I got a im sorry and the owner has not called me or the service he uses CHOW NOW put a compliant in there too with no response. The manger refused to give any refund also I didn't even get the full order after paying 137.00 order with a good tip for the driver! So the company Chow Now have refunded my money and the owner never responded. Very poor customer service on the owners side. Used to love this place even used to work there as a high schooler, lately the service aside from the cooks is absolutely horrible. The usual 45 minutes to an hour for delivery time is more like an hour and 30 minutes to up to over 2 hours. Since leaving the establishment I still give high respect to the delivery driver Dave, the two cooks Francisco and Nick and the cooks in the kitchen. Wish the place was the was it used to be the food really is phenomenal when it's not cold. read more

sucked ass. ordered buffalo boneless wings and pepperoni pizza well done. wings were not buffalo and pizza was not well done. along with food arrived cold. Waste of money. read more

I've loved TJ's pizza since I went to preschool right next door, over 20 years ago. Not sure how this place only has a couple stars. Yes it's not the fanciest place, but thats not what they're going for. They have some of the best pizza in the area. The crust is crispy with the right amount of fluff to it, and never bland. The pizza isn't greasy like Annabelle's. The food is reasonably priced and their family combo is fantastic. I 100% suggest the Brooklyn Square Pizza if you're looking for something a little different. It's similar to a Sicilian slice in that it's square and thick. It almost tastes like focaccia. Delicious! Don't sleep on TJ's! Theres a reason it's been around for long. Take it from a local! read more

Just got home with my inedible calamari. This is either incredibly old or reheated or both. The pieces are obviously brown and rubberized like they've been sitting out and thrown back in the oven multiple times. I'll never buy from TJ's again. read more

Great food, a little long on delivery but worth it. If you order cannolis, order extra, please order extra, Absolutely outstanding

Worst pizza ever. Went to pick up my order and they had given it to someone else. They had them come back and so the food was cold. But lucky them that they did not get it. Opened the box and it looked like they had taken slices of cheese and laid one on each square of the grandma's pie. It looked awful. I picked up the cheese and underneath was watery sauce and a few wilted green things that were suppose to pass for fresh basil. Then came the taste test. Something was rancid. It had a funny taste. We threw the whole pie out. As I noted the food was cold and the calamari was rubbery and just not good. Never going there again. read more

We are new in the neighborhood so my wife and I tried this place out. It was Monday July 23, 2018. We weren't disappointed. Food was great service was superb. We'll b back! read more

Got screwed tonight by TJ's in Sussex, NEVER AGAIN! Their Family Combo consists of 1 Large Pizza, 1 Dozen Wings 1 Free Two liter bottle of soda All for $19.99. I ordered 3 large pizzas, 3 dozen wings which is the same as 3 Family Combos. I got NO soda with it and it cost me $75 instead of $60 as it would have for 3 Family Combos. They said, I didn't say "Family Combo" when I ordered so that's why I paid more and got no soda with it. I called twice to complain but it made no difference. They apparently don't need my business. Good thing there's plenty of other pizza restaurants here in Sussex. read more

Love this place. I travel to Franklin NJ for business, and for an unassuming pizza place, they offer a great product. Also love the fact that they are so supportive of their local community. If you are in or around Franklin, give the a try. They are located next door to the Verizon store and Starbucks. Understand they have a second location, but have never tried it. The Franklin location brings the yummy! read more

I eat here all the time! Great pizza and Stromboli! I order the big game special it's awesome! You get Stromboli, 12 wings and a 2lt of soda. not bad. read more

Ordered two eggplant parm sandwiches as it's Friday during lent. I will say it's an enormous sandwich for $6.95 but clearly the "quantity v quality" argument takes over. The eggplant wasn't very flavorful and either was the sauce. Salt and pepper haven't found their way into the recipe yet. The cheese was nicely melted and not over done but the bread was a bit soggy, I threw the sandwich in my oven when I got home to crisp it up. If it were me I'd use salt and pepper and then toast the bread in the pizza oven prior to assembling the sandwich. Little things like that matter. The staff though is pleasant and easy to deal with. read more

Amazing wait staff, great family environment. The delivery is fast and the drivers are very polite! read more

Food was disgusting! I found 3 long hairs in my food. 2 embedded in my cheese pie and 1 cooked through my garlic sticks. I cannot believe how many more I would have found if I looked. Wasted my money, and will not be returning. Grossed me out for sure! read more

Very good food at great prices, if you read the menu they offer lots of combo deals. If you order smart 2 people can have great meals for under 20$!! Also in the store it's obvious how much the owner supports the community, great to see! read more

Okay, so the pizza is ok, but the service sucks! And the delivery guys (or sometimes girls) are usually too stoned to find my house. I recommend Lorenzo or Annabelle. read more

Not sure why all reviews of this place is not too good. I went there 2 days ago with my friend, and had some pre-fix menu for $12.95, comes with Salad, App, and Entree. Price is not bad for that. Base on quality of food is 3 stars, but our server is great, she was nice, and gave us the good service. That would improve this place to 4 stars. Oh, btw the fried garlic dough is so yummy. read more

The food is the quality you would expect from Chuck E Cheese! Worse the delivery driver made a rude comment to my child who was trying to great him at the door with me. The child has a rather serious speech issue! I will never ever go back! read more

Great food, dine in service kinda was a little slow. No wonder why they send out those coupons for half off dine in.

Every time we order here, the cheese either slides off the pizza or the order is completely messed up. So we always call and tell them because I'm allergic to the toppings that came on our supposed to be plain pizza. Then, I find out from a friend of mine who works there, that they are all calling my family nasty names and complaining about how horrible we are. Sorry but I'll take my money to Lorenzo's from now on. read more

Crazy fast delivery....of horrible pizza. Most of the time your order is wrong and the food just isn't good, don't waste your time or money.

They sent us a pizza with one slice missing and gave my son hard time when he called to complain. Order from them if you want old stale pizza and horrible customer service. read more

We are visiting the area for a few months and were directed to TJ's for pizza. It is just meh and if you are seeking NY pizza this is not it. Cooked in what appears to be gas or electric ovens the crust is soft not crispy like you would expect for a NY slice. We ordered a whole pie and tossed most of it out. Just not a good taste. We will keep looking. read more

Second time going there and it will be my last. Even though the food is good the staff makes you feel like there doing you a favor by taking your order. Tried to order something and they didn't even know what it was or if it was on the menu.Had to give it one star cause otherwise it won't let me post my review read more
