There's lots of different polishes (gel and regular) and dip options to pick from. Some of the polishes did seem old, but there were plenty of colors. They also sell their house made lemon scrub in jars for $10, if interested. The staff was very friendly and my nail tech was communicative as well. It seemed like they had a strong and loyal customer base. My pedicure was done very meticulously well and had a lemon scrub and stone massage included. My nail tech shaped and cut my nails the way I asked, so I decided to add a regular manicure on the spot as well + they were able to fit me in! My manicure was done with care too - my cuticles were cleaned and my nails were shaped, cut, and painted nicely. This spa offers lots of services at reasonable prices - I'd definitely go back!

I am shocked by the negative reviews. While I only get standard manicures (regular polish, gel, dip…read morepowder) and pedicures, I am very picky about my nails and this is the only place where I leave completely satisfied. I don't get designs or special services, but my nails come out exactly the way I want them to and the service lasts for weeks. They have tons of colors, are extremely friendly, and do a fantastic job every time. There are plenty of techs and people to translate if there's a language barrier and you have a specific request, but if you come often enough and get the same tech, they have great memory and often remember your preferences. Making an appointment is definitely recommended, especially in the summer. I've also gotten waxing here and have also been happy with this. I've gotten my eyebrows, upper lip, and underarms done and the waxing is always done with care. Not all techs are trained to do this though, so if you don't make an appointment in advance, you might have to wait a little bit for a tech to become available. The salon itself is very clean; I've seen them thoroughly sweep their floors at night and disinfect their tools and footbaths in between customers. I've been coming here for almost 10 years and I live on the north shore now, so it's not as easy to get to, but I've yet to find another nail salon that's comparable to this one. Many get close and I'm happy enough with the service but never as satisfied as when I come to this specific salon.

WARNING - THEY USED A VERY STRONG BRUSH-ON CHEMICAL REMOVER to quickly remove old gel polish (not…read moreacetone & cotton wrapped in foil). Nail tech was rushing from the start and after using the drill to remove most of the top layer of old gel polish, she brushed on this chemical from a small nail polish type bottle (two coats) and said not to move my hands for 5 minutes. A few mins later the remaining polish just easily scraped off. Then my nails started to sting with a burning sensation. She saw me blowing on my nails (while she did my pedicure) so wiped my nails with a wet rag. Meanwhile I'm researching on my phone what the heck this stuff could be that removes gel polish so fast - maybe this is something new? Turns out it's a PAINT SOLVENT chemical that is likely BANNED in the US. I refused the manicure after that (pedicure was fine) so my burning nails can rest. DO NOT LET THEM USE THIS PAINT SOLVENT STUFF TO QUICKLY REMOVE YOUR OLD GEL POLISH!! IT HURTS! I spoke with the mgr and she apologized and said they'd wrap them next time. And no, I do not have overly sensitive skin or nails. I have never EVER seen this procedure used in decades of having gel polish applied. AVOID THIS PLACE!
