I purchased swim bottoms, swim top, and a rash guard from Carve here and spent a lot of money as the brand is expensive. They charge a lot for shipping and it wasn't even shipped that quickly. Once the items arrived, I realized I needed bigger swim bottoms (even though I followed their size chart and Carve usually has consistent sizing). When I went to exchange the swim bottoms for a bigger size I was SHOCKED to see that I would have to pay to ship the bottoms back and then pay 9.00 (yes you read that right, to get an item that weighs 6 ounches) for shipping to get the new pair. They don't do exchanges, you have to pay to send the item back and then re-order the new size. To top it all off, you don't even get your money back. You get a "credit". So you can pay ridiculous shipping amounts in the future. They received their item several days ago yet I have not received an email saying so, and who knows when I will get my "credit". I will never shop this company again. Most places that sell high end clothes do free returns or exchanges and you get your money back in the form you paid. How this place is in business when there are so many other options is beyond me.

Amr was constantly seen talking with other co-workers when he was supposed to help me. It was only after a short while during the middle of the process, Amr said I should probably just come back at a later time to try this again. Told me I'm taking way too long and measuring me will take an additional 45 minutes (mind you this was around noon when I came in). I told him I don't even live in Washington and coming to this store was out of my way. I don't think he made any efforts to care. Not wanting to start a confrontation, I simply left and drove 4 hours home. There is a good news to all of this though as I did not give up on the brand because I really liked Suitsupply and what they offer. I flown out to Washington DC and visited the Suitsupply store in Georgetown as I've read it's the best location in the country. I walked in and out in less than 30 minutes. Paid $1.2k for a made to measure suit. Wish my experience in Bellevue was better so I wouldn't have to go out of my for this whole ordeal.

He was very friendly and outgoing and not pushy or obnoxious. He listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect options right down to a shirt and tie. Yes, you could spend less going to one of the warehouse stores, but you're not going to get near the level of service or the quality of merchandise. We placed our order four days ago and they had to custom order the suit jacket. It arrived today and I'm very grateful that we were able to get it this quickly. My son has grad school. Interviews lined up and I want him to look and feel confident walking into each one. With this new suit, he will surely be able to do that. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

Most things in the store require assistance to find a size or color, so it makes it difficult when it's crowded to actually get what you need. The lines for the dressing rooms were also 10+ minutes long. I don't love how they don't have prices on things either, as I had to look up how much things were. The store is super cute, just go on a day that isn't too busy and know that there aren't prices on things! It is very aesthetic and worth the visit while the pop-up is here. Weekends can be a bit hectic here, but so can many stores in the mall.

This was incredible to see and I had to check it out immediately. It was located in the center part of the mall on the second floor, a very easy spot that you couldn't miss. Immediately, we were greeted by the workers, and one women was extremely nice in helping me find a cross necklace. I've seen it before in other locations but thought about purchasing one this time. The selection was pretty small however compared to other locations. They also have two different sides in the store, one labeled "fine jewelry" which is more on the pricier and higher end quality. The lady was kind and showed me the cross necklace however it was as tiny as an ant, and was not to my liking. The sizes for the charms are just too tiny! Overall, the experience was great and i'd return to purchase their bracelets instead!
