This place is always packed. I haven't been here in three years but needed to find some small items to wrap in a saran wrap party ball. They have lots and lots of great Christmas items, including the Snoop Dogg products, Dolly, and Martha Stewart. They have Texas items too: charcuterie boards, shirts, sweatshirts, and food storage. I asked one associate for help, but he sent me in the wrong direction. He might not have understood me as I was looking for Mio, the water enhancer. And paper plates. And cooking oil. Friendly guy. But not too knowledgeable about the store. I was able to load the Walmart app and find the right aisles. I couldn't tell if the store hasn't been cleaned in awhile, or if there were so many customers that it was just sloppy at that moment. This store is in a great location on precinct line road. Didn't really need or want anything as I was in the area rather early for a 6:30 p.m. appointment with a colleague. Quite simply, I had time to kill. The store was immaculately clean and well organized. Since it was obvious I was rambling around with no real clear aim or direction, I wasn't bothered; however, a few vendors and staff members were welcoming and friendly. Listen, I get that the people who clean the restrooms don't control what messes people make. But this is ridiculous. It's constant, over half the time I go to use the restroom, I walk out because of the odor and how gross it is. Urine, feces, used toilet paper, BLOOD, and leaking toilets. Almost every picture is from a different day. I've complained a few times but at this point, the managers need to make sure the people hired to clean the restrooms actually do. read more

I don't come here often as I don't have a need on a regular basis for items from Walmart. They were having a Black Friday sale on TCL 55" TV's but had sold out by the time I got there after lunch. I opted for the TCL 50" which was close to the one on sale, just a bit smaller on screen size. The associate was very helpful and checked in the back to see if they had stock as there was none on the floor. They did and she brought it out. Why minus one star? It was pretty dusty ?? I would've wiped it down before giving it to a customer, but that's me. We set up the TV last night in my sons apartment and it was simple. No cables needed, just WiFi. It has a great picture, it's 4K, a smart tv, and it has a built in Roku. My niece and nephew both have this brand of TV and they love it, and have had no issues with it. read more

They've got the parking lot all torn up so it's very difficult to park and go in. They are blocking handicap spaces with some of the equipment. They had some handicap cart charging and since I need one and I'm disabled I got one. It was at 100% charged. As I was leaving a man that works from Walmart rudely stopped me and said I wasn't supposed to be on that cart because it was brand new. I don't know what kind of reasoning that is because it was charged up and ready to use. Another lady used needed it and he wasn't going to let her have it. Up til now I would drive from Fort Worth to shop at this Walmart, but why should I if that's the treatment I'll get. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. I love coming in early in the morning vs when it is very quiet, the floors are freshly buffed, and the associates haven't been beaten down by the rude customers yet. I hate coming in at night, because they are *always* short of checkout folks. Granted, they have the self checkout lines that help a little bit, but sometimes it takes a human to do the job. The store is very clean and well maintained. I had an opportunity to talk with the fellow operating the floor buffer, and it was nice to see how proud he was of his work. That's one of the pleasures of shopping early in the AM. The stock is plentiful, and the shelves reflect that. The people aren't overtly friendly, but they get the job done. Well 2 1/2 *. I dont doubt it. I purchased a tv from walmart.com in sep. I also purchased the extended warranty. I went on the walmart.com chat to find out how to exchange my 10 month old tv for one that works. I was given a number by the .com chat lady and told that would expedite the exchange. I took my 55 inch tv back to walmart and had all the receipt, the return number and the remote. I told the pos manager Grace and When I told her I purchased it online. She looked at the other girl and said. Oh, she says she purchased it on line. I have all the information because it's right on my Walmart. Account with all the numbers and the information that she needed. But she wouldn't look at that. She just told me that if I didn't have. The paperwork, the remote and everything that came with the TV. When it was new, they couldn't take it back. Now I don't know about you but once. I have a TV out of the box and have it set up. I don't keep the paperwork there's no reason to I bought the extended warranty that had all the information on it that they would have needed had it been passed the warranty date? Now, I'm not angry that the TV went out. I understand things happen. I'm angry with the fact that manager. That has no business helping customers whatsoever. When I ask Her to please look at my paperwork. She called and asked somebody to escort me out of the store. I guess she likes to wield her power like that. But that's o k, because that shows me what a little person she really is. She has no business being in customer service. You should listen to the customer and then if you have something to say or want to decline. Then fine, but she didn't even want to listen. That's not how you treat customers and miss Grace is old enough to know that she had to be pushing 70 and has yet to learn how to listen to customers. I got my new tv with zero help from the piece of SH*t manager that did not bother to listen. She took great joy in declining my request for her to take a moment to listen so i could find out the right action to take. But she did not care about that. Make darn sure if you buy a large item like a 55in tv that you keep the box,paperwork and everything that came in the orig box or you cannot return or exchange it. If you have to have interaction with the manager Grace which i asked 3 x for another manager. She came out where i was asking a checker for another manager i could talk to she came over and said you dont need another manager i told you if you dont have all the paperwork that came with it we are not taking it back. I tried to tell her it was 10 months old and it was under warranty but she did not care. I have never been treated so rude by a manager when i had an item under warranty that i needed to return. I hope miss Grace gets a good feeling from being rude to customers because i sure wont buy from that store again. I only wanted to exchange my 10 month old tv for a working tv. I would not have taken it to the store had i not been instructed to do so by walmart.com. This has been my go-to Walmart for all grocery needs over the past 10 years. Until recently, this location has been a great place to shop and would've rated a 4.75 out of 5. Every 2 weeks or so, I do a large grocery shop and my cart is always over-full. This afternoon (Wednesday 3:00-4:30pm) after spending 1.5 hours in the store, there was not even a single cashier-operated-lane open. Customer service told me I'd have to use a self checkout for over a cart full of groceries. While self service is fine for a few items, it's not a viable means for checking out enough items to make a 2 foot long grocery receipt. My family spends thousands of dollars at this store in a year's time alone. I'm sure having my business means nothing to this conglomerate BUT hopefully another grocery store will appreciate it. No more Walmart for this family. read more

I hate this store! Employees are always rude which is a direct correlation of the managers attitude. I had a return & went to customer service at 9:02. Woman was still there & barked "We're Closed" with a frown. Apparently the only way to do a return is at customer service counter which recently changed its closing time from 10:00 to 9:00. Why are you willing to sell me things 24 hours a day but only let me return it at specified times? Terrible customer service! WalMart continues to make Target better & better every day. read more

I was charged for Sharp digital clock with tax was $6.21 it should of been $4.88 with tax $5.21. In order for the clerk to change the price the clerk an I had to walk to the clocks to check out the price. The clerk on the way to the clocks was helping other customers. I told him I would meet you at the clock I waited 8-12 minutes for the clerk because he got lost. Then I had to go to customer service to return the item and then purchase the clock with the correct price. Oh my gosh could it get any more difficult. You might want to take a picture of the items you purchase so you don't have to walk all over the store. read more

If I could give this a negative star review I would. This chain as a whole has diminished to the point where it doesn't even know what customer service is anymore. The principal that Sam Walton founded it on. It's the chain everyone loves to hate. What other chain has it's on website (and coloring book) dedicated to people who come in dressed for what seems like the sole purpose of being photographed in the hopes of getting onto peopleofwalmart.com. If you haven't checked it out, please do. Going to this store, let me rephrase that, this chain isn't anything more than a chore. No one shopping in the store ever looks happy or like they want to be there. The Dollar store is better than this place. Rude staff, filthy store and pointless receipt checking at the door. I understand them asking when you've got a 65 inch TV in your cart. But ... when you have 40 bags of groceries and they don't even open a single bag to check what's inside that is absolutely asinine! Every time I go to walmart I think why the heck am I here ... I try to avoid going to this one during peak hours because it is off of 121/183 right before the 820 split ... which means precinct is packed with folks going home and people going a head and getting off the highway cause they are fed up with construction and traffic. So that can make this a pain to get in and out of. Anyway, they added self check out which is a plus and they are next to an aldi so when I'm grocery shopping on a stricter budget I go between the two stores pretty easily. Most of the staff at this location is usually pretty cool and helpful which for working at walmart they really don't have to be, I know their hours suck and they are under paid ... so the fact they are still cool and helpful is a plus. read more

Solid C rating. Sometimes this store is great. Other times not so much. Last few times I found what I wanted quickly and got in and out fast. Other times I've had a hard time finding someone to help or my favorite when I pointed out that there was a piece missing from and item that I wanted to buy and it was missing form EVERY other of that item that was on the shelf they looked at me and suggested I come back in a few days. I shook my head and said I'd just buy it on amazon sine I have prime any way. Still as far as a Walmart goes. This one is middle of the pack. read more

I dropped my car off at 11pm for an oil change. Drove my friends car all day to handle business since they said it would take an hour. Come back to pay for it and pick it up...and the oil change was cancelled. No one called me. I recently received a drink dispenser as a gift on Jan 12 2019. I attempted to return the item with a gift receipt on Jan 18 2019 at the store on 1732 Precinct Line Rd, Hurst, TX 76054. I was told that they would not accept the item because the item was not carried at their store. I was then told to go to 8401 Anderson Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76120 store because that is where the item came from. When I went to return the item on Jan 20 2019 I was told that the gift receipt didn't match the purchase? The gift receipt contained wrapping paper and an item. Is it my fault that one of your associate's did not use the correct scan code. This issue has made me rethink my shopping needs with Wal Mart. You are no longer my go to place because the store does not keep true with its 90 policy regarding returns with or without a receipt. I am bit confused about the first store's reason for not accepting the return. What would a shopper do if an item was purchased out of state? Who the recipient have to go to that state for that store to return that item. It doesn't make sense at all. I have attempted to contact Wal Mart Corporate to discuss my issue after sending an email and I am still waiting for a Market Manager to call me back to discuss my issue. I sent an email on Jan 30, 2019, I have called the customer service at 800-925-6278 on Feb 25 2019 and March 11, 2019 still waiting for a response that should have taken only 3 business days. If I could rate Wal Mart a zero I would. This used to be my go to store for all our needs but now I just continue to shop at Target! Poor Service and Response! read more

I have no earthly idea how this place can even be anywhere near a four star rating. Shelves are always empty every. single. time. I come in here. You are ignored by every employee in the place if you can even find one. I stood in electronics for more than 30 minutes IN ONE PLACE staring at the 3 employees (including 2 assistant managers) and they would not even look at me let alone come help me. I called the store operator TWICE for a managers help. It turns out one of the assistants ignoring me was who they sent. He finally started looking around and met my eyes before asking if I was the one who needed help. Then he sends 'miss. I don't wanna' to help me. Come to find out "they" don't deal with the phone section IN THE ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT. Another company is coming in sometime in August to take care of that. Ok, whatever. I go in search of a freaking ball cap. Yeah no. Flavored water? Hahaha even bigger hell no. Ok. Another avenue. I go to customer service and ask for the store manager, regional manager, anyone above an assistant. Nope again. She went home at 5:00pm, but the girl paged somebody, and guess who shows up?
