Hello! I just wanted to address some concerns on this tj maxx location 821 NE mall blvd, hurst in Fort Worth Texas. I went today around 6pm, tried some legging on and there was body fluids on the crotch area of the pants. This is extremely unhealthy and could cause a serious infection if not more. Please let you employees know to CHECK clothes before putting them back on racks and selling them to customers like me. I'm extremely disappointed please DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!! read more

Hi Yelpers. Hope you're enjoying the free water. Earth is. Doing nothing? Come shopping with me. TJ Maxx is still my go-to spot when I don't need anything, but "need" something at a bargain. Gloomy out today. What better way to cut through the weather than to do some light shopping? Today, I wanted to see if I could find some jeans. Boy, did I! I love it when the pants seem to be made for my dadbod, without looking daddish. My kids are grown, so no need looking like I'm beat down from running them around. In 2024 amidst woes about the economy and inflation, I copped two pair of perfect fitting casual jeans for $42. Could have easily paid that for one elsewhere. Good old trusty TJ Maxx knows me. Turn off that bad news. We could all use a break here or there, just not breaking your bankroll. That's why Maxx is always the place for me. Take care, everyone. Stay warm inside and out. This is a very nice TJ Maxx - well organized and clean. I didn't ask anyone for help and I wasn't greeted, but I don't have a problem with that (because I didn't have any questions). It looks like all of the Christmas items are on clearance and they're prepping for Valentines Day lovers. There are a lot of items in their Dallas Cowboys section -- shirts, accessories, blankets, and pillows. This is a great thing to help trick you out for when we win the Super Bowl again. read more

I went into this location this morning just maybe 10 or 15 minutes after they had opened and was greeted by not one but four different team members. Every member acknowledged me with a "Good Morning, how are you doing today?" Each employee was so sincere and kind and it made me feel welcomed. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! read more

I know TJ Maxx doesn't really have a reputation for classy, but this is one of the dirtier, more hectic TJ Maxx locations I have been to. My wife and I love TJ Maxx, just not this one. I would recommend driving a little further and finding a different TJ Maxx outside of town. read more

I love TJ Maxx. Never had a terrible experience until tonight. I was in line for a while and it moved fast so that deserves 2 stars considering it's the holidays, but the cashier needs to be reminded on how customer service and transactions work. She was extremely rude and after I paid she didn't even hand me my items and just turned to gossip with her co workers and I had to ASK TWICE if I could have my items!! Are you kidding me? WTF? Just went there to get a ring .. I put it on hold when I was shopping and when I was getting ready to go I asked por help and for my bad luck evening the person who was helping me was the assistant manager name D MURRAY OMG WHEN I ASKED her for the ring .. she asked for my name @ she told me that she don't know where was it .. I asked for the guy who was helping me and she don't answer me just walk away @ ignore me .. Very rude , unprofessional... worst customer service ever .. Don't TJ Maxx stores usually have a separate line for returns? I've only been to two, but the other one I go to has a separate line for those who just want to do a quick return and go. The staff also seem reluctant to work. A woman (I think manager?) tried to get 2 worker guys to help at the registers, then they both started fighting on who WASN'T going to do it, until one of them finally stepped up. read more

Their card readers do not work. I went through two working cards on their machine, and it would not read. I had to leave all of the merchandise I was wanting to purchase. The cashier acted like it was my fault. It was completely awkward. My card worked the first time at Tom Thumb immediately after, so I know it was not on my end. If you have a microchip, good luck! Disappointed. I have been going here for lunch for a long time, 5 years, and never had a problem finding my size, so I was in and out quickly. Today, all the sizes were mixed together. In size 12 pants, there were jeans sizes 8, 10, and 14, plus slacks, sizes 4, 6, 12, XL, 8. So, I looked in 14 and found the same. Some 14s but a mixture of sizes and jeans. Also, size 10s had a mixture. So, it was very frustrating and almost like they have changed managers and they hired someone who is not supervising. read more

this store has the very worst employees in the world!! my 6 year old could do a better job!! you never get a hi or thank you... I am paying your salary and you cant even have the most common courtesy of giving me a simple hello??? I like these stores because the merchandise they have is good but I have to be ignored as a penalty for good prices...
