Walked in to get a suit, and I walked out with nothing. The person who helped me, Amr Mansour, was impatient with me while I was going through the first-time process with them of building out my made to measure suit. Amr was constantly seen talking with other co-workers when he was supposed to help me. It was only after a short while during the middle of the process, Amr said I should probably just come back at a later time to try this again. Told me I'm taking way too long and measuring me will take an additional 45 minutes (mind you this was around noon when I came in). I told him I don't even live in Washington and coming to this store was out of my way. I don't think he made any efforts to care. Not wanting to start a confrontation, I simply left and drove 4 hours home. There is a good news to all of this though as I did not give up on the brand because I really liked Suitsupply and what they offer. I flown out to Washington DC and visited the Suitsupply store in Georgetown as I've read it's the best location in the country. I walked in and out in less than 30 minutes. Paid $1.2k for a made to measure suit. Wish my experience in Bellevue was better so I wouldn't have to go out of my for this whole ordeal. read more

For those who are complaining, here's a tip. Make an appointment and you will be seen on time instead of waiting. I saw countless people wander into the store, thinking it was JCPenney's. Making an appointment shows a commitment towards the process and gives them an idea of how many staff to have on hand. We worked with a young man named Dakota. He was very friendly and outgoing and not pushy or obnoxious. He listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect options right down to a shirt and tie. Yes, you could spend less going to one of the warehouse stores, but you're not going to get near the level of service or the quality of merchandise. We placed our order four days ago and they had to custom order the suit jacket. It arrived today and I'm very grateful that we were able to get it this quickly. My son has grad school. Interviews lined up and I want him to look and feel confident walking into each one. With this new suit, he will surely be able to do that. Overall great experience and highly recommend. read more

Bought 3 suits here 2 years ago for $3,600. 2 of the 3 suits ripped at the elbow after a year and a half. When you take them back in there's zero customer service, just told there's nothing they can do. My first time at suit supply was superb. I received world class customer service and was offered refreshments while waiting for my selection to be brought out. I don't usually shop for polos, but due to summer and the hot weather, I needed some. John was able to greet us in a timely manner in such a short amount of time. The polos they offer are well worth the value, they cuff around your arms to show your muscles, and cuff nicely near the bottom of your torso. I had a problem with pricing due to the tag having $109 on it. When it was rung up on the register, they listed it for $119. This upset me, and they did not honor the $109, until I emailed their customer support. Customer support ended up refunding me $11 from my original purchase in less than a day. Came in here needing a suit for a few weeks out. I guess I came at an awful time as it was super busy and there seemed to be only two employees working. I stood there and waited more than a half hour before an employee could help me out. Once their time finally freed up, all was well. The suits here fit really great and the materials are amazing. I luckily fit one off the rack and only needed my pants hemmed. Their colors are superb and I even got a few compliments on the color (from my mom and grandma but I'll take it). I would like to give a shout out to one of the managers at Suitsupply, Chris. We, a group of 5 groomsmen visited SS. We needed matching suits for an upcoming wedding. We were promptly greeted by Chris. He was pleasant to work with, very patient, and works with his clients and their needs. He will provide his input based on his knowledge on what might look good on his customer, based on their body structure, but ultimately he lets his customer decide what they like. There was no pressure or rush. He will answer everything you ask him. We've made Chris stay after closing hours to get fitted and not once, did he utter a need to get us out of his store. Our group had our suits fully tailored and Chris was there each time to ensure our suits came out looking proper. The quality of suits went downhill. My husband got his suit from here in 2019 and the suit was amazing. The customer service was impeccable. Fast forward to 2022 when my husband needed a new suit. I've gone in twice now and while someone has always acknowledge my presence coming in, I have not figured out how to get someone to help you. When I went in a couple weeks ago I browsed for 10+ minutes hoping someone would offer to help. Nothing. My friend joined me at the store and was more assertive and someone was able to help me. Once you have their attention the service is great. I went in again today with a few friends to check out my final picks so I could purchase. It was busy for sure which is understandable on a Saturday. Again no one offered to help us and after 10+ minutes I asked the guy at the cash register about getting someone to help to which he said everyone was taken because it was busy (duh) and when I asked about a wait list he said they don't have one and I should come back. Zero solution offered. I felt extremely unwelcome both times and this last experiences makes me not want to go back. I was ready to buy a $600+ suit today but basically was not able to. Other reviews mentioned bad service when they were wearing street clothes. Highly unnecessary to wear a suit to the mall so if this is why service is bad something needs to change. read more

Came in to do some style watching up close with my husband. We were greeted by Brooks. He was a super friendly, stylish, and informative. We were keeping our eye out for a couple suits, quality shirts, and some basics that we could easily mix and match. My husband tends to need to pay extra for tailoring and the fit in general is for tall lean builds. The palettes for the casual clothes are neutral/cool tones. Overall, everything seems like you could pair it easily. He appreciated the tips on textures on ties as well as mixing and matching jackets with jeans. During our walk through, there was no pressure. We do have a wedding coming, and Brooks was realistic on when we should return for a suit to avoid any sizing or tailoring issues prior. We'll definitely be coming back to upgrade or replace some of his wardrobe soon. read more

As others have said, the service here is terrible - they say they are busy, but there aren't that many customers in the store. I can't imagine having any problem with a suit if you bought anything here - they'd just ignore you until you went away. Also the suits don't even seem that good. Getting married in 4 months and the one duty I've been holding over my fiance's head is: GET YOUR SUIT. :) We were told Suitsupply was one of two of the best places for custom-made suits (Indochino being the other), but we had no idea how the process worked. The reason Suitsupply deserves a whopping 5 stars is because: have you ever done something that ended up being entirely pointless, but smiled through it anyway? Most of us would throw a fit. Not Ivy though--she's a rockstar of zen at Suitsupply. In our defense, we told the initial guy who worked with us that we were just starting out, and were simply hoping to see some different colors. E.g., it was very clear that we weren't ready to purchase. He enthusiastically set us up for an entire fitting and passed us off to the star of the show here: Ivy. I think there were some gaps in the pass-off, because after giving us a thorough fitting (including finding the suit jacket, pants, shirt, and shoes with the measuring, folding, pinning, and whole shebang), she finally introduced us to the different fabrics and color ways (I felt like I could see colors whenever I blinked, the variations were endless). It was fun but we spent a good 2 hours in the store. By the end of the appointment, we were wiped--so much to consider and think about. When we said we'd come back for a follow-up, she seemed blindsided, and explained that they only do this sort of meticulous fitting for customers ready to purchase. AH! We felt so bad that she'd wasted her time. She was super polite and said she'd notate things in our file of what we liked, and that we were welcome back anytime. I could tell she invested way more time than she would've liked had she known we weren't ready to purchase, which made me all the more thankful for her kindness at the end. My fiance loves coffee and she even offered him a cup during the hour. So bottom line: stellar customer service, really knowledgeable and great at educating customers, the least we could do is write a review in place of giving her a sale. I went to suit supply in Bellevue on October 2,The associate that assisted me in my fitting was excellent" but will not mention his name, as I don't want anyone to misunderstand who's cause me to write this poor review. I purchased 3 suit, 1200$ total. (2) suits were to be ordered. I was asked to leave the (1) suit there in stock to match the measurements. A week later I received an email both suits were delivered to Suit suppl,so I called asked for the associate who assisted me he wasn't due for a few days,i was told by Armor that he'd leave the associate a message to call me. Another week goes so I call again,last week of the 10-16th,again the associate is not in. I asked Armor if my suits were ready for pick up? He stated he would check and give me a call back. Later that day the 16th of October he called back,stated all 3 of my suits were in on the altercation rack,scheduled to be picked up on Friday the 22nd of October but I needed to pay the alteration fee, that was somehow missed. I told I made sure that I paid everything I was supposed to and double checked with my associate,he stated abrasively "WELL SAL FORGOT TO CHARGE YOU,SO YOU CAN EITHER COME IN OR PAY OVER THE PHONE" I asked what is the extra cost amount,he replied 137$. I said well thats my fault I made sure to ask about all my charges,but either way fine,I'll pay the cost when I come in next Saturday the 23rd which is my weekend off. Again Armor with his abrasive attitude(now remember I've paid 1200$ already and haven't received (1) suit yet) but Armor abrasively replied " NO WE NEED PAYMENT OR THE ALTERATIONS WONT BE DONE,YOU CAN EITHER COME OR PAY OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE ONCE WE ALTER TGE SUITS THEY ARE TIURS AND YOU CANT RETUN THEM. I replied to him,this is not on me as the customer,you have 1200$ of my money upfront and this how you talk to me over 137$ that apparently Sal missed? His reply "I will bring up to Sal but we are not doing any alteration until the fee is met". I contacted customer service,they were genuinely shocked but said I was entitled to a full refund if I wanted since I was unhappy with Armors abrasive communication and that it's not in their best interest to treat a customer in that manner over 137$ when they already have 1200$ of a customers money. They said they reach out via email to that manger and Armor at that location to get this worked out and it should be about 24-48 hours . But no,they never reached out they just issued a refund. Monday mornin. I called customer service again,and asked why no 1 reached out to me to resolve the issue and or have Sal reach out. Customer service was disappointed and agreed this not business practice of Suit Supply as a whole. Again customer service sent another email but no 1 from suit supply reached out. Now my engagement for this Saturday and Sunday I have scramble for a new suit. I encourage anyone who's thinking of buying a new suit to skip suit supply of Seattle Bellevue location. 144 Bellevue Square,Bellevu,Wa. 98004. Now I understand why my suits at HUGO BOSS are expensive,you pay for the service and the quality you get! When I approached one of the guys there to try on shoes he said he was busy and just kept on ignoring me and helping several other clients. A new customer walked in and he even greeted them and asked if they needed help. Another guy finally helped me and I ended up leaving with shoes. The shop was previously located in downtown Seattle, but due to construction they switched it up and opened up shop in Bell Square. If I could give it a negative star, I would. My fiancee and I went there for his wedding suit. Firstly, it seems the employees customer service is hiding in their anal cavity. When we finally are attended too, there aren't any samples of their tuxedos for him to try on. One sales rep went to look for a tuxedo jacket for him to try on, it seems she is still looking for she never returned. There is a seamstress on location but never offered to have a custom tailored made suit for him since his shoulders are broad. Instead, another sales rep expressed there was nothing there that would fit him. Needless to say, Suitsupply did us a favor. We went around the corner to Mens Warehouse and Marchiel with his stellar customer service, had a custom tailored suit made for my fiancee. I highly recommend you go see him. Got my suit for my wedding here. Not sure how anyone has ever had a bad experience with the staff, those reviewers must be jerks... I came four separate times and there was different staff every time. They all have been the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered at a similar store (I went to about 6-8 other competitors in my suit search). I have no idea if I got a dud of an employee or what it was. I came in with my wife to buy a suit for a wedding we are attending. I showed the girl a photo of what style I was going for, made it pretty easy right? I told her what size jacket I wore and she brought out the wrong size, proceeded to tell me that most suits are sold as whole suits, I said that's fine, I'll buy the whole suit just for the jacket if I have to. She never once measured me, never informed me of what could be tailored or where things could be brought in to fit correctly, brought me multiple pairs of pants that were either too small, too big or just plain wrong! Never attempted to measure me to fit the shirt to me, pants and then proceeded to not listen when I said "I want a very tapered suit", I'm not kidding, it was so far off on sizing at one point my wife looked at me and said I looked like Tom hanks in the movie big, that's how over sized each item she brought out was. We both felt unwelcome and as if she had literally never done this before, she had zero useful advice and the way. Won't be coming back. read more
