When they got there they moved the old hot tub onto the grass and placed the new hot tub but said it would be $1100 to remove it because it was too heavy. It is the same size tub as the one being delivered and the seller knew exactly which hot tub we had. They did not honor the contract agreement and I still have my old hot tub killing my grass. They refused to remove it for the agreed amount.

They gave us lots of options to replace our coping and upgrade to pebble tec/tile but we were on a tight budget and they understood this. There wasn't any pressure to from them to consider the more luxury options. We ended up wanting to go with whatever needed to get done and added on their startup service. I went to the showroom to pick out tile for the waterline and they had so many options to choose from. We decided to go with the pebble tec (because of the longevity aspect) the day before they were going to plaster and they were so accommodating. Once the work started, they finished the project very quickly. Working with Fred and Eddie throughout the whole process was such a pleasant experience. We began using this company a few months ago, but at some point our account was apparently given or…read moretransferred to a different pool company--without any notice or explanation. Because of this undisclosed transfer, a single month fell past due. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, OC Pool and Spa sent a rude text message claiming they had mailed the bill and insisting we had received it, while demanding immediate payment. When I requested an emailed invoice for clarity, they refused and said they only mail invoices. Just two days later, I received another text threatening legal action over one month's past-due balance. This type of treatment toward customers is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, refusal to provide proper billing options, and the hostile approach to communication reflect very poor customer service and business practices.

I called to report the leaks and a representative named Anthony told me to call another company if I wasn't satisfied and then hung up on me. What horrible service by a rude and unprofessional representative. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced with any company. I came here with a group of girlfriends for my friend's birthday, and none of us had been to a Korean spa before. Honestly, it was confusing from the start. There wasn't much direction on where to go, what order to do things in, how the facilities worked, or what you were supposed to do if you booked extra services. We also came with one guy and a group of girls, so we didn't realize right away that we'd all be separated. Between that, people going off for body scrubs or massages, and everyone trying to figure it out as we went, I don't think we used the spa the way it was meant to be used at all. We ended up kind of bouncing around, asking what to do next, hanging out in the common area for a bit, and then leaving. The actual body scrub/massage add-on was fine, but overall it just felt disorganized and not very beginner-friendly. I've since seen friends go back and actually know what they're doing -- using the pools, sauna rooms, eating afterward, spending real time there -- and I can see how it could be a much better experience if you know the flow. But for a first-timer, especially with a group, I wish there had been a little more guidance.
