I genuinely trust this place with my wardrobe. Everything always comes back clean and well cared for, and I've been consistently happy with the results. I was especially impressed with how thoroughly they removed cat fur from my wool coat -- not an easy task. Turnaround is quick too; I usually get my items back within about two business days. Have been coming here a couple of years now. I've had horrible luck with dry cleaning business's from not being ready or over charging egregiously for suits. TLC cleaners has been my go to for MONTHS now! Efficient, punctual, reasonable.. I visit Vegas frequently. I do wash and folds from here. I drop off my bag don't wait for a receipt I go back in the evening pick it up. They charge by weight and are quite reasonable even hang some of the stuff even though it's just wash and fold read more

Great place. Great people. Great cleaning. They are prompt and they are doing a great job. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. My only problem is that each time I go there I get accosted by too many beggars asking for money. They are pretty aggressive too. I'll have to look for a different cleaners. Sorry guys. I have to second Vanessa's review below. I got my bridesmaid dress tailored here and the sides are shorter than the front and back. It is completely uneven and terrible! I don't even know what I'm going to do considering the wedding is this weekend. Just wow. No words Stay far away from this place for tailoring! read more

I've been coming to this laundry place for the past 10 years and every time I came in the lady she owned that place she used to take care of me and now the past few times I came in I run into her husband and which is he's a rude person and he doesn't care about customer service and then just ask him about price and he raise his voice I just asking him to show me their price list and he just doesn't have a list he just kind of scream and not showing me any kind of price except his voice rude to me he doesn't care about my service and I don't appreciate he is just it-screaming I don't think he care about my service to his business so I don't think this is a good place anymore read more

I hate to do this because the lady here is so nice but I brought in my bridesmaid dress for my brothers wedding here to get fitted. I wanted a little snip on the bottom and a little more fit up on top area. Unfortunately, what I got was too much of a cut on the bottom (dress is suppose to cover shoes just a tad) and it was showing my entire shoes. Not to mention the dress was not symmetrical from the bottom. My right side was shorter! I was patient and asked to have her steam it on the bottom in order to stretch it out. When I came back the second time, the dress was even shorter and it was still unsymmetrical. She said she would steam it herself since someone in the back had done but apparently not enough. The wedding is in a week and a half! I decided to take it as is because I didn't want it getting worse. I am taking it somewhere else to get fixed. Guess, what kind of discount I got? A whopping -$5. Unbelievable since she knew I wasn't happy at all! I do not recommend getting your clothes altered here. read more

I'm out of town and I need my wedding dress steamed and my husband's suit pressed I was a lil worried because it was my wedding dress and my wedding was the next day. My first experience with these guys was about a year ago. My fella had dropped his hat off to be dry cleaned, and asked me to pick it up after work. He told me that when he had dropped it off, that they promised they would be open til 6:30. I pulled up at 6:15, opened the door, and walked in. Rather than being greeted, I hear "WE'RE CLOSED!!" Oh no you did NOT just yell at me. "Really? Your door is unlocked, and I need to pick something up, and was promised that you'd be open til 6:30." They got the hat, but did so with a very pissed off look and attitude. Fast forward to 3 days ago. My fella had borrowed a suit jacket for a movie scene he did some extra work in, and we wanted to dry clean it before returning it. So, I drop it off on my way to work, noting the signage on the windows that say "Same Day Service!" I asked the girl when it would be ready for pickup. "Oh...tomorrow." ...ok...but your window says same day. Its fine, really, not a huge deal, since we didn't need the jacket same day...but if you're going to advertise same day, you should make sure that it really is. Yesterday morning, I went back in to see if it was ready. Nope. It hadn't been touched yet. Ok again...not a HUGE deal. I ask how late are you open, and the guy says "At least...8." Do you not know your own hours? At least 8. That's a new one. So when I got off work yesterday, I stopped by, at about 6:20. The girl took my ticket, and asked, with tremendous attitude "When did you drop this off." ..."Yesterday morning. And I was told THIS morning that it would be ready tonight." So she looks, and she finds it. $4.50. Not bad. I hand her a $10 bill. Her: *sigh* "Do you have 50 cents?" Me..."no, sorry." Thinking to myself "If I had, I'd have given it to you..." She sulks around the corner to find my change and begrudgingly hands me the $5.50. And then, HOW DARE I ask for a receipt. "Its on the item." Ok fine lady, I didn't know! And next time, don't laugh at your customer for asking. If they were not near my house and very inexpensive, I'd never use this company again. There is never an excuse for rude service. Ever. I'll be looking for a new dry cleaning place, but would return here if I ABSOLUTELY had to. They do a good job on the clothes, and are inexpensive, but service sucks.

To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected.
