First they did a fantastic job with all their vendors from American Leak Detection, On The Spot Cleaning, with their carpet, tile and marble, repair. Also Las Vegas Flooring to replace tile. We were contacted regarding each vendor on when they would arrive. Ben Warnstedt the Project manager was very caring to all our concerns. The vendors who came out one after another to do all the repair work from dry wall repairs to replacing the tile in kitchen and cleaning all the carpets from water damage were fantastic. And On The Spot Cleaning did a fantastic job rebuffing, re-polishing and re-staining all the slab marble in our main entryway. It all looks like brand new and cleaning all the carpets. As for us, my sister and I speak highly of GraEagle Construction and their fantastic group of vendors. All the guys are so kind and caring about pleasing us. We highly recommend them.

Saw a budget system in Lowe's and after experiencing a low psi pump, the decision was clear that we needed something professional, like you see at restaurants. Who knew that the quality of mist mattered? All of Fuller's pumps are 1000 psi I believe and produces a high quality mist that is atomized at a rate where it does not give you shower and evaporates right about 2 feet from the floor or knee level. This meant that my patio floor wasn't wet which could easily create a safety issue for some, depending on the flooring type. The metal tubing is color matched to your home's paint and is professionally bent to tuck against the house so it isn't an eyesore and looks to be a part of the home. Granted our install wasn't large, but the crew was fast and efficient, further validating the overall high quality product. During the middle of summer, we were cruising under our patio where it would normally be 100+ degrees and our guests were kept happy and comfortable. If it isn't windy, the mist creates a curtain, enclosing our patio in a way and drops the temperature 10 - 20 degrees easily. Don't get me wrong, the price isn't for everyone and can cause your jaw to drop but if you spend a lot of time outside in the summer or want to utilize your backyard space more like us, let me tell you that it is/was worth it. Save yourself the trouble and heartache of going with a budget system only to be disappointed by getting soaked. Buy once, cry once...haha. Other pro's of the system is that it has its own 3 stage filtration, the company is local, they can service if there's issues along with a winter and spring service (at additional costs) I believe to vacuum the lines in case you're worried about the pipes potentially freezing/bursting/breaking and to get you summer ready! Lastly, we can expand our system if we want to extend when we add a pergola over our uncovered, paved backyard area.

I hired the technician to mount my 65-inch TV in my second-floor loft space. He arrived by 11:05 am…read moreaccording to the scheduled time from 10 am to 12 pm. He was easy to talk to, checked our wall where we want to mount the TV, and determined that the mount we brought from the store doesn't fit our wall. He uninstalled the mount and back bracket of the TV so we can returned to the store for a refund. He was able to sell us a full-motion TV mount from his van and easily mount it on the wall. We ended up having him mount our downstairs less than 40-inch TV too as a way to baby-proof from our 1-year-old. His charge is $89 for mounting both TVs and $161 for two full-motion TV mounts and patching the holes on the wall that were previously installed. Looking forward to more future projects with Tech Handy Las Vegas like overhead storage in the garage.
