered to leave his own parts regardless of whether we go with his company or another one so that we can at least have some cold air in the house . Because of that , we chose Mach Tech . Marco was very informative , took pictures ( old equipment in the attic ) and answered all our questions / concerns . He installed the new equipment , tested everything and again took pictures of the new equipment in the attic . I highly recommend Mach Tech . They're an honest company and thorough with their work ! And I needed them connected to a wall mounted pair of dimmers and switch. And I needed the top plug in each outlet connected to the dimmer, and the bottom plug live, for both outlets. This was a complicated thing to figure out, but Garardo and Vic did a fantastic job of getting everything wired and connected for me, and worked with great expertise. And were very friendly and pleasant to work with, and the price was completely reasonable. Wonderful experience. I'll be happy to work with them for any of my future electric projects.
