Felt super rushed. Walked in and asked if they had time for a gel pedicure. I was told to pick a color which I did. I waited for about 5 mins then was escorted to the pedicure chair. That's when it took a weird turn. The pedicure bowl was not even half way filled there was no whirlpool bubbles and it felt as if they didn't have time to do my pedicure but still wanted the money. When I said something about feeling rushed I was told that after she polished that's when she was going to do the massage and finish scrubbing my heels! Now. In my 25 plus years of getting pedicures I've NEVER heard of that. I asked if she could just polish and I'll skip the massage. She then started talked extremely loud to her coworker. BEWARE of these drive by salons that are looking to just make a dollar without providing full service. read more

From the outside I really wasn't sure what to expect, but then I stepped inside and let's just say they make a really good first impression. The place is clean and bright. There is a large leather couch in the corner to wait if needed, with a large coffee table full of magazines, treats and bottled water. I came on a holiday Sunday and was the only one there. They told me they weren't going to be open; but customers had expressed they wanted to come in on the Sunday so they opened for a half day. So nice! They have plastic bins which they fill with water and then place inside the foot bath; and no jets which is great when considering cleanliness. The chairs were nice leather and had massage capabilities. The regular pedicure comes with a massage; sea scrub exfoliant and also parrafin for the heels. I have LONGED for a place that gives the little extra treatment. Then, when I went to the dryer she gave me a FAB shoulder massage. It really felt amazing. Of course these treatments only lasted a couple minutes each, but it is still much appreciated in a business where sometimes they can't get you out the door fast enough. With that being said, some techs are better at massages than others, there was one that was a little rough for me. The other thing is, on a more recent manicure here, the tech peeled off my previous gel with her fingers. I know it's super tempting to do especially with how much they were lifting, but this kind of horrified me, there was some that was still stuck to my nail! I have been told time and time again to not do that so I was surprised. My nail bed was a little tender after that. If I am being honest, I haven't been back here since, even though they were my go-to for a while. I also had my eye brows done here and they do a decent job. Again, some are better than others. I have tried this place a month ago and was very pleased. I went back to my office and recommended it to my co-workers since we are 5 minutes away it will be convenient for us to go by there during lunch. I told them they did a shoulder massage and a paraffin treatment afterward. My manager ( a man) went today to get a manicure and he did not get the same services as I ( woman) did. He only had his nail trimmed, cleaned, and put some lotion on his hands and send him on his way. This was my first time going here. I came here on a Saturday morning and got in right away. I noticed that there were small water bottles and small candy/crackers on the table for the customers while they waited. Customers didn't wait long to be seen probably 5-10 minutes max. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. They have plastic bins that go inside the tubs and are changed out with each customer. The chairs do massage and have different settings. The pedicure included salt scrub, paraffin for heels, and hot stone massage for only $25! Next up my gel manicure. They lined the bowl with a plastic bag when I soaked my nails which I appreciated. The girl that did my nails didn't speak good English so I had to communicate with the owner & other staff of what I wanted. The owner was very friendly. While my nails were going through the final dry cycle she gave me a quick neck & back massage. Total I paid $50 not including tip which is cheaper than a lot of the other places I go to get a mani/pedi. This place is very clean and sanitary. I will probably come back. read more

I got a regular polish for 15$ but it was not professionally done at all. A lot of my nails looks like they grew out, but she just didn't cover my whole nail to begin with, looks very sloppy and is something I could of done myself. I went today at 11am for a pedicure and a full set, the pedicure was just okay she didn't really do much - I was probably in the chair for 15 min & she cut my nails way to short. The nails are AWFUL! They used the dip powder stuff which they swear is supposed to be better than the regular way - well here I am at 11pm with 2 nails completely broken and another one that is cracked down the middle. These nails are terrible, one of them broke from me picking my phone up off of the ground. I will be going back tomorrow and getting my $50 back!!! read more

I have tried to give this place a few tries but every experience has been sub-par. This last visit was just awful. First, the prices here are ridiculous. For an acrylic refill, they charge $25 and then $35 for gel. I have been to several other salons where a regular refill is $15-$18, $20 at most. They pressure you to get gel every time and make sure that if you stick with regular polish, your mani is crappy so you feel like you should go with gel next time. Their polishes are thin, they don't use a base-coat, and the finishes are dull and don't leave your nails shiny. My manicures chip SO QUICKLY here. I have tried to put on my own high quality top coat on at home but that only works so long. They rush you, charge you ridiculous amounts, don't do the shape properly that you want and show pictures of, then even refused to do specific things such as replacing an entire nail that was getting too old. They also charged me $3 EXTRA to remove my gel polish and switch back to regular. Why?! It took exactly the same amount of time as a regular removal would have. Long story short, save your money. Spend the same amount or even less at a place where the staff is personable, accommodating, and want to make sure your mani is what you want and is quality enough to last the bare minimum of 2 weeks. read more

I would give this place 10 stars if i could. I went here today for the first time with my sister, and it was wonderful!!! The best $32 mani/pedi you could ask for. The pedicure was lovely, including a scrub, hot towel, hot stone massage, and a regular massage. The manicure was what really impressed me, because a lot of places have really mediocre manicures. This one included the usuals (with extra nice nail shaping) but also included a hot paraffin wax. And the best part -- for the few minutes while the wax was setting, she gave me a shoulder massage!! All this for $32. Plus everyone working there was incredibly friendly, and the place was spotlessly clean. Also (at least today) it was all women working there, which is really nice because for some reason I get weirded out having a man do my nails and yet I feel rude requesting to not have one, so any place that's all women is a plus in my book, to be honest. I'm someone who likes to bounce around a lot at different nail salons (I mean a LOT!) and after today I can't imagine going back to any of them. I went here for the first time today to get a gel mani at the suggestion of 3 different friends. I do not regret it one bit. Not only did Kat do a kick a** job on my nails from helping me pick the colors and making suggestions, to her incredible attention to detail, but she was fun to talk to as well. The atmosphere is so friendly and everyone in there from the technicians to the clients were so personable. I had a blast chatting with all of them while I was there, and it made the time fly.
