My previous servicer performed well initially, but six years of quarterly services later, they could never get a good handle on the pest problem. (See my review of my old Servicer and how I think they contributed to the problem.) VHP's pricing was very reasonable and after speaking with the owner, I was hopeful. Well they identified the problem area after the first visit!! For years, I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong because I was consistent with my pest services and obsessive about cleaning. Did you know that bugs can enter through your attic?! I didn't, but thank goodness that VHP did. After the follow up visit, I no longer had to worry about I'd see when I turned on the lights in the middle of the night. Those of you reading this, and have pest issues, understand the overwhelming sense of peace that comes with no longer worrying about randomly seeing a bug scurrying across the wall or floor. The five stars should tell you that this service works! After a snake found its way into my home, I also used VP to clean my gutters and identify areas that needed blocking to prevent additional 'guests' from entering my home. Now, the open areas around pipes and the gutters are closed and (hopefully) no entry points remain. This is a long post to say USE THIS PROVIDER!!! I have made sure that VHP was added to my HOA vendor list so my neighbors can have the same sense of peace that I do.

He's fairly priced, gives great service and considering how much extra he does, it's a huge value. I will be using him again. If you are in a subdivision "go in" with the neighbors to get a group rate. It's well worth it and you will not be disappointed.

I had done a different pest control when I moved here and noticed no difference so I had lost hope that anything would actually work. Well I made calls Friday late afternoon desperate for someone to come out and spray before the party Saturday morning. Brian had missed my call and I explained my situation and he asked if he could contact another customer to push their appointment an hour and see me first and he would call me back. They thankfully agreed and he came right out. Thank goodness he did because we didn't see a single mosquito the whole party and loved being outside for the party. Additionally I had him spray for all other obnoxious pests and the roaches are all already dying so quickly it's crazy. I have found them dying in so many places and the ants are no longer forcing their way into my house or taking residence all over my entry to my house. It is like magic. I will be referring him to everyone I know and using him from now on!!

I woke up one night to the sound of something thrashing in our attic (which is right over my bed). Convinced it was a mouse, I woke my DH (Darling Husband) and we sat there listening for it to stop. Once the same came up he found critter stuck to a glue trap left by our pest control. Upon further inspection, it was decided that flying squirrel had come into our builders gap. Because of the amount of trees around the property our attic was currently being used as a pathway, den and gathering place for the squirrels. My skeptical DH does not like anyone else working in his home, but this was outside his scope. I found Cristian on Yelp; although he had few reviews, his website was very informative and his demeanor was very professional. We left a message and he called us back at the end of the day. He was puntual, professional, communicated and answered all the questions he was asked. He went above and beyond the job. He not only perform the exclusion job we hired him for, he cleaned our gutters, changed the lightbulbs in the flood lights and covered all the vents for us. We asked him to put a small screen on a bathroom window we could not reach and he was so kind to do that for us as well. It's a shame that 5 stars is all we could give him, he certainly deserves more.

Things started out well, but have ended horribly. We hired Christian based on a referral and he was…read moreable to come out to address our pest issue quickly. He recommended sealing the roof, showed the material he would use, and said he would disinfect the attic as well as pick up the traps when everything was done in a few weeks. While he was sealing a space around our AC unit, he accidentally punctured the AC pipe! We then had to find an AC tech to come out immediately. He was very picky about who we selected because of the price he would have to pay for fixing the issue, and he did pay for the repair by removing that cost from his service. After the roof was sealed, he told us he placed the traps and told us to check them every few days to see if anything was caught. Once we confirmed there was nothing he said he would come out and disinfect the attic and remove the traps, as apart of his service. After a few weeks we did not see any new activity and called him to come pick up the traps as well as disinfect, as promised. He refused to come unless we paid him to do it, but it was initially included in the price we already paid him. We sucked it up because we didn't want to pay more but we're upset that we would still have to deal with pest feces in our attic space. Now, 2 years later, we have new activity, which was confirmed by another company. They took pictures of the shoddy work that was done and showed where he left some gaps in the roof. The metal he used to seal is also much smaller than what this company was suggesting. I am beyond upset! Finally, when I messaged him about this, he immediately got defensive and said the other company was lying And his work is great! All in all, the proof is in the fact that the pests are back, there are gaps in our roof, and he never came back to finish the initial job that he promised to do, even considering the extra damage and inconvenience he did to our home via the hole in our AC unit. I unfortunately have a termite warranty with stinger (came from the previous owners) also. They told me they voided my termite contract due to not paying for the service that wasn't completed and said they sent the invoice to collections. This came via email. I called, they agreed to send someone else out to complete the job. He just left after telling me that all the items on our list were our fault including, get this , that the pantry moths are the fault of our grocery store and we should buy our food from another store. Seriously, stay away from this company. It's obvious from the recent reviews that they are spending more of their time threatening customers than they are solving pest control problems
