This occurred in front of my toddler and escalated very quickly. I remained calm and called the police myself, as I had done nothing wrong but expected my property to be treated with respect and care. Only after officers arrived did he agree to fix the damage, stating he just wanted it to "go the f***k away." The issue was eventually corrected, but it was done reluctantly, with no apology or accountability. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I am giving 2 stars because I have had positive experiences here in the past. However, this incident--particularly the lack of honesty, transparency, and professionalism--was unacceptable.
