The lo mein felt more like a chow mein based on how it was cooked. The orange chicken was very little protein. It felt like mostly breading since the pieces were so small. Looking at the pictures, the teriyaki chicken or the chicken and broccoli might be a better choice if you are watching your weight! Anyways, I do think it is a better option of all of the ones that are offered at the Boeing center. You don't really need to interact with anyone, you order on their self serve kiosk. You order your food through DoorDash or uber eats and then they bring the food out to your car while you wait. We were able to order in person as a lady that worked there was bringing food out to another car when we pulled up. She said she's from Cali which explains why this place is so good. My stomach hurts after eating the worst Asian chicken I've ever had. Maybe they just hate making Chinese food in a mostly Japanese restaurant. Several pieces of chicken had no chicken. The rice had plenty of large pieces of shrimp (the picture I took is not giving it justice all the shrimps were under the rice) and rice was perfectly cooked. The teriyaki sauce is not too sweet and the chicken was moist not over cooked what so ever. The woman who took my order was so polite and friendly as well as the woman that brought out my order. The service on the phone when I ordered and when I arrived was amazing! And the food was even better! The teriyaki portion is huge, I only ate 1/3 for my lunch. The veggies are fresh and steamed to perfection. The sauce is tangy and sweet and paired nicely with the lightly charred chicken. But the real star of the show are these wontons. Hot, crispy, and creamy. The filling is not your typical Rangoon filling--it's so much smoother and creamier. I went back the next day for more!!
