I took my car here to get the water spots off, I paid extra for it and for them to clean the mats and seats a long with the standard stuff. Total was $60. They made my seats dirtier with their dirty rags they use to wipe tires and the exterior of the car. The trunk mat was not washed nor were the carpets vacuumed. Dash and cup holders were still filthy. I honestly didn't even get a pictures of everything because there was a lot! I went to ask the lady at the register what was included in my wash... and I didn't get half of everything she said. I brought her out and showed her, she apologized and said she'll have them do it again. To be fair... she gave me a card to come again and get the same exact wash next time promising better service... but I honestly don't know if I'll take her up on that offer. I had to wait another 30 minutes so I was there for a little over 2 hours I think. And even when they were done fixing their mistakes... it's as if they didn't fix anything!
